I'm ready

The Spell

Luhan had never been panic and fast at the same time like that before. Sehun was kicked off without mercy one second after they heard someone chirping from the ground. He was sure that voice belonged to a boy and he couldn’t let that poor teenager see the R rated scene they were doing up here.

The Chinese boy quickly pulled down his shirt and zipped his jeans (the younger had undone it to make him a little comfortable because of his own tension).  He dropped his eyes on his beloved boyfriend who was wincing in pain (plus annoying) as his had landed harshly on the floor. He was about to bid a sorry when the door was blocked by three little boys, gazing at him.

“Who are you? What are you doing here?” they said in unison, clearly didn’t expected guest.

He scratched his head, glanced back to Sehun. After all, this was the Korean male’s place, it’s better to let him handle it.

Sehun slowly stood up, his brows met in irritation because of the ache.

“This is my tree house.” he short answered, his voice was literally cold “Who are you?”

The three boys looked at him for a moment before exchanged each other questioning looks. Finally one of them hesitantly spoke up.

“So you’re Sehun hyung?”

“Who said you could call me hyung?”

Luhan swore he could see the kids were shivering under the death glare the younger male was giving them. They unconsciously stepped back and held the box in their hands up against the chest to defend. The Chinese knew that Sehun didn’t have any malice toward them. He was just upset because the moment he had waited so long was ruined in a minute.

“Oh, come on Sehun ah, don’t scare them like that”

He grabbed his boyfriend’s hand, put a slight pressure on its palm and gave the latter a we-can-do-it-later-babe kind of look.

When he felt Sehun response to his grip, he turned around to face the uninvited guests with his angelic smile.

“How do you know this place?”

The tension on their faces slowly faded away as they finally stepped back in, put down the box but still sputtering

“W…we all knew about it but no one dared to play around because….”

They darted eyes to a particular one who was standing in the middle of the house with arms crossing, chin lifting up and staring at them fiercely.

The boy with curly hair swallowed the sticky lump in his throat, averted to Luhan’s direction trying to explain the situation.

“I asked Jongin hyung about four months ago if we could use this place as our secret fortress” he emphasized the last word to show the importance of the house to them “and he gave us permission.”

He stole a quick glance to Sehun before continued

“He also said if we were ever got caught by Sehun hyung, just hand him this.”

With these words, he fished out from his pocket a piece of paper, stretched out to give it to the Chinese male. It’s safer for not making any contact with the grumpy one.

Luhan took the folded paper, moved closer to the younger boy so they could read it together. There showed the hand writing of Jongin, probably wrote in hurry because it’s a little difficult to read.

Dear Sehun’s lover,

Pls control my precious Sehunnie’s anger as he read this. I believe in you!

P/S. Sehun ah, let’s the kids play. You and I are too old for this.

Love you!

That was how Sehun wanted to punch in his best friend’s face. A real hard one.

Jongin was the one who came up with the idea building this tree house. He was the one talked Sehun into the only bringing their special ones to this place promise. He was also the one who said this would be the symbol of their bonding friendship so no one could ever come between.

Now he told in the other way and ended with a love-you?

“I can’t believe being friend with that brat in the first place.”

Sehun crumpled up the paper, murmured. Luhan had to hold his laughter, patted his shoulder slightly, trying not to make the situation worse.

“Let’s go Sehun ah.”

The Korean boy reluctantly let the other pull him outside, leaving the place for three kids. When they finally hit the main road, he immediately fished out his phone and intended to vent his anger on the dancer. However, when the latter started chattering nonsense about how the kids begging him, how important their friendship meant to him, how happy he was when Sehun finally hooked up with Luhan, he couldn’t open mouth to yell at the tan boy any more.

“I hate you.”

With that, he disconnected the call, knowing that Jongin would show up later in front of his house with a cup of bubble tea for him.

********

Right after the dinner with their moms, Sehun pleaded tiredness to grab Luhan’s elbow toward his room with him. The Chinese boy had no choice to bow politely and bid a quick goodnight to two elder women who were by the way giving him and their son some kind of a playful smirk.

The moment the door was kicked close behind him, he was pushed against it and attacked by a hungry Sehun. The younger boy didn’t let him have time to function anything. It’s not until the other on his neck roughly then Luhan was snapped back, he slightly stirred and cut off the overenthusiastic violinist.

“What’s wrong?”

Sehun eyes half opened, his hands still perfectly wrapped around his boyfriend’s waist.

“Er…nothing.” the smaller one lowered his head, avoiding the eye contact “I…I want to use the bathroom first.”

“Okay.”

Sehun loosened his grip and stepped back, letting the latter slide out. When Luhan completely out of his sight, he facepalmed himself in confusion. Did he go too fast? He scared his baby deer away didn’t he? Then he went panic, mentally slapped himself for not holding on a little bit longer. Lying down on the futon, he stared at the ceiling, hoping his excitement didn’t ruin the balance between them.

In the bathroom, Luhan stood against the sink, tilted his head and leaned in to see the hickey on his neck. Caressed it tenderly, he recalled the moment previously. When he thought they could continue what they had left off at the tree house later, he meant somewhere in the dorm whereas people were not around (by people he implied their closest friends) or maybe in a random hotel in Seoul, not here with Sehun’s moms sleeping in the opposite room.

