Don't skip breakfast!
Confidential GuidanceMost of you have been told to not skip breakfast, but why? As we sleep we are unable to eat, therefore no food gets into our system. Count the many hours you sleep and subtract it with the hours you eat. You'll see the difference as to why you need breakfast. Breakfast starts your day smoothly and it lessens the chances of you getting hungry in the afternoon. Try nuts, raisins or sliced oat meal.
