Pizza had been delivered and sat on the table,

A movie had been chosen and put on.

Sunggyu had gone to get drinks.

Woohyun was sat on the couch.

And suddenly Woohyun was terrified.

The moment Sunggyu had finished putting the movie on and announced he'd go get them drinks, Woohyun felt his mind go blank and his body went stiff as a board.

They were having a date.

A real date.

Like a dating date.

Like a, they are dating date.

Like boyfriends.

I can't even remember what movie we're going to watch what is going on right now how do I act what do I do is this even real what?!

Woohyun felt the couch dip as Sunggyu sat down beside him but he didn't react. 

At all.

Frozen.

For what seemed like eternity Woohyun just sat there, stiff as a board, his brain going a million miles per hour as he freaked out considering all the millions of ways he could this date up.

Then he felt a weight on his shoulders.

Woohyun looked down at his shoulder to find a hand. Connected to an arm. Which connected to a Sunggyu.

 Sunggyu smiled at Woohyun when he looked up at him and Woohyun's only response was to reach up and pich Sunggyu's cheek.

"Ow!" Sunggyu exclaimed, not so much from the pain but more out of shock, "What was that for?!"

Woohyun was still in a sort of trance and responded without a change of facial expression, "I wanted to check that this was real."

Sunggyu raised an eyebrow at Woohyun's trance like response before reaching across and pinching the other boy on the cheek earning a surprised yelp from the the other, "you're supposed to pinch yourself not me, idiot."

Woohyun pouted, his trance broken by the pinch. "That hurt..."

"Well, do you believe this is real now?" 

Woohyun nodded still pouting. Then he felt a pair of lips against his cheek.

"Sorry," Sunggyu said softly as he pulled away from Woohyun's face. "But to be fair, you did it first."

At that Woohyun rolled his eyes but a small smile graced his no longer pouting lips and he leant across to give a return kiss on the cheek. To his surprise though, Sunggyu turned his head at the last moment, catching Woohyun's lips with his in a little peck.

"Uh" Woohyun made a nervous sound in the back of his throat, his face turning a deep shade of red.

Sunggyu chuckled, "my god, is the great Nam Woohyun nervous?"

Woohyun felt his face go even redder, "n-n-no, don't. No. I. Uh-" Woohyun couldn't gather any words together to make a sentence, it was like his brain had gone to mush and he could just feel himself going redder and redder. 

So he leant forward and grabbed a piece of pizza, shoving it in his mouth so that he had an excuse not to talk.

Sunggyu laughed at the action, before leaning forward and grabbing himself a slice, clicking on the DVD while he was at it. Woohyun pouted slightly when Sunggyu's arm moved from around his shoulders in the process.

For a while they sat in silence, both eating and seemingly watching the movie. In reality though, neither had the slightest clue what was going on in the film at all. Their minds were too full thinking about the other.

It was when Woohyun picked up his fifth slice that Sunggyu finally spoke.

"You'll run out of pizza eventually you know."

Woohyun just looked at him, confused.

"You can't keep using pizza as an excuse not to speak."

Woohyun blushed a bit but tried to pass it off by rolling his eyes, at the same time, shoving the pizza into his mouth.

Sunggyu rolled his eyes back before leaning forward to wipe his hands on a napkin. Woohyun watched him, unable to take his eyes off the leader, taking in his side profile.

"You're not allowed to stare at me if you're going to avoid talking to me."

Woohyun was sick of blushing but, yet again, that is what he found himself doing. He finished the piece of pizza he had and wiped his hands.

"Fine!" He exclaimed, once he'd swallowed the last bit.

Sunggyu sat back, a triumphant smirk on his face. "So you're right to speak now?"

"Aish, hey, look, it's your fault anyway, don't go surprising me like that!" Woohyun pointed an accusing finger at the leader.

"I don't know what you mean" Sunggyu feigned innocence, looking nochalantly at the TV. Woohyun scowled and pouted, crossing his arms in annoyance.

"Alright then, I'll go and sit on the other couch." Sunggyu retorted upon seeing the vocal sulking, standing up.

Thinking he was serious Woohyun snapped out of his sulk and wrapped his arms around the leader's waist. "No no! I'm not actually mad! It's fine!"

Sunggyu froze; he hadn't really expected Woohyun to react that way, although he couldn't say he wasn't pleased. He chuckled softly and sat back down, Woohyun's arms still around him. He expected Woohyun to move away once he sat down but instead the vocal just shifted so that he was snuggled into Sunggyu's side. Sunggyu smiled down at him and wrapped his arms around him in return.

"I was just joking Hyun."

Woohyun only made a 'humf' noise in response.

There was silence for a moment, both just enjoying the way it felt to be in the others arms. Woohyun could smell Sunggyu, the clean lavender smell that he'd come to associate with safety. And Sunggyu's arms felt so strong, his chest firm; Woohyun swore that nowhere in the world could be this safe.

Sunggyu watched Woohyun's shoulders rise and fall with each breathe; he could see a small smile gracing the vocal's lips as his face rested on Sunggyu's chest. Sunggyu didn't know how he used to go around without holding Woohyun, without feeling his trusting embrace, without watching his beautiful face as it lay on his chest.

"So, what did I miss out on while I was away?" Sunggyu asked eventually.

He saw Woohyun nervously bite his lip before he responded, "uh nothing much, just the usual, you know, Sungyeol and I fighting a lot."

"And?" Sunggyu pressed, hoping Woohyun would just tell him whatever it was he was skimming over.

"And nothing much else, really."

