Jimin actually hadn’t been able to fall asleep right away after that.  He felt just weird as if something seriously wrong had happened. After finishing, his father had pulled out quickly and went into the adjoining bathroom in silence.  Jimin could swear he heard the faint sound of sobbs echoing from the room underneath the sound of the spray from the shower. He himself had no more tears to cry. He had shed them all already.

Jimin curled in on himself into fetal position suddenly feeling cold.  The sweat on his body was cooling and there wasn’t another body nearby to keep him warm.  He closed his eyes and pretended to sleep when he heard the bathroom door reopening.

Jungkook shuffled back to the bed and tried to lightly jostled his son awake.

“Jimin…,” he called but the boy refused to wake. “I’m sorry,” he said before settling down next to him. Covering them both with the abandoned blanket that had fell to the ground at some point earlier.

Jimin shift a little back against the man in bed with him.  Though contradictory thoughts were running through his mind, he still wanted to be close to the man that had taken his ity...his father.
