How could someone like you exist Cho Kyuhyun? For once in my life, I have someone I can look up to.... that I can only look up to... You're like a shining star that I could never reach... but why can't I stop wanting to? 

I really want to reach you... I want to be part of your world... I want to be like you... strong, independent and always so cheerful... If only I could become someone that belongs in your world... someone like you...

I've only known Cho Kyuhyun for a couple of days now... and he feels so strange... I mean, he's a normal guy... but he's already one of the most popular guys in school, but he's just a freshman like me... What is it with him? What makes him so special???

After dismissal, Sungmin was alone... sweeping the corridor...

"Minnie-ah~ It's been a while! How have you been?" shouted someone from the end of the corridor.

"Kibum-ah~ I've been fine... I'm just finishing up my cleaning duties for today" Sungmin said with a cute little smile.

"Awwww... I've missed seeing that smile~" Kibum said as he pinched Sungmin's cheek.

"So, how are you coping up with __________ leaving and all?" Kibum asked with concern in his eyes.

"I guess I've been fine... but I haven't been making any friends since" Sungmin said with a pout.

"Awww... You miss me and _________ don't you? We're not classmates anymore, Minnie-ah~` you should try to make new friends... We're in high school now... and have you even been trying or are you acting like a loner again? Oh, and I wanted to ask you about this Kyuhyun guy I've heard of, he seems to be famous, do you know hiim?"

"Why? are you jealous of him because you're not as popular? and well, yeah, I know him, he's my classmate... He's pretty nice, he's quite similar to you and _______. He's the only person who's taken interest to try to talk to me in our class."

"Well, that's because you've been acting cold again... don't drive people away, Minnie, you won't be able to make friends if you keep your smile to yourself... and I don't like the sound of this guy, he seems weird to actually talk to you."

"He's similar to you, you're both wei---"

"Yah~ I heard my name. Is someone back-stabbing me on the first week of school?" a voice from inside the classroom cut Sungmin off. Kyuhyun was surprised to see who was talking but he just acted normally and looked at them suspiciously.

"Ah, so you're the famous Kyuhyun, well, nice to meet you. The name's Kibum, Kim Kibum from class B. And to answer your question, no, no one's back-stabbing you. I was just wondering how a dorky guy like you could be famous overnight."

"Why? Are you jealous?" Kyuhyun said with a smirk as he exited the classroom and headed to the direction of the two.

"Yes, I'm jealous, don't try to steal away Minnie-ah from me~"

Kyuhyun was flustered "Minnie-ah? You mean Sungmin? Steal? From you? What? and how do you know each other by the way?"

"We've been friends since middle school" Kibum said as put his arm around Sungmin. "Why? Are you jealous?"

"Jealous? Why would I be jealous of someone like you..." Kyuhyun said proudly but suddenly blushed when he saw Sungmin staring at him with her cute pupp-like eyes.

Kibum was staring at the two. "Well then, I don't know what's up with you two, but I should probably get going now.  See ya next time, Minnie-ah~."

"Yeah~ See ya next time Kibum-ah~" Sungmin said as she bade goodbye to her friend then looked back at Kyuhyun and blushed that he was still there.

"Friends since middle school, huh? I didn't think you were the type to hang out with guys."

"Well, yeah, he's one of my best friends since middle school, my other best friend's a guy too but he's in Mokpo right now."

"You miss him don't you?"

"Yeah... I'm not like you. I don't have a lot of friends. They were pretty much my only close friends back then, my other friends don't study here. It's only me and Kibum right now... but then... we aren't even classmates anymore."

"You're pretty talkative, you know? For someone who's been so quiet in the classroom."

"I guess, I am pretty talkative... when I'm with someone I am comfortable with."

"So, you're comfortable with me?"

"Well, yeah... I guess so... It's probably because you seem so friendly and open"

"So, you think of me as a nice and friendly guy, right?"

"Well. yeah, pretty much... you seem so nice and friendly to everyone. What do you think would be the reason why you're our class rep?"

"You know Sungmin, I'm not as nice and friendly as you think I am and you're underestimating yourself too much. In my opinion, you seem to be a much better person than I am."

"Me? Are you serious? I'm not... I can't even get our classmates to like me."

"You probably are. I'm a bad guy you know. I am really evil.^^ and you... you just need a little help, you can do it. I'm rooting for you." Kyuhyun said smiling at Sungmin. He couldn't help but stare when he saw Sungmin smiling so brightly after what he said.

"You just need to keep smiling, Sungmin-sshi, and I'm sure that you can find friends. There are many nice people in our class you know?" Kyuhyun continued

"Bad guy? I don't believe you, you don't give much credit to yourself either, Kyuhyun-sshi. If you think you don't deserve my praise, then so be it."

"And by the way, Thanks, Kyuhyun-sshi... I'll try my best...." Sungmin said with a smile.

"Fighting?" Kyuhyun said

"Fighting~"

They stayed like that for a while, just smiling at each other. Sungmin felt so comfortable and happy beside Kyuhyun, she couldn't help but smile.

Until, Kyuhyun's phone rang. "I've got to get going now, I'll see you tomorrow."

"Thanks again, Kyuhyun-sshi" Sungmin said as she smiled and bade Kyuhyun goodbye and as Kyu was running off, he couldn't help but smile and blush.
