Another Twist

Dangerous

The smell of freshly cooked breakfast was what roused WooHyun the next morning. He stretched his arms over his head, arched his back and yawned loudly as all of the sleepiness drained from his body. Regretting opening his eyes, WooHyun whined and rolled over, avoiding the beams of light peaking through the curtains. Part of him expected to snuggle into DongWoo's side but the bed was empty and kind of cold, meaning DongWoo had been awake for a while.
Sitting up, WooHyun rubbed the balls of his palms into his eyes and sighed, aware of the dull throb in the lower half of his abdomen. It was no where near as bad as it had been last time they'd indulged, WooHyun didn't feel the need to stay in bed for most of the morning, whining to DongWoo about how he'd done this to him. The aroma of breakfast drew him out of bed. He found a pile of his clean clothes on the chair beside the door and smiled.
DongWoo's mother had been amazingly supportive, giving them a roof over their heads and time to themselves whenever they wanted it. Not many parents would be that obliging right from the off. He had thanked her many times for her hospitality during the weeks they'd spent there but he saw no harm in showing his gratitude one last time...After he'd satisfied the rumbling in his stomach. Pulling a pair of freshly laundered boxers from the pile, WooHyun slipped them on and grabbed one of DongWoo's Tshirts, purely for the fact that they smelt like DongWoo.
He ignored the fact that his own clothes would smell like DongWoo too, they'd all been washed in the same detergents. Wandering out of the bedroom, WooHyun ran his hands through his wild locks, hardly bothering to tame them. DongWoo preferred his 'just got out of bed' look and his mother found it more charming that when he was looking pristine. It didn't bother him, they were the only people that really saw the extent of his bed hair...Save SungGyu.
Thinking of the elder unsettled him a little. He didn't want to think of how awkward it would be trying to pretend nothing had happened, or whether that was even the best way to deal with the situation. He didn't know if SungGyu would feel betrayed if he ignored what they'd done together. Fingers ghosted over the back of his neck, making him jump out of his skin. "Welcome back to Earth." DongWoo laughed, pulling him into a tight hug. "What were you thinking about?" WooHyun glanced around, checking DongWoo's mother wasn't within earshot.
"I don't know what to do with SungGyu." He sighed, feeling DongWoo's fingers tighten a little defensively against him. "It's going to be awkward whatever I do...Do I act like nothing happened and risk making him feel like it meant nothing or do the opposite and risk giving him false hope?" DongWoo nuzzled against WooHyun's cheek with his nose before kissing his lips sweetly.
"I don't think the second scenario will happen. I'm pretty sure SungGyu realises, if he even wants you to himself...Which, I'll add for the sake of adding, I don't think he does...That he's not going to get a look in while I'm around." WooHyun took a moment to absorb what DongWoo had just said, his brain not yet clicked into gear. The elder laughed at his puzzled face and guided him towards the table in the living room. "Come one, let's eat. We can talk while we pack."
DongWoo's mother brought the last of the bowls of food out and set them on the table as WooHyun and DongWoo made themselves comfortable. "Fill up, you've got a busy day ahead of you." She smiled warmly. "I'm just drying the last of your clothes, they should be done in about an hour." DongWoo nodded and took the chopsticks in front of him as his mother disappeared back into the kitchen. He glanced to his side, rolling his eyes at WooHyun's dreamy expression.
Nudging his knee with his toes, DongWoo grinned as WooHyun snapped out of it again and offered him the bowl he was holding. "Stop worrying about it and start eating. We have to perform again tonight remember? I don't want you fainting on stage." WooHyun nodded and picked up his chopsticks, glancing down at the variety of food DongWoo had slung in the bowl. "Eat." The elder urged. WooHyun sighed, his apetite had completely disappeared. "The only reason you got out of bed was because you could smell food so eat."
He hated how easy he was to read sometimes. DongWoo cocked an eyebrow as WooHyun's stomach growled in anticipation. Screwing his face up, WooHyun couldn't deny his hunger, even if his stress was masking it reasonably well. "I'll worry later..." He mumbled, stuffing as much food into his mouth as he could. DongWoo smiled, happy to see him finally eating. They both ate as much as their stomachs could take, WooHyun falling back first, patting his rounded stomach happily.
"There now don't you feel better?" DongWoo asked as he lay back beside him, stretching out over the floor and making his shirt ride up just a little. WooHyun reached across and patted the elder's stomach. "Let's just...veg for a while...We've got plenty of time to pack." WooHyun nodded and rolled onto his side, snuggling into DongWoo's chest.

