"KORA, LOOK OUT!" Kris yelled as he pushed you out of the way. Grabbing you by the waist, he flew you up to a nearby rooftop just as the creature was about to ram into you. Unfortunately, the gruesome beast had wings and flew up towards the both of you. You took out your daggers and back flipped, dodging it just as it clawed at your head. You flicked your wrist and threw two daggers at the sides of its neck.
The creature shrieked as some of its blood splattered. You ran toward the beast and jumped onto its shoulder, pulling out your daggers. The monstrosity roared and thrashed its arms up at you, knocking you off the roof onto the street below. You plummeted down, your body smashing into the stone ground. "KORA!" Kris yelled. He glared at the creature and shot towards it, sending a kick to its face.
Kris took out his sword and fought against the creature's sharp claws. It scratched violently at him, ripping Kris' cape off and almost marking his back. He thrashed the beast with blows to its rib cage, stabbing and cutting. However, the creature used its wings to knock Kris off his feet, almost knocking him off the roof.
You scrambled to your feet, almost tripping because you were still wearing the gown. You growled in frustration and sliced the dress in half down the middle with a dagger. I knew wearing my clothes underneath was a good idea! You quickly pulled the dress off your body and took your mask off. Your head was spinning, but your focus was still on the monster. You took one dagger, pulled back your arm, and took aim.
"Let's see how well I can throw when the world is spinning," you said to yourself as you snapped your arm forward and threw the dagger at your target. Your vision wasn't completely clear yet, but you heard the creature's deafening howl. You smirked. I guess I can throw pretty well! Your sight was now clear, and you saw that you had struck the creature's right eye. Kris was now on his feet, and he jumped at the creature and sent his fist into its jaw, knocking it back.
You ran and jumped back onto the rooftops towards the creature and slid the smaller daggers that you kept in small bracelet-like compartment on your wrists into your ha
