The boys looked up from their game and were delighted that you and Seyong were finally there.

Insoo: what took you so long?

He jabbed his thumb towards Jihye mouthed “extra” and rolled his eyes.

Dayoung: oppa! I got a new friend!

You exclaimed as you skipped towards them. The maknaes scanned her from head to toe and said in unison.

Maknaes: NERD!!

Dayoung: yah! I don’t remember your hyungs teach you 3 these manners!!

You narrowed your eyes at them.

Dayoung: anyways…Jihye, meet the maknaes, Ren from NU’EST, Chaejin from MYNAME and lastly my brother Zelo maknae of B.A.P.

Jihye: ne?! Y…you mean…the Kingkas?!

The maknaes adjusted their uniform and gave a ‘like-i-care’ look and ran off to the court.

Dayoung: the leaders, JR oppa from NU’EST, Gunwoo oppa from MYNAME and my big oppa, Yongguk oppa.

You introduced and hooked your arms onto Yongguk’s. He let out his gummy smile and ruffled your hair to show that the 2 of you are close, and you continued the introduction.

Jihye: you have 6 brothers??

She asked in shock. The boys could not care much about the new girl and went back to their games.

Dayoung: yupps my brothers keke.

Jihye: and you’re…you…you’re hanging out with the Kingkas?

You just shrugged as if it was something normal.

Jongup: Dayoung-ah!!

Jongup called you from the court and you saw Daehyun beside him signalling you to get on the court before he carried you on court like a potato sack.

Dayoung: do you want to join us?

Jihye: it’s okay, it isn’t very convenient for me today, maybe next time?

Dayoung: oh…that thing huh? Okays!

You smiled and left her for the court.

Seyong: I’m grouping with my darling!

Himchan: andwae!! Baby’s with us!!

The boys quarrelled over whose group you should be in.

Jihye: [tch, seriously…what’s so good about this Park Dayoung?]

She thought while adjusting her spectacles.

Youngjae: hahahas that’s how they always play, Dayoung’s so cute right?

She jumped a little as Youngjae set himself beside her.

Youngjae: oh, sorry if I gave you a shock. Hi, Youngjae, brain of BAP, Dayoung’s 4^th brother, nice to meet you.

He held out a hand to shake.

Jihye: [that was long -.-] hello, Shin Jihye imnida, nice to meet you too.

She faked a smile and silence came between them.

Jihye: Youngjae oppa, I can call you that right?

Youngjae: sure, go on…

Jihye: are you really Dayoung’s brother? I mean…that’s a lot of brothers she have…

Youngjae gave a O.o face and chuckled.

Youngjae: counted as I guess. We aren’t blood related you see.

He just shrugged and never continued.

Jihye: oppa, can I ask you another question?

Youngjae: sure, but why do you have so many questions to ask?

Jihye: I’m a curious kid I guess ehehehehe…

Jihye made up an excuse to avoid Youngjae’s question politely.

Jihye: why is it only you came and talked to me but not the others? Do they hate me?

Youngjae: molla.

Youngjae lied without hesitation. The 2 just sat there looking at the game…

Dayoung: yah! Oppa!! How could you! That’s cheating!!

You tried to snatch the ball back from Daehyun.

Daehyun: yah, that Shin Jihye girl…I don’t like her

He said while dribbling the ball.

Dayoung: oppa, that isn’t very nice of you, meanie!

Daehyun: whatever, try bringing her home and you’ll get it from me!

Himchan: yah! Jung Daehyun!! What are you waiting for?!?!

Daehyun then aimed the ball and threw it at him. Luckily, Himchan caught it before the ball hit his face.

Daehyun: shut up hyung!

The 18 of you spent half the day at the court. The boys still did not talk to Jihye other than Baekho who was friendly to everyone. The others were just cold towards her, replying to her with other replies.

Jihye: Dayoung-ah, thanks for inviting me to join you all

JB: Dayoung!! Can we leave now?! I’m hungry!!

JB shouted as you were sending Jihye to her car

Dayoung: no problem! Sorry if other oppas were rude but trust me, they are nice people after they know you better hehe

Zelo: NOONA PPALI!!! JINYOUNG HYUNG IS WAITING FOR US ALREADY!

The maknae rushed you again in frustration.

Jihye: it’s okay, I’m sure they mean no harm. See you tomorrow

Dayoung: ne. jalga!

Chaejin: NOONA!! ---

Dayoung: ARASSEO!! I’M COMING!!!! Aish…

You finally shouted back at the boys and cursed under your breath.