More and more clothes appeared in the bedroom for them to pack. WooHyun didn't even remember bringing this much stuff with him when he'd gone to grab his things from the dorm. If there were this many clothes here, he didn't even want to think about how many were back at the dorm waiting for him. "When everything's settled down I am donating half of this stuff." He whined as DongWoo passed him more clothes to pack into the holdall on the bed. "How did we ever end up with so much?"
"Sponsors, parents, fans...Mostly fans..." DongWoo picked up garments one by one, stating where they'd come from. "Fans, fans, fans, fans, sponsor, fans, fans, umma, fans, fans..." He passed each garment to WooHyun to pack. "You get the idea...I haven't bought myself any underwear for about 8 months." The younger couldn't help but laugh. He had no idea how the fans managed to work out what size they were but everything they sent had always fitted perfectly. "You can laugh, you haven't bought yourself anything since debut!"
Ducking to miss the jeans DongWoo threw at him, WooHyun shot him a shocked glare and crossed his arms over his chest. "Look, just because the fans appreciate my good looks doesn't mean you can throw things they've bought at me." He teased. DongWoo dropped what he was holding and pounced on the younger, pinning him into the bed and kissing his lips vigorously. The spontaneous show of affection was greatly appreciated, WooHyun pouted as DongWoo broke away.
"No one appreciates you more than I do." He murmured, kissing his lips quickly. "The other members come close second. We better finish packing before we get too distracted..." DongWoo's fingers ran smoothly down WooHyun's arms and then down the sides of his body. "We wouldn't want to keep the others waiting..." WooHyun sighed and wrapped his arms around the elder's neck, pulling him closer.
"Can't they wait a while?" He struggling to keep DongWoo down as the elder fought against him. Even throught months of training hard to build up his strength, he was still no match for DongWoo. "Hyuuuung..." He whined as DongWoo overpowered him and sat up. "This is the last time we'll have any privacy for god knows how long." Smirking at the thought, DongWoo shook his head and stood up, picking the garments he'd dropped off the floor. "Why not?"
Straightening up and placing the clothes into the holdall, DongWoo glanced at him and sighed. "Don't you think we did enough last night?" He quizzed, watching WooHyun pout like a child. "Too much in one go is likely to cause damage, like you constantly chewing on your lip." He reached forward and brushed his thumb over the protruding soft skin. "You should use lip balm more often."
WooHyun hated how easily DongWoo could change the conversation without him getting mad. Sighing, he rolled off the bed and started rummaging through the drawers to make sure they hadn't missed anything useful. Smiling at how quiet he was now, DongWoo wondered how he could make up for disappointing the younger's healthy drive. The last of the clothes only just fit into the holdall, WooHyun helped to pull the sides of the flap together so DongWoo could zip it up.
The room looked totally different now that there wasn't stuff strewn everywhere. WooHyun sat on the bed and looked around, he'd only been here a few weeks yet this room was practically home now. "I'm gonna put this in the car." DongWoo picked the holdall up and kissed WooHyun's forehead before leaving the room. Suddenly he felt cold. The warmth and protection those four walls gave him disappeared when DongWoo did.
Realising his safety net wasn't being separated from the others, WooHyun found himself more eager than ever to get back. As long as DongWoo was with him everything would be fine. He didn't want to be alone in the room any longer. Grabbing his jacket, WooHyun left in a hurry, checking he had his phone and other devices as he rushed down the stairs. Apparently DongWoo had literally just returned to the house and was surprised to see him moving so quickly. "Whoa, slow down a bit!"
"Let's meet the others at the studio, I wanna practice for a couple hours before we have to go to the show." DongWoo laughed at his sudden change of heart. He nodded and turned to put his shoes back on. WooHyun disappeared into the kitchen, finding DongWoo's mother filling the dish washer. "Umma, we're leaving soon." He told her. "I wanted to thank you for everything you've done for us these last few weeks."
She straightened up and flashed a charming smile that reminded WooHyun so much of DongWoo. Drying her hands on a dish cloth, she opened her arms and gestured to WooHyun to give her a hug. He more than happily obliged. "I'm trusting you not to make a mess of this." She told him, in a calm but fierce tone. "Don't hurt him." He nodded and hugged her a little tighter. She had every right to be concerned, it was written all over her face as they separated.
"Umma." DongWoo called from the doorway. WooHyun turned to look at him as well. "We'll be back to visit soon." Her smile brightened a little. "Is it okay to leave the room how it is?" WooHyun's eyes narrowed, wondering if DongWoo was hinting at what he thought he was hinting at. "It's just...We might need to come back and use it sometimes." WooHyun's jaw dropped, making DongWoo grin. His mother laughed and nodded, adding to the younger's surprise.
