No One’s POV

2 days before the ceremony

Sunggyu woke up early than usual that day. But that was not the main reason for the frown on the handsome CEO’s face. It was because of the beautiful male that was snoring a little bit too loud than normal on the bed. Ever since they found out about the pregnancy, Woohyun starts to show the symptoms just like any other pregnant moms. And since Woohyun is obviously a male, the symptoms are worst. The usual light sleeper turns to a heavy sleeper, from a healthy male that was very careful of what he eats turns to be someone who always looks like haven’t eaten for years. And the worst thing is his temper. Even before the pregnancy, Woohyun’s temper was already bad but he releases his temper only to Sunggyu which Sunggyu had been used to it. But now, his temper is ten times worst and he snapped at everyone including his mother.

Sunggyu had tried to slow talk with Woohyun about his anger issue but it ended up with Woohyun ignoring him for the rest of the day. Sunggyu never talk about it again and they reconcile when Sunggyu bought Woohyun a bucket of fried chicken at 3 in the morning. Sunggyu knows that Woohyun’s eating habits and cravings are ridiculous and unhealthy but he can’t say no to a pouting Woohyun and plus, Woohyun keeps mentioning that it was their baby that wants to eat. Sunggyu sigh and sat on the bed beside his sleeping husband

“Hyun… wake up~”

No replies. Usually, Woohyun is the one that wakes up the earliest and it only takes Woohyun a light tap and he would already wakeup. But in this situation, it might take more than just a tap on the shoulder

This time, Sunggyu gently brushes Woohyun’s hairs with his hands while calling Woohyun to wake up

And it works

With eyes still closed, Woohyun mumbled something about giving him 5 minutes more. But Sunggyu doesn’t stop and he was determined to wake Woohyun up because it’s almost brunch and Woohyun can’t leave his stomach empty or his stomach will torture him for the rest of the week. And now, Woohyun is carrying another life inside his body which means the priority for Woohyun to eat breakfast has increase

“Hyun~ wake up please. Baby Kim must be hungry”

Sunggyu called with sickening aegyo laced in his words. This side of Sunggyu which he never showed to anyone except for Woohyun. At office, he had to be professional and cold. At home, he had to be understanding although he sometimes loses his temper but he always manage to think rational for the sake of his family. Ever since Myungsoo was born, his parents stopped spoiling him. It doesn’t mean that they neglect Sunggyu but, it’s just their way to teach Sunggyu about being responsible since he was already a hyung. They did this so that when they’re gone, they can trust Sunggyu to take care of Myungsoo. Sunggyu was a little bit disheartened and jealous but as he grew older, he started to understand what his parents meant.

Woohyun is his getaway. His safe haven. His escape from the stress life he’s living in. He shared every problem with Woohyun and Woohyun will always be there to listen although he can’t do anything about it. And it was enough. Actually it was more than enough. Things he couldn’t do when he was little, the childhood that was robbed from him, all he do it now with Woohyun. He cuddles, play tags, and even silly jokes. All of them he did it with Woohyun. And Woohyun never once complained about his childlike behavior because Woohyun knows. Woohyun knows everything about Sunggyu and Sunggyu appreciate that.

He can be himself as long as Woohyun is there beside him

“Hyun… wake up now~”

Woohyun finally opened his eyes and squint to fix his blurry vision

“What time was… it?”

Woohyun asked with raspy voice

“It’s almost brunch, come on wake up you must be hungry”

“Hnnn… help me up”

Sunggyu sigh in relief because Woohyun looks normal. By normal he means, no frowning eyebrows, no glares and no pout. Just a normal and calm Woohyun. He was actually worried Woohyun will let string of curses just because he disturbs his sleep.

Sunggyu grabbed Woohyun’s hands and pulled him to a sitting position. Woohyun stretched and yawned before he got up and heads to the bathroom

Woohyun settles with just washing his face and brushing his teeth. He planned to take shower after he eat breakfast or could he say brunch since it’s already too late for breakfast. Woohyun stomach grumbled as he steps out of the bathroom and Sunggyu couldn’t but chuckle at his cuteness

Woohyun walked towards Sunggyu and slightly tiptoed to give his husband a morning peck

“Have you eaten breakfast?”

