Jimin awoke with nausea settling in his stomach.  Nowadays the morning sickness would come and go and, on this day, it was only a matter of minutes before he had to rush to the toilet.  He looked around and rediscovered that he was not in his own bed again.  His lower belly began to ache reminding him that he was also completely and alone.  The space next to him was empty yet still warm; his father must have just gotten out of bed before he woke up.  He was grateful for that fact; he didn’t want his entire body to be seen in this state.

Jimin rushed to put on his oversized large t shirt that laid forgotten near the bedside table.  He couldn’t find his underwear, so he went to the bathroom without them.  Usually, he would be sick after eating breakfast but occasionally, it came a little before eating…

The voices he heard in the living room were hushed but not quiet enough not to be understood.  The bedroom room was slightly ajar to listen in on what was going on.

“You’ve left me no choice Jungkook, I’m just trying to help you…I’m trying to help him.”  The man speaking was Jungkook’s assistant Hyungsik.  The two were standing across from each other near the kitchen island.

“Are you going to take him away from me?  Hyung I have no one else in this world,” his father exclaimed.  Jimin had never heard him sound so desperate.  “You know how my parents are.  They wouldn’t understand.”

“No I’m not going to take him, I can see that doesn’t work at all,” the man exclaimed.  “I’m talking about therapy, counseling, something like that but in the interim, you have to stop what you’re doing Jungkook.”

Jimin observed as his father nodded in agreement.  “Hyesu told me he’s been sick lately, that’s why I came back immediately.  I didn’t know until I saw...”  The man exhaled deeply as he said it.  “He had someone here with him hyung, a boy had spent the night with him.  I wasn’t planning to…I couldn’t stop myself I was just so angry about the thought of someone else having him,” he concluded as if that explained everything. 

Hyungsik just stared at the younger in disbelief.  “Jungkook are you listening to what you are saying?  You have not been yourself lately.  You have to talk to someone about all of this,” the man said lowing his voice.  “Jungkook, you can’t have a relationship with your teenaged son…”

Jimin had heard enough.  He found the rest of his clothing that he had discarded the night before, got fully redressed, then exited the room.  The two were still talking so his departure from the room went unnoticed. 

He jumped in surprise when he saw that there were two people standing in his bedroom.  An older Korean man in a lab coat and a younger white woman in jeans and a t shirt.

“Sorry to frighten you, we were asked to wait here for a moment, they had to talk..” said the lady.  She was speaking English and smiling at Jimin.

“Hi I’m Clarissa a psychologist a Seoul university,” she exclaimed reaching a hand out to Jimin.  She pulled it back when she realized
