SungYeol entered Infinite's hideout and called out, "YAH KIM MYUNGSOO!"

L made a face and came out of his room, "Shut up."

"Catch."

Catching the bottle of aspirin L muttered, "Thanks."

SungYeol hesitantly brought up the topic of you and Shin.

L put the bottle of aspirin down and calmly put the cup of water he was going to take the aspirin with, down.

"Are you..okay?"

Instantly his poker face came on, "Why wouldn't I be? She's just some girl-"

SungYeol's tone changed, "I'm not just some gang member, I'm your best friend. I know you like the back of my hand. I think I can tell when you really like a girl and I think I can tell when you're lying."

L growled, "Damn it."

"Are you going to go drink again?"

L shook his head, "It doesn't work."

SungYeol was silent.

L sighed and shook his head, "Whatever. Don't bother me until later."

Sighing at his best friend's current state, SungYeol went into his room to change.

Closing the door gently, L slumped to the floor blankly.

*He...he...really is with her? He's...dating her?*

He could still remember the first time he saw you and met you.

You had refused to open up to anyone, opting to stay in your own little world rather than socializing with the others.

That's when he had started wanting to know you and get close to you.

The reason he fell for you was because you treated him just like any other sunbae or person, his relationships with others didn't affect the way you treated him, nor did his looks or attitude.

You treated him equally and fairly, that's when he opened up to you.

You were the first person to treat him as MyungSoo oppa rather than 'L sunbae'.

*I lost the first person I truly cared for to...my worst nightmare.*

L sadly whispered while looking at the pictures the two of you took on his phone, "Now it's too late."
