Nichkhun’s POV

 

I found no records, whatsoever connecting Sandor to Yuri.

But why is he butting in?

 

*yawn* I got off the laptop to check on Yuri.

She was still fast asleep.

If I move her to the bed she might wake up… I’ll just bring her pillows here.

 

~The next morning~

 

I woke up on the floor, lying next to the couch.

Yuri was still sleeping.

I got up to make us breakfast.

“Yuri, I made chocolate chip pancakes.” I whispered, trying to wake her up as gently as possible.

“Yuri…” I whispered a little bit louder.

I touched her cheeks and she was quite warm.

She started and sniffing.

“She must have caught a slight fever last night.” I talked to myself before quickly getting her some tea.

 

When I came back to the living room Yuri was already sitting up, trying to eat.

“Yul, I think you need to rest more or your fever might get worst.” I suggested.

She shook her head and tried to simle “Ani, we have our rehearsals for our new single today. I can’t miss it.”

“Are you sure? I mean we can call up your managers a-“

“I’m sure” she cut me off before taking a sip of the tea.

“Thank you for the breakfast!” she stood up “It was delicious!” she praised.

“It’s no problem, how about I drop you there?”

I pouted.

“Ugh, arasso! Let me just get ready.” she gave in.

 

~In the car~

 

I’m still not sure if I should bring out what happened last night.

“Yul, last night… it was about Minho wasn’t it?” I asked bravely.

She kept quiet and started playing with her fingers.

So it is true.

“Mind telling me what happened?”

“I don’t want to talk about it. Mianhe.” She apologized.

“It’s alright.” I smiled to her.

 

“CALL ME UP WHEN YOU DON’T FEEL WELL, OUR CAMPUS IS JUST RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER! GOOD LUCK!” I screamed from inside the car, she giggled as I waved her goodbye.

 

Yuri’s POV

 

Nichkhun was actually really sweet.

I smiled to myself before walking inside our training room.

All the members were already there except for our choreographer.

“Yul ah, where have you been?” Taeyeon quickly rushed to me.

“Mianhe unnie, I think I’m not going to be staying at the dorm anymore.”

“Bwo?” Sunny gasped.

I smiled.

 

Soon the choreographer arrived and he wasted no time to teach us the dance moves.

It was quiet hard at first but then it started getting easier by the hour.

 

“Yul, I think you should rest. You’ve been coughing a lot.” Sooyoung suggested.

“Ani, I’m fine, we’re almost done anyways.” I insisted.

They all looked at me, and then sighed.

 

 

“Let her be. It’s better if she faints and doesn’t recover.” Jessica broke the silence.

“What’s your problem Jessica?” Taeyeon finally has enough.

“HER! YURI IS MY PROBLEM!” Jessica screamed.

“What has she ever done to you?!” Tiffany back me up as well.

“SHE TOOK THE LOVE OF MY LIFE AWAY FROM ME!”

“Bwoh?” I asked surprised.

“DON’T ACT ALL INOCENT!” Jessica started walking away.

All the other members were shocked.

 

What was she talking about? Is it the reason why she despises me so much?

 

Minho’s POV

 

I woke up on the couch with a huge headache.

“Ugh, what happened last night?” I talked to myself.

I looked around, I was alone.

It’s already 2:00pm.

“KRYSTAL! WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY ROOM?!” I yelled as I opened my bedroom door.

She slightly blushed.

“My allergic acted up because Yuri gave me lemonade last night.” She explained.

How can I not remember any of these things happening?

“I’ll talk to Yuri about it.” I knocked on Yuri’s door but no answer.

I opened it and searched for her but the room was empty.

Oh right, she went for dance rehearsals today.

 

“What happened last night?” I went back to Krystal.

She shrugged “I heard you screaming downstairs then I fell asleep.” She looked so innocent.

Me screaming? Who was I screaming at?

 

~DING DONG~

 

I ran downstairs and opened the door.

“Nichk-“ before I continued my sentence he punched me right in the face.

My head was spinning but I stood back up.

“WHAT THE HECK IS YOUR PROBLEM?!” I screamed.

I could hear Krystal running down the stairs.

“What did you do to Yuri last night?” he punched me again.

This time, blood started falling of my mouth.

“I don’t know. I don’t remember.” I explained.

“BULL!” he was about to attack me again when Krystal came in.

“NICHKHUN STOP!” she grabbed his arm and dragged him outside.

 

What could I have possibly done to Yuri?

The last thing I remembered last night was when we got home, I was watching TV and that was all. And now I wake up finding myself in the couch.

 

Krystal’s POV

 

I couldn’t bear seeing Minho get beaten up by Nichkhun.

I dragged him outside.

