“Thank you, Mina! You’re the best! See you later!”

Momo heads to her class but not before looking back and waving a goodbye to Mina. People would think she just scored a date, when in actuality Mina just agreed to wait for her after clubs later so they can walk home.

Oh, Momo and her happy energy.

“Oh Mina, and her romantic heart!” Sana takes advantage of Mina’s dazed state to laugh loudly. Tzuyu shakes her head and snaps her fingers to get the girl’s attention.

Mina side-eyes Sana and Tzuyu. It was meant to be a scowl, but everything about Momo makes her weak – heart racing and body tingling. Literally.

Sana looks at her sleeve-covered arm. Mina wants to smack that smirk from her face.

She remembers her friends’ reaction when she got a tattoo of a branch. People would get tattoos of stars, birds, and rainbows. She chose a brown stick across her arm, and nobody understood why.

Not until it started to bloom. Day by day, light pink petals appeared for a reason only Mina knows.

She feels the tiny blossoms on her forearm. Another one added to the hundreds that’s already there.
