Heads turned the moment the door opened and the people outside walked in. Jungmi was fanning herself with both hands as she complained, "It's a good thing Seokjin's car has an air conditioner, if not I seriously thought I would have died from this heat."

Taehyung chuckled, "What do you expect? We do have summer here and it's July. Plus shouldn't you call Seokjin hyung 'oppa'?" The said girl made a ghost face before replying, "Sorry but I don't call people 'oppa' or 'unnie' unless they are my real siblings."

"How was the meeting? A success? Or a failure?" A lump which Jungmi thought was a blanket came to life and Yoongi with sleepy eyes appeared from under it.

Namjoon pointed a finger at the purple-haired girl, "She is incredible. With only a few words and Taekwang told us everything. He even handed us files which contained the information we needed about the two fugitives." The two files in his hands were passed over to Yoongi who immediately flipped them open.

Scanning through the files, Yoongi told them that there were pictures of the two missing men with their introductions and backgrounds. He commented that the information would really come in handy once they started their new case. Then, as he suddenly remembered something, he added, "Oh yeah, we will be handling two cases since I have just agreed to a new case from my friend Yongguk."

"What? Again?" Jimin who was reading Attack of Titan grumbled. He really disliked handling more than one case at a time because that would mean more work and less sleep. He remembered that one time when they had the most cases ever in their hands, five if he remembered correctly, life back then was crazy. A real disaster. He barely got any sleep, not to mention chasing a few jerks for days without getting a chance to wash and change clothes. No, Jimin would rather die than going back to those days.

Yoongi closed the files and passed them to Jungkook and Taehyung. "Be quiet. It should be an easy task since Yongguk told me that we only need to find the location of the hidden cash that his ex-bestfriends stole and hand the cash back to him."

"Ex-bestfriends?" Taehyung leaned forward, interested. Yoongi nodded, "Yeah, Yoon Si Jae and Goo Jungshin. They betrayed him after they stole the cash together and hid it. Yongguk almost killed Si Jae when he found him. Luckily, Himchan stopped him just in time."

"Okay then. Two cases. As usual, we'll divide the work with the old way." Namjoon took out a few pieces of folded paper. "I hope I don't get Yongguk's one." Jimin mumbled as he walked to the table and picked one up. The rest did the same and finally two pieces of papers were left on the table. Namjoon looked at Jungmi, "Take one."

"That's how you divide jobs?" Jungmi looked at the leader in disbelief. She had always thought that Namjoon was the brain of this group and would have always divided tasks based on each person's ability. It seemed that her assumption was wrong all this time. "Why of course! What is the best way to divide tasks so that they won't complain later on?" Namjoon sat back, opening his own paper. Jungmi rolled her eyes and took one, accepting her fate just like the others.

On her left, Jimin groaned, "No no no, why am I always so unlucky?" Taehyung snatched the paper from his hand and looked at it, "You're in team 2. Same as me!" 

"Alright, those in team 2 will focus on the Death Note case. The rest in team 1 are in for Yongguk's case." Yoongi proclaimed. "So who's in team 1?" Seokjin, Jungkook and Hoseok raised their hands. "You guys will be in the same team as me and we'll focus on finding the missing case first. Once our case is settle we will help team 2."

Jungmi looked at her own paper. Team 2. So she'll be in the same team as Namjoon, Taehyung and Jimin. So far so good. Jimin who first thought that team 2 will be the one in charge of Yongguk's case cried in joy. He ran around the room and hugged Jungkook while laughing. Of course he got smacked by the young boy. Jimin pouted and Jungmi laughed at him. "Oh gosh Jimin, you're such a kid!"

Jimin puffed, "I'm not! By the way, how old are you?" Jungmi wiggled her brows, "Guess~" Looking at her closely, Jimin made his first guess, "19?"

"Nope!" Jungmi giggled. "One more chance." Taehyung joined in, "18!" His answer made Jungmi frowned. "Do I really look that old?" 

"Just spill it, I hate making wrong guesses." Jimin gave up. He was never the one that could make correct guesses. "I'll be 18 in another eight months." Jungmi grinned as she revealed her own age.

Hoseok piped in, "What did you just say? You're only 17?" Jungmi nodded. She was aware that somehow everyone had once again had their attention on her, including Jungkook. "You're even younger than Kookie here." Taehyung patted the said boy's shoulder, only to have his hand swatted away by him. "Need to jot this info down." Taehyung pulled out his pen and small notebook from his pirate outfit.

Jungmi responded with a nod. She was about to say something when Seokjin interrupted, "By the way, since Jungmi has helped us and has proven herself useful for us, Namjoom and I had already decided to let her officially join our team. So I hope everyone will work with her and help her out."

Murmurs of agreement were heard from the rest of the group and Jungmi beamed, "Seokjin gave me a nickname, 'Silvertongue'." She turned to him, "I love it, thanks." Seokjin waved her off with his hand and smiled. "No big deal."

"Enough talking. Let's get started. We'll be very busy for these next few days." Namjoon was indeed the leader. Everyone went back to their respective places and started preparing. Jungmi looked at Namjoon, "Erm, what should I do?"

"Oh right. You can use my spare laptop. I hope you're good at tracking down missing people 'cause Yoongi will be busy looking into his friend's case."

Jungmi grinned, "Just trust me."

They had been searching for the missing duo for days without making any progress. The two had disappeared with the note without leaving behind a single trace, making their jobs harder than they imagined.