“It’s not his fault, stop torturing him!” I scolded Nichkhun.

“I did some witchcraft on Minho; I can control his emotions with this.” I showed him a ring.

Minho’s hair was inside the ring and a few drops of potions, BOOM, I can control his emotions.

 

“Didn’t I say I would handle the job alone? Why do you keep showing up?” he screamed but soft enough for Minho not to hear.

“I… I’m not doing this for Jessica unnie anymore. I really… really like Minho.” I confessed.

He looked shocked.

 

“Get your priority straight! Do you know how your sister is going to react?!” he scolded.

“NO, YOU GET YOUR PRIORITY STRAIGHT! Admit it; you’ve fallen for the genie!” I snapped back.

I could see it from his eyes, he is falling for Yuri.

 

“I’m tired of following Sica unnie’s orders! Stick with me, I can get you the potion you want too… and my plan would definitely work. Better than hers.” I tried to persuade him to betray Jessica unnie.

Nichkhun has a confused look on his face. I just smiled.

 

Jessica’s POV

 

I ran outside the campus.

With tears falling down my face.

“Jessica wait!” I could hear Yuri screaming.

Just knowing she still exists makes my blood boil.

“What did I ever do to you?”

I turned around to face her.

 

 

“What did you ever do to me?!” I repeated her question.

“You took the love of my life, Hee Bong away from me!!!” I screamed and slapped her.

She was shocked but she shook the feeling away.

“Hee Bong? How did I take him away?”

“Because of your existence, Hee Bong could never be mine; YOU gave him the girl he was destined to marry. If you didn’t exist he would never have found her and he would loving me!”

Yuri kept quiet “Mianhe… I didn’t know.”

“WELL NOW YOU DO!” I screamed and started walking.

“JESSICA!” Yuri screamed, I turned around to see a truck heading my way.

 

I was frozen, I couldn’t move.

Yuri quickly cast a spell on the truck making it move in slow motion.

She was too weak to make it stop.

The truck was still far away from us.

“Are you ok?” she asked.

I nodded in shock and started walking to the side walk.

Yuri was about to walk to the sidewalks too but out of nowhere the slow motion spell has disappeared causing the speeding truck to aim at Yuri.

 

I tried to cast my own spell to slow down the truck.

It did work but it still hit Yuri.

 

OMONA! I was scared! Scared for Yuri!

I know that I have a grudge against her but she actually used up her power to help me.

I would have been dead by now.

And I have no intentions of killing her. I just want her to feel my pain, emotionally.

The pain that I've been feeling for all these years.

 

I looked around to see who interfered with her spell and I spotted a shadow by the tree.

I didn’t know who he was but I knew who he was related to.

 

I dialed 911 and then Minho.

Yes, Minho.

 

Minho’s POV

 

I looked out the window to see Krystal and Nichkhun arguing about something.

I grabbed an ice pack and kept it on my cheeks.

His punches really stings.

 

~RING~

 

Minho: Yoboeseyo?

??: MINHO IT’S JESSICA!

Minho: Oh Jessica noona, is there anything wrong?

Jessica: Yuri got into an accident. Come to the hospital, quick!

 

I dropped my ice pack and headed outside.

I got in to my car.

“OY, WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU’RE GOING?” Nichkhun screamed.

“To the hospital, Yuri got into an accident.” I quickly drove off leaving the two of them there.

 

~At the hospital~

 

“Which room is Ms. Kwon Yuri in?” I asked the reception.

“She in the ICU right now, but you can wait in the waiting area. It’s on the second floor to you right.” She assisted.

I quickly ran.

 

I found Jessica sitting on the bench.

Why is Jessica here, of all the people?

“What happened?”

“She got hit by a truck.” Jessica started crying.

 

My eyes widened.

“HOW?!”

“It was about to hit me…and she saved me.” Jessica cried even louder now.

The Nichkhun and Krystal showed up.

Krystal quickly ran to Jessica who stood up as she saw Nichkhun.

 

 

Jessica ran to him and slapped him in the face.

“THIS IS YOUR FAMILY’S FAULT! THEY MESSED WITH YURI’S SPELL, THAT’S WHY SHE GOT HIT!” Jessica yelled.

Nichkhun was shocked. Well, all of us were.

 

How is Nichkhun’s family dragged in to this? Come to think of it, who’s Nichkhun?

And why is Jessica being so nice all of a sudden?

Could she possibly just making all this things up?

I mean, it's obvious she has something against Yuri.

 

Then out of nowhere TOP appears.

“TOP oppa!” Krystal gasped.

He looked straight at Nichkhun.

“Tell your family to be ready, cause what’s about to hit them isn’t going to be pretty.” 

 

 

And with those things said, he disappears.
