Dear Journal,

I was at the airport and my parents started crying. My mom was sad to see me go, she took it the hardest that my Dad had to hold her and soothe her. My sister wished me luck and gave me a kiss on my forehead. She told me to study well and be myself there. I did as she told dont worry.

I hugged Mom one last time before I entered the doors. I went past the immigration and I can still see my parents from inside. On the other side of the glass windows, I saw my sister smiling and waving at me. I smiled back and then someone popped out of nowhere.

Seungcheol ran up against the glass and banged it. I can read his lips.

He kept on saying my name as the immigration officer asked for my passport. I glanced at the windows and he was still there. My Dad held him and tried to pull him away but he was unstoppable.
