After singing the requisite song (incredibly off-key, as usual), nine members of EXO began to chow down on the cake—D.O had shoved Chanyeol, Kai, and Luhan into the corner of shame, and had given the rest explicit instructions not to give them any cake. Usually the members would have ignored him, but when one held a rather substantially large cleaver in his hand and brandished it at you, you tended to listen to them (even if it was Do Kyungsoo.)

“Sorry ge!” Tao said, looking not even the slightest bit sorry, “I would share with you, but Kyungsoo-ge said no!”

“You bastard, you wouldn't have shared anyways,” Luhan grumbled. “Cake-hog.”

Tao, as usual, turned his selective-hearing powers on again and headed over to Kris, asking him if he was “gonna eat that cake, didn't you say that you were going on a low sugar diet? I didn't hear that, it sounded like a yes, thanks, ge!”

Kai scowled. “Chanyeol, this is all your fault.”

“Is not.”

“Can we just blame everything on Jongdae?” Luhan sighed.

“Hm...” Kai and Chanyeol thought for a moment, before they both nodded. “Yep, that seems alright.”

Chen felt a sudden chill directed at him, and he tried not to look in the corner—if he had, he would have seen three murderous glares sent his way, along with a muttered oath by a certain blonde-haired boy to make sure that their translator wouldn't be accompanying them on their next trip to China.
