Sweet Tooth

Jessica doesn’t particularly like sweets. Sure, who doesn’t enjoy a good piece of candy once in a while? But Jessica wasn’t the sort to go to the stores and hover around the aisle to contemplate what sort of confectionary to buy
“I thought you didn’t like chocolate.”
“Correct,” Jessica replies simply, not sparing a glance as she continues to survey the selection of sweets before her.
She catches Yoona looking at her weirdly from her peripherals before pestering her again.
“So why are you here? Can we leave yet? You know I start early tomorrow so I can't even stay the whole night.”
“Give me a second.”
Jessica wonders where Yoona got her attitude from as she rolled her eyes, before realising it was probably herself. Still, she ignores her and grabs a packet on the top shelf, standing on the tips of her toes to reach.
“Let’s go,” she says, and Yoona tags along behind her, trying to peer over Jessica’s shoulders.
“What’d you pick?”
“Mint.”
“ooh, yum!” she exclaims. “You’re sharing, right?”
“Nope,” Jessica says as they approach checkout.
“What! Why? You don’t even like chocolate,” she whines.
“If you want, get your own snack,” Jessica says.
“Maybe I will,” Yoona says, and she disappears back to the supermarket as Jessica starts swiping her items at the self-checkout. She crosses her arms as she waits
