Taemin and Minho followed Kai to his house, they were thinking of visiting his boyfriend and trying to see if they could solve the problem. Throughout the entire ride, Minho kept an eye on Taemin. Ever since the incident from this morning, he had no other signs about being pregnant.

                “Kai, how is your boyfriend usually? When did he start getting all moody?” he was sitting in the backseat and kept on looking at his phone.

                “I think it was around a week or two ago, I had come home a bit late because of traffic and he yelled at me saying that his food doesn’t taste good anymore and I don’t want to see him anymore, that’s why I’m coming home late. I tried to explain to him and it took me a hour of comforting him for him to calm down. I pretty sure that was the first incident and then it’s been happening frequent, he seems to be very sensitive to these things” Taemin nodded his head; it sounded very similar to when a pregnant woman and her hormones were taking control.

                “I think there’s a high chance that he’s pregnant, from now on, you would have to be much more patient with him if he is” Kai nodded and he directed them into his street. They followed him to the front door and watched as a pretty, skinny boy opened the door.

                “What are you doing here? Did you bring people to kick me out? I’ve already gotten my bags packed” Kai followed his boyfriend in and saw a few bags in the living room.

                “Kyungie! I didn’t mean what I said last night! Please forgive me” Kai wrapped his arms around his boyfriend but was immediately flung away.

                “You don’t even love me anymore, so what’s the point of me staying here? I’m going to move out” Kai looked over at Taemin for help.

                “Kai, why don’t you leave us alone for a few minutes? Leave him some time to calm down” Minho dragged Kai out the door and closed it.

                “Hello, my name is Lee Taemin and I am Minho’s boyfriend. May I know what your name is?” Taemin held out his hand and the other boy took it.

                “My name is Do Kyungsoo and I’m Kai’s boyfriend” they sat in silence until Taemin spoke up.

                “So what’s wrong? What did Kai do to make you so angry? I’m sure he had his reasons, he said that he didn’t mean a single word he said and that he still loves you” Kyungsoo started to cry.

                “I know he still loves me, but I don’t know if he would still love the present me, what if he hates me and one day tells me that he doesn’t love me anymore? It’s better to end it early than to hurt even more in the future” Taemin listened carefully.

                “Kyungsoo-ssi, are you by any chance pregnant?” he heard a gasp and knew that he was correct.

                “Yes I am, I remember when Kai said that he didn’t want to start a family until we are stable emotionally and financially. I just found out a week ago and I’ve been so worried about it, what if he tells me to abort it or kicks me out? I remember what he said to me last night. He had gotten home later than usual and for the past few days it’s been the same. I was afraid that he might be working too hard and decided to ask him some questions about his work place. I think I might’ve said that wrong thing and he started yelling at me. Saying that I was useless staying at home and doing nothing and that it’s good that I’m not pregnant or else he’ll force me to abort it. That was the last straw and I snapped, I was meaning to tell him last night about the news but now I’m glad that I didn’t get to” Kyungsoo was now sobbing into Taemin’s shoulder.

                “Kyungsoo-ssi, fights are bound to happen between couples. Take Hyung and I, we’ve been into many arguments and we’re still together. Consider your baby God’s gift; I would give anything to be pregnant again. Let me tell you something, I was pregnant before too. However, something happened and it was taken away from me. You should cherish the chance to have a baby with Kai, not every couple gets to have that, look at me as an example” Kyungsoo pulled Taemin into a hug and they both cried their eyes out.

                Both Minho and Kai heard crying and decided to see what was happening, they walked in and saw both Kyungsoo and Taemin crying into each other’s shoulders.

                “Minnie, what’s wrong? Are you hurting anywhere?” Minho picked Taemin up and sat him on his lap. Taemin shook his head and cuddled his head into Minho’s chest.

                “Kai, I have something to say to you. I’ll understand if you want to leave me but please listen to what I have to say. I’m pregnant; I just found out a week ago and was planning to tell you the news last night. However, a fight broke out and I never got a chance to, I’m ready to leave once you say the word” Kyungsoo sat there, watching to see how Kai would react to the news.

                “Kyungsoo, stand up. Please stand up” Kyungsoo began to cry, he knew he would get kicked out. He stood up and waited for Kai to say something, what he didn’t expect was for a pair of warm arms to wrap around his body.

                “Kyungie! I love you so much! I’m sorry, so sorry for yelling at you last night, please don’t cry” Kai kissed Kyungsoo’s tears away and then connected their lips. Kyungsoo slowly wrapped his arms around, tightening his hold. Taemin watched them and he couldn’t help but feel his eyes water again.

                “Hyung, I want to try again. I don’t know if I’m pregnant or not, but I want to try to become an umma again. I want to feel what they are feeling right now. We never got the chance to before it was taken away from us” Taemin pouted and Minho couldn’t help but kiss the beautiful lips.

                “Why don’t we go to the doctor’s after this and get a check up? I was really wondering if you got sick this morning because if Kai spinning you around or because of something else” Taemin gave Minho a smile and kissed his lips before entwining their fingers together.

                “Sorry Kai, Kyungsoo-ssi. Hyung and I are going to the hospital to see if we’ll have our little miracle forming in me right now. Wish you all the best and Kai, you better take care of your boyfriend and baby or we’ll not help you again” Taemin gave them a big smile before heading out the car. They were walking to the car when Minho’s phone rang. He listened to the person on the other side for a few seconds before hanging up.

                “Minnie, I have something to tell you, but please remain calm okay?” Taemin slowly nodded his head and waited for Minho to start talking.

                “So a few hours ago, I told a few of my men to search Sunyoung’s records because I was thinking that she might have something to do with your miscarriage and I found that a few days before you went to visit her, she went to the hospital and got tested as positive for gonorrhoea. I’m sorry Minnie, but I’m pretty sure she’s the cause of why we lost our baby. You did say that you went to her house to clean up and then you somehow contracted the disease. They asked the doctor and he said that it’s possible to transmit the disease by sharing towels. Also, you said that a few men were chasing, that’s why you fell. It turns out those men were sent by Sunyoung as well. It was her plan all along. Minnie, are you okay?” Minho looked at Taemin and saw that he was frozen in spot.

                “Hyung, does that mean our baby could still be in me right now but Sunyoung noona took it away from me? She killed our baby! She killed our child!” Taemin cried as he fell onto the ground when his legs gave away. Minho went to pick him up and held him close.

                “M-Minho hyung? Is everything okay?” Minho heard Kai’s voice behind him and turned around, carrying Taemin back into the house.

                “Let me take him” Kyungsoo said as he led the crying Taemin upstairs into the bedroom. Minho sat down on the couch with Kai beside him.

                “What happened? Taemin hyung was so happy when you guys left, what happened in those few minutes?” Kai was worried about them, they had done so much for him, he wish he could do something for them.

                “I got a call from my men because I told them to search into this certain girl who might be the cause of Taemin’s miscarriage. It turns out she had given my Minnie her disease which caused the risk of miscarriage to be much higher, also she had hired some men to try to capture him, making him run and trip which increased the chance and as a result, he did end up miscarrying the baby. He just found out and literally just broke down. I shouldn’t have told him right now” Minho sighed, he couldn’t stand seeing Taemin cry, it was his worst weakness of them all.

                “I’m sure Taemin hyung would understand why you told him. He would find out sooner or later and I think it’s better that he found out from you” Minho nodded and hope so too.
