"Just sign it"

"No Xin please... I promise I won't hurt you ever again. Can you
give yourself, give us another chance? Let's start all over again"

Holding her tears as she tried desperately to free herself
from his embrace, they finally fell as she handed the pen to him.

"Jungmin-shii, please sign it"

"Is it what you really want?"

"Just sign it"

Flashback

"How have you been Oppa, I missed you..."

"He's in the shower"

"Oh... you must be his wife"

"Do you wanna pass a message?"

"It's ok, I'll call again. By the way, you'll have to get used to it, you know how he attracts girls"

It definitely wasn't something Xin could get used to, so she'd rather it hurt now
before it was too late.

Jungmin couldn't comprehend her reasons for insisting on a divorce just as things
were getting better, but the sight of her pleading with a tear stained face was a
clear enough sign that she was suffering. He didn't want her to be unhappy.

Wiping her tears away with his hands, he took another look at her before placing the
tip of the pen on the paper, and finally signed on it.

"Please be happy"

Jungmin whispered as Xin made her way out and fell back onto his chair.
Why did things still end up this way despite all the effort he had put in?
That night, he fell asleep in his study while Xin slept in their room.
And he woke up the next morning knowing that she would have already left their home for good.

"What am I going to do without you?"
