I don't know how to react.

'Well, control it' I said back, coldly.

I didn't know wht I was cold or why I said that but I guess my natural instincts took over?

'But I can't' he said much softer, like he was about to cry.

I feel that this is all my fault.

Instead of making her feel better, I'd hurt her.