Luhan looked at his reflection on the mirror, took a deep breath, his heels to go back to where his boyfriend was waiting. Just do what should be done!

The small sound from the door knob twisted jolted Sehun back. He immediately got up and darted his eyes to that direction. The Chinese boy stopped in the middle as he saw the other was looking at him nervously. He suddenly felt guilty.

There was awkward silence between them before Luhan cleared his throat with a cough, scooted over and gave the latter a hug.

“I’m sorry.” he whispered “for letting you down again.”

“It’s okay.” Sehun let out a small sigh, his back slightly “You’re not ready yet. I understand.”

The older pulled away, shook his head vigorously.

“No, I’m ready. It’s just…. I find it uneasy when we’re going at it while your moms are…you know.”

He dug his face into the other’s crook of neck, mumbled against his pale skin.

“I don’t want they think I’m spoiling their son.”

Sehun burst out laughing at his boyfriend’s confession. Of course his moms already knew this day would come, they even gave him a lecture of how to be gentle and make it easy on his partner on the day he turned eighteen, officially being an adult. It was like attending special education class without fee.  The weirdest part of the whole lesson was when Jongin raised his hand and asked if he could use those tactics with girls.

Nonetheless, Luhan was right, it’s better to have their first time somewhere more private.

“You’re right. I should be spoiled secretly.”

He chuckled, planted a kiss on the top of the Chinese’s head. Sometimes he thought it’s okay even if they stayed like this forever, no , no lust, just knowing their love for each other was enough.

The smaller one stirred, broke the closeness between them.

“Can I ask you something?”

“Uhm.”

“Have you ever considered your uncle’s request?”

Out of all the topics, he picked the most sensitive one. Everything rushed back to Sehun and he unconsciously dropped his hands down on his side, turned aside to avoid the eye contact. Has he thought about it? Yes, but he didn’t want to give it a shot.

“I don’t want to talk about it.”

He mumbled, his voice sounded like he was begging the older one to drop it here. Luhan tapped his chin and pulled it back to face him.

“I know you’re hurt but… it’s your mother. She gave birth to you.”

“And gave up on me.”

Sehun could feel tear was going to fall down and didn’t bother to hold back.

The Chinese boy used his thumb to wipe away the sadness trailing down on the other’s face. He leaned in to kiss those weary eyes, whispered

“It’s okay. I’m sorry for bringing it up. But at least try to read this” he reached out for his backpack and fished out the old notebook “For me.”

Sehun recognized his mother’s diary immediately. He guessed his boyfriend had kept it since the day his uncle gave them a sudden visit. He wanted to know what was written in there but his pain was too much, it made him shrivel up.

Luhan waited patiently for the younger one’s response but got none. He gently placed it beside the Korean male’s pillow, flashed his warmest smile.

“I will let it up to your choice. Take your time babe.”

He knew the latter would eventually give in and maybe had a second thought after reading it. All he had to do was to kick it in step by step.

But that was not the main issue of tonight. Tonight was about proving him being all mature and taking Sehun’s concern seriously. Luhan didn’t know if it’s a good idea to get his boyfriend all upset before he practiced his seduction on him but he thought he would figure out sooner or later.

The Chinese boy smoothly crawled onto Sehun’s lap, made the other startled at the sudden move.

“Wh…what are you doing?” he sputtered.

“Shhh….” Luhan put a finger on his mouth, looking at him cravingly “Don’t say anything. Just focus on me.”

Then he began to kiss all over the other boy’s face, slowly yet passionately.

On the other hand Sehun was confusing, didn’t know how to react. Didn’t he just say how weird it was if they do it here? Or he changed his mind that fast? But if he wanted it, what was the point of dragging out the whole birth mother thing first?

At some level, all those questions instantly disappeared when he felt his body was pushed down on the futon and the latter’s hand was on his waistband.

“Luhan…”

“Shh…. leave it to me.”

For the first time since they got together, Sehun decided to let Luhan lead. He closed his eyes, sensing the hot breath ghosted on his inner thigh. He could feel blood was running like crazy down there and there was something incredibly weird in his stomach. He didn’t see it coming so quickly, all the pleasure and sensuality was boiling up and waiting to explode. He thought maybe it’s because he was craved for this touch so long, he couldn’t control himself any more.

Sehun reached his in the messy moans of Luhan’s name, not too loud for his mothers’ sake but enough for the smaller boy to smirk out of satisfaction as he knew he had learnt his lesson well.

Luhan slid up to place kiss on Sehun’s lips, slightly darted his tongue into the other’s mouth to let him taste his own. The younger rolled him over, pinched the bridge of his nose.

“You…Why all the sudden….and where did you learn that?”

He giggled, went right back to an innocent baby deer.

“From a reliable source. Do you like it?”

“Did you not hear me a minute ago?” Sehun pinched him again, this time along with a soft kiss “Wait until we go back to Seoul. You don’t know what you get into.”

“Can’t wait…” he sang mischievously.

“I mean it!”

“Me too.”

Luhan grinned, threw his arms around the younger’s neck and pulled him down for a deep kiss.

Yes, he’s twenty two, Chinese and ready for a committed relationship.