Sunggyu sighed, "I saw you bite your lip Hyun, you're skipping something."

At that, Woohyun shifted so that he was eye to eye with Sunggyu, "why you watching me?"

"Same reason that you had your head on my chest." Sunggyu replied evenly, "now just tell me."

Woohyun looked away from Sunggyu's eyes and sighed. "Fine, I went out with a girl."

He felt Sunggyu stiffen but when he looked at his face he showed no signs of having reacted.

"Oh okay. Just once?" Sunggyu didn't want to be jealous or upset but he could feel fear creeping into his heart and his chest was tight.

Woohyun looked away again. "No, we went out a few times, we were sort dating I guess." 

This time when Woohyun looked back to Sunggyu he saw fear in his eyes.

"Did you break up?" Sunggyu's voice broke a little in the middle and he looked away from Woohyun's eyes. When Wooyhun saw him look away he realised that the leader was scared. 

"Gyu," Woohyun said softly, coaxing Sunggyu to look at him with his hand. Sunggyu met his eyes and Woohyun saw fear and hurt in them.

"I dated her to try and get over you, because I thought you didn't like me." Sunggyu looked guilty when he heard that but Woohyun could still see that he was uncertain. "I broke up with her a week ago though. After 3 weeks I still felt nothing for her and could only think of you, I didn't want to lead her on." Woohyun gave Sunggyu a stern look, "so don't go getting ideas that I don't like you, I have tried not to and it doesn't work out." Woohyun had delibrately chosen the word like over love. Although he'd already iously stated that he loved Sunggyu, he didn't want to rush things; after all, they'd only been dating for a few hours and in that context 'I love you' is a bit premature.

Not that that meant it wasn't the truth.

"I never said I thought you didn't like me" Sunggyu retorted, but his expression was lighter and Woohyun knew he'd been worried.

"Pfft, you don't have to say things. You think only you can read me?" Woohyun teased as he snuggled back into Sunggyu, taking up his previous position.

Sunggyu scoffed, "whatever." 

"I can't believe you're being all nervous" Woohyun muttered, thinking Sunggyu couldn't hear.

"I am not!" Sunggyu exclaimed, jabbing Woohyun in the side making Woohyn convulse and shove away from Sunggyu. 

"Ya! Don't jab me!"

"Then don't spout nonsense!"

"Wasn't nonsense! Admit it, you were nervous for a moment!"

"Was not!"

"Was too!"

"Was no- Ya!" Sunggyu exclaimed upon being jabbed in the side.

"You started it!" Woohyun retorted, poking out his tongue.

Sunggyu laughed, "jeesh, real mature Hyun."

Woohyun rolled his eyes, "I'm not the one refusing to admit he's nervous!"

"Oh. so now you're saying YOU're nervous, huh?" Sunggyu smirked.

Woohyun groaned, "that's not what I meant."

Sunggyu leant forward, very close to Woohyun, "so you're saying you're not nervous?"

The close proximity threw Woohyun and he couldn't help but stutter "n-no I'm not."

"You sound nervous" Sunggyu's breath ghosted over his face and Woohyun was acutely aware of the way he was hovered over him.

"I-I-I..." Was all Woohyun could manage.

Sunggyu chuckled and then sat back, "sorry Hyun, you're fun to tease."

Woohyun pouted, "no fair, why do I have to be the ne stuttering all the time?"

Sunggyu merely chuckled in response.

Woohyun studied him for a moment and then huffed, "are you really not nervous?"

"Of course I'm nervous Hyun," Sunggyu replied, chuckling. "I just don't stutter as easliy as you."

Woohyun eyed him for a moment and then a sly smirk spread across his face.

"Is that a challenge?"

He saw Sunggyu gulp nervously and his smirk grew even wider and he leaned toward the leader, watching his face carefully as he did. Sunggyu had never felt so nervous in his life, completely uncertain as to what Woohyun was going to do. Maybe he shouldn't have so much-

Then his phone went off and Sunggyu took the oppurtunity, quickly grabbing it. 

"Hello?" He could see Woohyun glaring at him and he poked out his tongue. Woohyun rolled his eyes.

"Okay, so like, the other three called the manager and asked if they actually had to go out and so..." Hoya's voice was rushed, like he was running.

"Ugh, are they coming back?" Sunggyu groaned. Why were they so hard headed?! It was probably Sungyeol, freaking Sungyeol.

"Yeah, they're about 15 minutes away by my calculations. I'm trying to beat them there so I can stall them."

Sunggyu cursed under his breath.

"Alright we'll clean up and either head out or pretend we just got back."

"Clean up?" He could hear the smirk in Hoya's voice and huffed.

"Pizza Hoya, get your head out of the gutter, I ordered food, jesus!" And with that he hung up, before the rapper could make more stupid comments.

He put the phone on the table and turned to Woohyun, "Sungyeol and co. are coming back so we need to clean up and either head out or pretend we just got back..."

Woohyun's face fell but he nodded, "alright, I'll throw out the pizza boxes," he said as he began to gather them. Sunggyu couldn't help but feel flattered at how dejected Woohyun looked and he came over to crouch beside Woohyun.

"Hey Hyun?" Woohyun looked up in surprise, not having noticed Sunggyu move. Sunggyu took the opportunity to lean down and kiss him.

"Let's go on another date soon, okay?" 

Woohyun blushed but smiled, "of course Gyu."

So this only took me ten years to upload... Sorry, I kept having writers block and then I got this idea for a 2min oneshot (which you should check out if you like 2min~) and I had to write that and ....yeah.
