Sleeping With A Stranger
I'm A Suju
We ended up going to the dance school, to practice some more for Kyuhyun’s solo dance. When we returned home we didn’t feel like studying anymore, but I don’t think he minded that much. It was already getting dark outside when we finally stopped dancing.
"I have to go home." He said.
"I know. Shall I walk you home?"
"No, that’s okay. Your parents are probably worrying where you are, so."
"Oh, I don’t think they mind that much." Since I don’t have parents...
"Sure they will. Go home, hyung. They’ll be happy to see you again. Just as happy as I’m always to see you." He said with a smile and then felt shy and stared at his feet.
"You’re happy to see me?"
"Yeah... You’re a good friend, Donghae."
"Thanks. Same for you."
Of course he only saw me as his friend. I should have known, right?
"I’ll go first." I said.
"Okay. So, will you... call me? So we can hang out again?"
"Sure."
"Okay... then, bye..."
I smiled a bit and left the room first. I didn’t even feel like changing myself into a ghost so I walked home in silence. Alone, because he wasn’t next to me. Tired, because he had been pushing me to dance to my fullest. Sad, because he only saw me as a friend. And full of love for a person that would never love me back the same way as I loved him.
I was almost home when my phone started ringing out of nowhere. It was him. Or at least his name and number showed on the screen.
"Kyuhyun?"
"Yeah, it’s me..." He sounded like a kid just being busted on something really wrong.
"What’s wrong?"
"I don’t know... Are you alright? You just left like that... Did I say something wrong?"
"No, of course not. I just reminded myself of something that made me want to go home."
"Oh..."
"I’ll tell you when time is right, Kyuhyun."
"You don’t have to."
"I know."
"Okay... Oh, you left your textbook at my house."
", I totally forgot about that!"
"Yah, is this your book?"
"Why?"
"Because I wondered since when your name is “Zhou Mi”? You’re not Chinese, are you?"
"No, I just borrowed it from one of my friends. I kind of lost mine."
"Oh. I see... Shoul
