Sana POV:

It was a Saturday, a week later after Chewy left, I just stayed home crying hugging a pillow and clenching onto the ring she gave me. I knew I had to be strong but I couldn't help but breakdown. I then decided to get up to wash my face in the bathroom and noticed how puffy my eyes were in the reflection.

Sana: I look so ugly…

I washed it, exfoliating, and massaging my face along with applying cold water to reduce any swelling. I got dressed and made some breakfast. After I finished making it, I sat down eating it. After taking a few bites, I stopped because my appetite was not good. I didn't want to stay inside all day because I didn't want Chewy to worry about me since I already stayed in for a week straight. I then put some make-up on and went outside, walking to places here and there, having my feet lead the way. My first spot that my feet took me was the basketball course in our neighborhood, the place Chewy was at playing basketball, the day she told me how she felt. I then kept walking and I arrived in front of her house, staring at it. As I walked someone called my name.

I turned to find a man approaching from the house. The man stood in front of me and he looked really familiar.

???: are you Sana?

Sana: Yes, Yes I am? OH! Mr. Chou!

Mr. Chou: Hahaha hello dear, why don't you come inside, there is something I want to show you.

As I waked in a little boy ran up to me holding my legs.

???: Hello Pretty Unnie.

He was so cute and I bent down to pat his head.

Mr. Chou: Jae! Don't do that to Ms. Sana, Tzuyu will be mad.

Jae: Okay Papa!

Ohh so this must be Chewy’s little brother. I walked in and sat at the couch since Mr. Chou guided me. He then placed a glass of tea in front of me. I then took a sip and then looked at Mr. Chou.

Sana: Mr. Chou, what's the occasion of having me over.

Mr. Chou: Tzuyu really loves you.

Mr. Chou got up from his seat and went upstairs returning down right away with a stuffed animal. He gave it to me and sat back down.

Sana: What is this?

Mr. Chou: My daughter bought it a week before, the day she was about to leave and placed it in her room, before she left she told me to give this to you. She said that it was a Shiba Inu and it looked like you.

I looked at it and smiled and hugged it close to me. I smelled it and it smelled like her.

Mr. Chou: Tzuyu attached a small scent bottle she typically uses as well.

My eyes opened and I started to tear up.

Mr. Chou: She was worried that you were having a hard time, so she prepared this for you when you were lonely. I didn’t know how to approach you but when I saw you today, I couldn't help but shout for your attention.

Sana: Thank you… thank you so much.

Mr. Chou: I know that it must be hard for you and on behalf of my family I apologize. My wife has good intention please don't be angry.

Sana: Please don't apologize. I was never mad. All I am is just sad that Chewy isn't here but I never blamed her family for why she was afar. If Chewy is fighting for us, I will as well.

Jae then ran up to me and hugged me.

Jae: Unnie! Tzuyu unnie loves you so much that she instructed me to protect you if I can. If I don't she would hit me.

I laughed and then pat his head.

Mr. Chou: Tzuyu really loved her brother even though she doesn't show it. And Jae loves her too.

I smiled and then talked a bit more with Mr. Chou. I then got up and said I had to leave and Mr. Chou escorted me out. Before I exited the gate, Mr. Chou told me something

Mr. Chou: You are always welcomed in this house so come visit whenever you want. I then smiled and bowed down. I made my way out and continued walking. Just as I walked I got a call from Mina.

Minari: Sana-Chan! Where are you right now?

Sana: I'm outside walking from my house? Why? Is everything alright?

Minari: Can you head to my house real quick? Momo needs to hand you something.

Sana: Uhh yeah I can? But why today?

Minari: It's important!!!! Okay I have to go but please hurry over.

The phone then got hung up and I was confused. I walked to Mina’s place and her maid guided me to her room. As I entered Momo and Mina hugged and tackled me making me fall on my .

Momo handed me a letter and I opened it. As I looked at the handwriting inside, I noticed that it was from one person…

Sana: Chewy… But how?!?!

Momo: Well before Tzuyu left she came over to my house to do something. She mailed this today and entrusted me to just give this to you when it arrives…

I then started tearing up and Momo and Mina cried along with me.

Mina: I know you're hurting. She told us everything and asked us to look after you if we can. ‘Of course we would’ is what I told her.

Momo then patted my head and Mina held my hand.

Mina: Please depend on us too… I know we aren't Chewy but we love you too. If you're sad, if you want to cry, if you want to vent or if you just need company, please come to us. We know that it hurts and we want to be by you to support.

I smiled and hugged them. I then left the house promising to visit them more often. I didn't read the letter yet but I knew a perfect place to read it. I walked and arrived at school and went to the school garden, entering the secret gate and walked in. As I walked in, I noticed more flowers flourishing and that they were new. I approached the tree and sat by it leaning against it. Hugging the plushie as I opened the envelope. I then opened the letter and started reading it.

I know that you might be sad so I arranged some things to help you. I knew you might visit our secret place so I hired some people to plant more flower and make it prettier for you. Papa should have given you the Dog plushie now right? It seriously reminds me of you and I love dogs. I noticed how you gave me something to hold and hug but you never got one. You also went your way to make it smell like you, making it easier for me to remember you and have a princess like you. I only gave you a ring but I wanted something for you to hug when you're sad too. So, I arranged this along with my scent. Whenever you miss me hug it and embrace it. I kissed the Nose of the plushie so if you miss my kisses, hold it against your cheek. I know that it must be hard but as a selfish person I am for making you wait, I want to have things that make it feel I'm here with you as I am far away.

You’re probably thinking why I didn't give this letter to you directly that day, well it is true I am being monitored so I made a plan to mail Momo instead and having her deliver it to you was the safest option to not get it confiscated. It’s a long process and took a lot of effort, but it worked if you’re reading this now. Unfortunately, this is the first and last letter because Mama found out that Momo will give this to you but I made a deal that this is the last letter only to comfort you. She agreed and allowed me this once. Mama isn't all that bad and we are getting along more.

Sana love, I'm sorry for being far, I'm sorry for making you cry and not being there to hug you and comfort you. I can only do these little things and I feel that it wouldn't be enough. I promised to work hard and return to you. I promised to propose to you and I promise to never leave you again after I return. I won't run and I won't hide. As I finished reading I clenched it towards my heart and tears fell down.

5 years later during the winter time. Sana POV

I graduated from colleges and attended an elite University. At the same time, I opened up a dance studio along with Momo and Mina. We decided to open it and have everyone welcomed. It was also a place to express yourself. As I did that I continued my studies on music therapy and Emergency care. It's been years and I still have not contacted Chewy.
