Chapter OO9: "In the rain."

Luhan's POV:

I massaged my forehead and looked at the pending papers in front of me.

This is not what I'm supposed to be doing at this hour, I'm supposed to be with Joohyun.

Aish, this can wait for tomorrow, right?

Okay, I'll just call appa and everything will be alright.

"Planning to escape again?"

It's as if my dad is hearing my on the other side of the wall, I heard a voice on the door, it's my appa.

"Please be serious about this, son, this is not just any on the job training." He sat in front of me.

I covered my face with my palms in frustration.

"I understand you, son." He patted my shoulder.

"No, you don't." I stood up angrily, and walked away from the room.

"Come back here, Xi Luhan, I'm serious."

I paused for a while, then continued walking.

Seohyun's POV:

While we were chatting at the bench, rain started pouring.

"Aigooya, we need to go back to the cafe." He ran to the cafe, good thing the cafe is not that far.

Sehun went inside hurriedly, without telling me.

I just stood there, and waited for the rain to stop.

Then I saw a familiar black car parking in front of me.

The door opened, and it revealed Luhan.

Nice timing, when Luhan approached me, Sehun went out and handed me an umbrella.

"What are you doing here?" Luhan glared at Sehun.

"Is it wrong to have a coffee here?" Sehun coldly said.

Oh no, I'm sensing this is not good.

"Why are you with.. MY GIRL?" Luhan grabbed my hand and held it tight.

"Oww, Luhan-ah, Sehun-ah, stop it please." I warned the two of them.

"Let's go." Luhan grabbed my hand, then he opened the car door.

"Where are we going?" I tried to ask him calmly.

But he seemed pissed off, so I just went in without any questions.

"Why are you with him?" He asked, then we drove off somewhere.

But before I could speak, he spoke, "Or better yet, why do you know him?"

I glared at him, "Why were you late? I mean, why were you late AGAIN?" I emphasized the word again.

"You know I'm busy, now don't change the topic."

"First of all, why bother ask me to go to a cafe just to wait for you, if you know you're busy! Lastly, why do you care if I'm friends with him? I'm just your girlfriend, I'm not your property. Now stop the car, and I'll just walk. I'd rather walk than ride in this car with you!"

He stopped the car, and I slammed the door closed when I got out.

Aigooya, I forgot it was raining. Oh well, I'll just walk in the rain.

"Joohyun-ah! Come back here." He opened his windows, and followed me while I was walking.

I just ignored him, and pretended that there was no car.

So, there I was, continually walking in the rain, soaking wet.

Where's my bodyguard when I need him?

There goes my stupid boyfriend, how dare you leave me? Did you just left me alone?

Aigooya, foolish me.

Sehun's POV:

Where the heck is she?! Is she gonna come home? Aish, her father will kill me.

"Calm down maknae." Jongin hyung tapped my back.

"Look hyung, how can I calm down? I've just recently became her bodyguard, yet this is the scenario I'm facing right now?! What if... Aish."

"I'm pretty sure she's safe. Here, grab a coffee." Joonmyun hyung handed me a cup of coffee, but I just left it at the table.

"I can't leave her. I must go. Wait for me."

I grabbed the umbrella, and stormed off somewhere.

If I'm Kim Joohyun, where would I be?

Aish, I'm just walking on some highway I don't know.

Suddenly, I saw a figure of a girl, she looks so scary. She's soaking wet in the rain.

G-GHOST?!?!?!?!

A-Aniyo. *Gulp* That doesn't exist, Paboya.

I'll just come near her, but she's just really scary! Aish.

"M-Miss, you okay..?" I said as I come near her.

"Huh? Sehun-ah?" I was shocked with the familiar voice.

"SEOHYUN-AH?"

Seohyun's POV:

Where would this road go? I'm not familiar with this.

Where the heck is our apartment?

I'm soaking wet, and I don't know what to do, there's no one walking in this highway I don't know.

Until I saw a figure of a guy with an umbrella.

Aigooya, I'm getting kinda scared, but of course I won't show it.

I walked slowly. Wait, I'll just walk like a weird person so the guy would think I'm a crazy, and eventually leave.

But I failed, because the guy is getting close.

"M-Miss, you okay..?" The guy spoke, his voice is familiar!

"Huh? Sehun-ah?"

"SEOHYUN-AH?" he flashed his light on me, and I saw him.

"SEHUN-AH? Finally! Thank you!"

I'm kinda outta my mind, so I suddenly hugged him.

When I realized that, I pulled away.

"Oh, I'm sorry." I bit my lips, "Now you're kinda wet."

"Aniya, keke, it's okay." He smiled, "Anyways, I'm sorry."

"For what?"

We started walking, the rain is still pouring, and it's getting so cold.

"For not arriving sooner."

"It's okay. It's not your fault anyways. Aigooya. I apologize for my boyfriend's behavior earlier."

"Wait." He stopped. "Hold this first."

He took off his coat, and put it on me, then got the umbrella.

"WAIT, LUHAN-AH!" I called.

"Huh?" He looked at me weirdly.

"I mean, Sehun, sorry."

I kinda bit my lip, then we continued walking.

"Hey, ride on my back?" 

"Sure."

I rode on his back, then fell asleep for a few seconds.

Someone's POV:

"Isn't that Seohyun-ssi? Who's that guy? I can't recognize him, but one thing is for sure, that's not Luhan."

"Oh no, is she cheating on Luhan?"

"No way, she's too good to do that."

"Aniyo, we don't know her that well."

"Should we tell Luhan about this?"

"Aniyo. We'll gather more and more facts. Let's watch out for them."
