"Tired already?" 

  My cute best friend chuckled while patting my head comfortingly.  I closed my eyes and nodded, not even having the energy to speak up. It was lunch break and the last few hours of my life had been dreadful, not only because of the angry girls trying perpetually to pick a fight with me, but because of the stunt Myungsoo and I had to put on as well. Honestly, I wasn't that much of a fan of fluff and cheesiness and the words that had left the Jerk's mouth, not to add the ones that had left mine...Uggh...just thinking about them made me shiver in disgust.  However that wasn't my only problem at the moment, for the fancy envelope was still resting between my nervous fingers.    "Eat first Jieunie. After that, you can go and find him" Taemin suggested, pushing the tray of food he had bought for me towards me.  Grinning in thankfulness I placed the card on the table and dove in, aware of the satisfied smile my best friend was flashing. Really, sometimes he acted more like a parent than my actual parents did, which was incredible, since they were already the best.    An arm was suddenly slung on my shoulders as I choked on the juice I had been sipping.    "What the-" But I was silenced by a pair of soft lips crashing against mine. My eyes widened in complete bewilderment as I pushed the boy away with a glare, of course not failing to notice the snickers that were escaping Taemin's mouth. I turned to glare at him, instantly making him freeze, much to my satisfaction. Sometimes I wondered if he really was my bestfriend, since he seemed to enjoy me suffering.     "I missed you baby~" Myungsoo cooed cheekily, secretly smirking down at me. I forced my lips to twitch up in a sweet smile, despite the shiver running down my spine, and scooted over the seat to drag him down, "Sit next to me, Oppa"    "Have you eaten already?" I questioned, blinking my eyes cutely. It had him scrunching up his nose and that was exactly what I had been aiming for.    Before he could even reply, I dug the spoon into my plate and scooped up half of the rice left, which was, believe me, a lot.    "Say ah~" I stuffed the spoon into his mouth, sincerely hoping he would choke on it. Knowing everyone was looking at us, he diligently took the load and munched on it, trying to hide his glare behind a forced smile.    "Aigoo, Oppa eats so well~" I beamed while patting - well, more like slapping - his cheeks. And I couldn't feel more content when he wasn't able to reply because of the rice that was almost popping out of his mouth.   Meanwhile students had started filling up the canteen, whispering oh-so-discreetly about us. Many girls were sneering and barking some un-ladylike insults, which I believe were referring to yours truly. While others were surprisingly quite supporting and were actually awing at the scene. But it wasn't like I cared, so I shrugged the noise off and instead scanned the crowd, searching for a specific tall figure who had been bothering my mind since the start of the day.  My heart quickened its pace when my eyes landed on him and my palms started getting sweaty. How could I, Kwon Jieun, be so afraid of such trivial matters? Why was I letting someone like Minhee push me around? There was no way I would let her have her ways.    With that set of mind, slamming my hands against the table, I stood up, ignoring Myungsoo's curious gaze, and headed towards the oh-so-cute couple.  The canteen went silent, everyone's attention set on me, while I successfully tried to ignore their heavy stares, which ,by the way, were practically burning holes in my head.  However, as I reached Chanyeol, my confidence noticeably deflated as I realized I couldn't actually say what I needed to say. Well, not if everyone was listening, and dragging him out was out of question for it would have surely caused another round of scandals I really didn't need at the moment.    Huffing in frustration, I took a deep breath and decided to play the role everyone had already given me without bothering to actually know me better, to say it all, the 'new '.    "Don't you have anything else to do instead of minding others' ing business?!?!" I snapped, making some students jump in surprise due to my sudden outburst.    Satisfied when everyone scurried off to do something that wasn't staring at me, I took a deep breath, preparing myself to face Chanyeol.    I could feel his stare on me. Well it was quite understandable since I had just drawn everyone's attention on me. However, him looking at me didn't help me to calm my nerves at all, and I suddenly found the corners of the envelope quite interesting-no. What was I doing? I couldn't give him something all ruined and wrinkled, could I?  Encouraging myself, I held my head up high and stared right back at him. That was Kwon Jieun alright.    "Kwon Chanyeol, I need to talk to you." I grimaced at the use of his full name when I had always called him either Oppa or Chanyeollie
