“Who was that ?”

“Your son.”

“My son ? Changmin doesn’t look like that, I’m sorry.”

Sooyoung sighed. Which one is the right one ? That man or Tiffany ? Was he saying the truth about being her son ? Or maybe Tiffany’s right ? That he’s just another stranger to her ?

Suddenly, someone knocked on Tiffany’s door. The knocker sounded in hurry, he was practically banging it.

Sooyoung just stood there, staring at the man in front of her. It was Changmin. She was confused, not knowing what to do. Should she act all polite to him or should he know that he had hurt her feelings on their first meeting ?

“Good evening,...”

“Where’s my mom ?” Changmin just cut her words, his eyes were looking for Tiffany.

“Mom ? Mom !” He barged in Tiffany’s room, shoved Sooyoung that stood his way.

Tiffany backed away, she felt frightened at the sight in front of her. Truthfully, she felt she knew this man, it’s just that she forgot him. But her Changmin wouldn’t change this much. Or maybe she’s the one that had changed too much that she forgot her own son ?

“Mom...” Changmin tried to reach his mother’s hand, but she slapped his palm.

“Don’t ! You’re not my son.” Tiffany’s tone was calm, but Changmin knew that she’s afraid of him.

“Mommy...” Tears started to brim in his eyes. Nothing was painful than slowly losing your own family.

Tiffany stayed still, she was startled that the man began to cry, but she’s just afraid to do anything.

“Do you know about Dad ? Dad’s sick ! He needs you ! Please, I beg you, Mom...” Finally, those drops that he hide all those while, were streaming down his cheek. Changmin was clutching tightly on Tiffany’s stiff legs, she was shocked that he really cried and sobbed in front of her.

“I can’t lose all of you for the second time, Mommy...”
