Yuri's POV

I woke up to find myelf in my room.. Our room to be more exact.

I found him sitting next to the bed, head resting, eyes closed, sleeping..

I let out a sigh,

' I love you Hoya ' I said in my head.

Then his eyes opened.

Aisshh.. He caught me staring at him! I quickly looked away.

'Yuri.. You awake?' he asked.

'Duh' I snapped back, shocked at how cold my reaction was.

I'm sure he was shocked about this as well.

'Are you okay? I mean-'

'I'm alive and breathing, aren't I?' I replied.

He was just stunned, stood up and walked away.

'I'm sorry' I whispered as his figure disappeared away.

L's POV

'I'm home!' I greeted the apartment.

'Yeobo? Are you here?' I asked while walking around.

'She's not here? Eh? Where could she be?' I asked myself.

I took out my phone to call her.

'Oh hello, Yeobo' she greeted me, panting.

'Where are you? Your filming ended hours ago!' I asked back.

'I'm doing some housework at my house' she replied.

'Sounds convincing, Where are you?' I asked again. I could tell from her tone that she was lying.

'Yoona! Wash the dishes!' I heard an extremely familiar voice call her.

'Oh yeobo, I have to go. See you at home later!' she quickly said before hanging up.

That voice.. So familiar... Who could that be?

My mother.

'YAA! How could you miss this spot?' I heard my Mom scold my wife.

'Sorry, mother' I heard Yoona reply.

'After you are done with that, wipe the tables, understand?' she demanded again.

'Okay, mother' Yoona replied.

'YAA! Focus on your work! Don't be idle!' Mom scolded her.

'Sorry, mother; Yoona replied again.,

'Sorry. Sorry.. All I ever hear from you is sorry! If I get paid for all the 'SORRY' that you say, I would have been a billionaire by now' Mom remarked.

I couldn't take it any longer.

'Mom' I said.

The two ladies looked to the door and saw me.

'L-yah' my Mom started.

'Yeobo' Yoona muttered.

'L.. My son.. Go sit down, I'll prepare some food for you' Mom offered.

'ENOUGH!' I shouted.

'Why are you making her do all the work?' I asked my Mom.

'Now you are talking back to your Mother over that girl!' Mom replied, pointing to Yoona.

'L.. Its okay..' Yoona whispered.

'No.. Its not okay' I replied.

I quickly grabbed her arm.

'We are going off now' I announced before dragging Yoona away from my house.

'Yaaa.. Are you crazy? Why did you do all those work?' I asked Yoona.

'She's my mother after all. Its my responsibility as a daughter-in-law' she replied.

'Look, you are so tired! After all those filming, you have to come here and clean? Please?' I tried to reason out.

'But I'm okay' she defended herself.

'But I'm not fine with that' I interrupted.

I held her hands..

'Look here.. I married you to be my wife.. Not my maid' I said sincerely.

'So please... Stop over-exerting yourself.. Especially if its about my Mother' I continued.

'Besides.. She was completely abusing you verbally and mentally just now' I concluded.

'But will she be fine?' she asked.

'I'll talk to her.. Don't worry about it' I reassured her.

'Yeobo..; she started.

I turned to her.

'Thank you' she said.
