Jung Kyungmi, JK, two names standing for the same person but two different reactions. 
Who is Jung Kyungmi? A seventeen years old overly intelligent girl who wears big specs, often braids her hair and dares wearing the worst outfits of the whole era. In short, a nerd. Obviously she is no simple nerd, not when her great academic performances have brought her to Seoul National University at sixteen. No need to discuss, she, of course, has been enrolled with a scholarship and that fact alone is enough for everyone to hate her, after all her companions are all well-off. Adding that her plain-to-ugly looks don't exactly charm anyone, her school life didn't turn out as enjoyable as she wished and she's been bullied since day one. But she keeps many secrets and one of them is being heiress to one of the most important Korean business in the USA. That, though, isn't her biggest worry. Her biggest worry is actually JK. 
Who is JK? Ah...Just whispering these two letters sends shivers all over your body. Why? Simple. JK is the most feared gangster in all the cities of South Korea. Never lost one challenge since she entered the underground world and rumors say she could easily knock out her own mentor if she ever wanted. 
But she's a girl, every girl has a soft spot-NO. JK is heartless, fast and decisive. She has her own purpose, be an obstacle and you'll be no more. 
Are Jung Kyungmi, the easily bullied nerd, and JK, the cruel gangster, the same person? 
Lee Byunghun, aka L.Joe, could confirm it. After all her mysterious aura has been the one thing that has fascinated him, that has made him curious abut her. 
Yet his heart still belongs to Jieun and he finds it hard to be interested in another girl. Ah...L.Joe, L.Joe, be ware of your feelings and don't play with the fire because fire burns...and kills.
