Joelle closed the door behind her as she entered baby Dae Jung’s room and 
sat down on the floor in a daze, not noticing the presence of Khrys and Jung Min.

“What’s wrong?”

“Uh Unnie… nothing… just feeling a little tired”

“Young Saeng’s here?”

“You knew?”

“No? I just sensed something was not quite right when we bumped into him at the 
supermarket the other day when he mentioned you guys haven’t met in a while”

“Oh…”

“Min Jung invited him, you’re not going to leave right?”

“Of course not… I’ll be… fine”

“Good to hear that. I’ll leave you here with Dae Jung for a while then”

“De…”

“Yah, you better be smiling for my daughter’s celebration later”

“Araso Jungmin oppa”

What should I do? What am I going to say to him? 
You’re just a colleague. No, ex colleague. Not even a friend. 
It’s ok to just say hi, it won’t do you any harm. 
Well maybe you can just become his friend afterwards. 
Just what do you want?!

She was going crazy from the little debate that was running in her mind. 
Though she knew that he never meant to hurt her, it had kind of hit her hard 
to realise that she was nothing else but a colleague to him after that night.

“Jojo unnie? Appa says we’ll be cutting my cake soon”

“De, let’s go then princess”

Young Saeng left the party feeling dejected upon realising that she had 
left silently after without him noticing.

“Remember the name card? That’s where she works. The rest is up to you”

“Jojo you’ve got a delivery!”

“Did you have to shout that loudly… what is it?”

Joelle made her way out from her office to the café after hearing Alicia’s 
call to find a bouquet of roses addressed to her.

“Unnie’s got an admirer… 1, 2 , 3 … 15 roses. Oh… it means he’s sorry 
and asking for your forgiveness. Who are you angry at?”

“Yah stop peeking!”

She hid the card she was holding on to as Alicia attempted to read the contents of it.

“Saeng? Young Saeng oppa? Just forgive him already Unnie…”

“In what way does it concern you?”

“Joonie says he has been looking rather listless since you left the studio. 
Oh, and he has stopped drinking and going to the clubs.”

“What has it got to do with me? And that reminds me… who is it? 
Didn’t I say not to let him know where I’m working?”

“Not me. I’m sure it’s not Joonie too. It’s just fate…”

“Time for you to get back to work Alicia…”

Young Saeng waited by the side of the café as it neared closing time. 
He decided he wasn’t going to let her go without having a proper talk with her 
and soon caught sight of a familiar looking person making his way towards the café .

“Hyung Jun ah…”

“Omo… Young Saeng hyung…”

“You knew she was here all along?”

“Mianhae… I wasn’t supposed to tell…”

“Why? You knew I was looking for her…”

“I made him promise not to…”