"I'll change the sheets every few months, just in case." The openness between DongWoo and his mother never failed to shock WooHyun. He wondered if living in Canada, even if it had been only for a short time, had changed their outlook on things that drastically. "My door's always open to you, both of you." DongWoo hugged his mother tightly as WooHyun slipped out of the room to put his shoes on. He heard her scold her son for walking in the house with his shoes on and couldn't help but smile. Just like that normality was restored.

The dorm was just how they'd left it the night before, except now WooHyun's clothes were back in the wardrobe in his and SungGyu's bedroom. Hoya and MyungSoo were sat somewhere having a quiet chat after greeting WooHyun and DongWoo while SungYeol and SungJong were screaming at each other for something trivial in one of the bedrooms. "Ah...Peace and quiet...I'm going to miss you." WooHyun sighed as he listened to the racket the younger members were making.
"Welcome home." SungGyu grinned sheepishly, rubbing the back of his head. "Do you guys wanna unpack now or later?" DongWoo contemplated the question for a moment before dumping the holdall in the middle of the living room and rubbing his shoulder to alleviate the tension in the muscles. Hoya and MyungSoo looked up in shock at how heavily the holdall hit the floor.
"I dunno about you guys but I am absolutely starving." WooHyun gave him an incredulous look. "What? Moving house is hard work!" He excused, laughing as the younger rolled his eyes. "Let's eat and go practice okay? Unpacking can wait, WooHyun's already pointed out that we have far too many clothes." He wandered towards the bedroom SungYeol and SungJong were still shouting at each other in. "I'll...Break them up..." He grinned as he disappeared into the bedroom.
SungGyu's fingers brushed WooHyun's arm, he tipped his head towards the bedroom, signalling he wanted a word in private. Following him quickly, WooHyun felt the butterflies fire up in his stomach. SungGyu closed the door and leant against it, watching the younger carefully as he admired the room in all it's cosy glory. "WooHyun ah...It's been bugging me for a while..." The younger turned to face him, curious. "How exactly are we going to deal with this...?"
He could tell from the younger's confused expression that he wasn't being clear enough. "Shall we pretend nothing happened or...?" His face cleared and he sighed heavily. SungGyu had been fretting over the exact same thing he had been. "I don't mind if you want to forget it ever happened...I know you and DongWoo are happy and I have no intentions of encroaching on that now." That was nice to hear, WooHyun smiled warmly, the gesture fading as SungGyu looked away.
"I..." SungGyu started, not really sure he knew what he wanted to say. "When we were that close...You felt it...Didn't you?" The broad scope of his questions were doing nothing to help WooHyun understand what he was trying to say. Sighing heavily, SungGyu rubbed his face and looked down at the floor in front of him. "Touching you made me hard." He stated. WooHyun's eyes widened as he remembered how he'd felt SungGyu's harden beneath his . "If I was completely straight that wouldn't have happened...right?"
WooHyun didn't know how to answer. He blinked rapidly, trying to process the information he'd just been given. The memory of SungGyu's hard against him refused to let him think straight. "Hyung...You're better of talking to DongWoo about things like that. He's had more experience." SungGyu shook his head. "Trust me I know how confusing this is. Having someone to talk to really helps and DongWoo is much better able to advise you than I am."
SungGyu sighed. "Did DongWoo tell you he advised me to touch you?" WooHyun looked away, giving the elder the answer he was looking for. "I'm sorry...You don't need this right now...You've only just come back." He made to leave the room but WooHyun threw his hands into the door, quickly closing his arms around the elder's chest to hug him tightly from behind.
"One of the first things DongWoo said to me was even if you have feelings for one male it might be exclusive to them." WooHyun whispered to his shoulderblade. "I'm so sorry hyung...I shouldn't have forced this on you...Don't do anything stupid like I did okay? You know we're all going to be here to support you." SungGyu turned, making WooHyun loosen his grip to allow the movement. "I know its hard but lets forget about it for now, okay? We'll talk some more after the show tonight..."
Hands clung loosely around his back, SungGyu's chin resting on his shoulder. "WooHyun ah..." He mumbled, receiving a soft hum as a reply. "I'm worried that if I do have feelings for you that, in the future, I'll do something to try and win you back..." His words sent a bolt of fear down WooHyun's body, making him shiver uncontrollably. "Promise you wont let me do that..."