“No, I was waiting for you”

“You could have eaten first you know”

“Yes, but I want to eat together”

Woohyun cracked a smile at that and hug Sunggyu

“What did I do to deserve a man like you”

Woohyun mumbled into Sunggyu’s chest

“Well that means, you’re a lucky guy”

Sunggyu replied while returning the hug

“Indeed, I’m a lucky guy”

Sunggyu grinned and slightly rocked their body

“I love you Sunggyu”

“I know”

“Love you so much”

“I know”

“I love Kim Sunggyu to death”

“I know”

“I love you too Nam Woohyun”

Sunggyu pressed his lips on Woohyun’s forehead and let go of the hug

“Come on, your stomach is too noisy”

“Okay let’s go”

Woohyun stepped downstairs followed by Sunggyu. Halfway down the stairs Woohyun could already smelled the aroma of freshly made Kimchi Fried Rice from the kitchen

“Smells good, thanks mom!”

Woohyun sat down on the chair as his mom scooped the fried rice into the plate

“Mom let me do it”

Woohyun offers to help but his mother insisted that he wants to this for her baby boy and her son-in-law

Woohyun just agree and wait for his mother to serve their food

“Mom, this is really good”

Woohyun praised while he scooped another large amount of fried rice into his plate

“Aren’t you eating too much Woohyun”

Sunggyu asked as he eyed Woohyun that was eating the food like he haven’t eaten for years

“It’s okay Sunggyu, it’s just a phase where his metabolism increase and that makes his appetite also increase. No harm, I promise”

“You hear that Gyu? It’s just a phase”

“Okay mom. Oh! By the way, where are my parents?”

“They went for breakfast outside with Myungsoo”

“And they didn’t bring you?”

Judging by Woohyun’s tone, he already started to get annoyed

“They did asked me but I refused”

“And why would you do that?”

By now, Woohyun had already stopped eating and the atmosphere were tensed

“Because I want to cook for you”

“Sunggyu and I can eat outside mom…”

Sunggyu wanted to interfere but it was between a mother and her son and Sunggyu convinced himself that they can solve this themselves

“I know but it has been a long time since I cook you breakfast right?”

“But mom…”

“No buts, it’s on my own wills”

“Okay… but next time you don’t have to do this… I-I feel guilty.”

Woohyun’s mom was about to reply but Sunggyu beat her into it

“We’re going to the venue for a final check after this, would you like to come with us?”

Woohyun’s mom smiled and nodded. The atmosphere were back to calm and Woohyun continue to pig out like nothing had happened few seconds ago

Sunggyu shook his head and cracked a small smile

After breakfast, everyone went to get ready to go to the wedding venue. Woohyun only dressed in his loose rip jeans and dark blue polo shirt while Sunggyu in his skinny black jeans and white shirt with sleeves rolled up to one third

Sunggyu drove his Range Rover to the porch and wait for Woohyun to lock the door and helped his mother get in the car. Woohyun closed the backdoor and went to the passenger seat

Once Woohyun sat in the car, he immediately took out his phone and scrolled his sns

“Woohyun, your seatbelt”

“Oh yeah, forgot”

Woohyun quickly fasten his seatbelt and continued to play with his phone until they arrived at the venue

“You guys are gonna have such a huge wedding”

“You’ve never visited here mom?”

Woohyun’s mother shook her head and they went into the wedding hall that were filled with workers for final touch up

One of the workers announced their arrival to the wedding planner and they were greeted by her before she tells them about all the details of their wedding hall

“… as you guys can see it, we are 90% done. The only thing we need is the table cloths which we will put on the day of the wedding. You guys can take a look around and tell me if you wants some change”

“Alright”

“Come on mom, we’re going to the stage”

Once on the altar, they gasped at the view. It was like dream come true to Woohyun. The altar was white and decorated with various white flowers. This was all Woohyun’s ideas and designs and the wedding planner really make it comes alive. Sunggyu doesn’t expect that Woohyun’s taste was this high and he admits that he won’t ever forget this place. It looks like a white garden from heaven. Beautifully pure. Just like their love for each other.

Sunggyu gazed at Woohyun and he immediately went to his playful mood. Sunggyu suddenly kneel down in front of Woohyun and that shocked the hell out of Woohyun

“What the are you doing?”

“Dear Nam Woohyun, will you marry me?”

Woohyun was embarrassed when Sunggyu said that and told him to stop his game but Sunggyu was still kneeling in front of him with his hand left hanging waiting for Woohyun to take it

Woohyun’s face grew redder as Sunggyu’s little action had grabbed the attention of everyone inside the venue

One worker started to chant “Accept him” and now everyone was chanting for Woohyun to accept Sunggyu

Looking like a steamed lobster, Woohyun took Sunggyu’s hand and everyone was cheering loudly obviously to tease them

Woohyun quickly hide his embarrassment and told the workers to continue their work with fail authority tone. The workers replied “Yes Boss” altogether playfully and Woohyun’s face grew even redder

Woohyun’s mom just chuckled at their childishness and suggests the two lovebirds finish whatever final check they want to do and head out for lunch. Sunggyu’s mom called her just now in the middle of Sunggyu’s proposal and told her that they should have lunch together at a restaurant and she agreed

Woohyun’s mom told them about the plan and they rushed to the restaurant because they’re kinda of late right now

At The Restaurant

Woohyun’s mom entered the restaurant first while Sunggyu and Woohyun went to look for parking

Sunggyu headed to the counter and told the waiter about reservations under Kim’s Family. The waiter types something into her tablets and brought them to their table which Sunggyu’s family had already seated

“Sorry we’re late, have you guys waited long?”

“No, we also just arrived 5 minutes ago”

Sunggyu pulled the chair for Woohyun to seat and Woohyun replied with a thankful smile. He then proceeds to sit beside Woohyun.

“This is your menus, I will be back later for your order”

Everyone was busy with their menu and Sunggyu ask Woohyun what he wanted to eat

“I don’t know about this restaurant… you pick. I will eat anything you order”

"They have the best Chinese fried rice and fried squid dumpling. Is that okay?”

Woohyun nodded in agreement

They placed their orders and few minutes later, their food arrived

They were busy eating while sharing few talks mostly about the wedding until Sunggyu’s mom ask Woohyun

“Woohyun-ah, your face is glowing~ is it because you’re getting married?”

Woohyun was startled at the question and he 100% knew the answer but he couldn’t tell them. It feels like a right time to confess with everyone presence but Woohyun hesitated

Woohyun let out an awkward laugh and replied

“Maybe?”

They continued eating and chatting until it was dessert time

“Actually… I have something to tell everyone”

When Woohyun said that, everyone’s attention was on him and it suddenly makes Woohyun’s hands sweaty and his heart palpitating loudly

Sunggyu turned his attention to Woohyun and he realized that Woohyun was about to reveal his pregnancy. Sunggyu sneaks his hand under the table and hold Woohyun’s hand: giving it a light squeeze as a support for Woohyun

“What is it hyung?”

“Well, as you guys know that our wedding is just two days away… I think you guys deserve to know this…”

“What’s wrong hyung? You can tell us”

“We’re…”

“You guys are cancelling your marriage?!”

Woohyun’s eyes widen at Myungsoo’s statement and he yelled a quick no before his father smacks his head

“Don’t interrupt”

Myungsoo pout while he rubbed his head

“We’re expecting”

“Expecting what dear?”

“A baby”

“W-what?”

Myungsoo who was drinking water, chokes followed by a series of cough. Aunt Kim patted her son’s back and ushered Woohyun to continue

“I’m two weeks pregnant and we just knew about it”

“Really dear? Then it was good news! We have to celebrate this!”

“Y-you guys are not mad?”

“Why would we be mad?”

“You know, this was before the marriage right?”

“Ah, about that… you guys are already adult so we have nothing against it Woohyun-ah”

“Really dad?”

“Of course son, okay we’re going to celebrate this. How about a dinner tonight?”

“A dinner sounds good”

“Oh, by the way dad, Woohyun and I are going to our house tonight. It’s been a week since we left the house”

“That’s okay, we will just head to the mansion with Woohyun’s mother”

Woohyun turned to his mother and ask whether she wants to go the Kim’s Mansion or followed him to his home. And she said she will go to the Kim’s Mansion since all her clothes were there

“Okay see you later at dinner, alright? I will text you the address”

I’m so busy that I don’t have time to write this because usually it took me hours to just write and that doesn’t include the time I spent on editing.
