The Start of Building

Tiffany's POV

It's been a week since Sooyoung disappeared... Which according to her uncle,  on a vacation. I got a feeling that she already managed to fool my brother Leo because it seems like Mr. Will is not pushing the contract signing anymore.

I'm a bit tense... My company's future is at stake here, but knowing my lawyer friend is clever and smart,  I know she will find the original contracts and the fraud ones. This Choi's have to learn their lessons you know. Fooling people is a bad habit.

I was in the middle of my thoughts when someone called me.

"Hello Tif?" I already did recognize the caller's voice.

"Oh, hi there Jessie! What's up?" it's Jessica, my friend.

"I'm at the mall now... Trying to shop. Want to come along? You know shopping alone bores me." Oh my gosh, shopping!

"Same mall?" I asked

"Yup." she replied

"Okay, be there in 15 minutes." I'm a bit late for some occasions, but never in shopping.

We met at the café inside the mall. I saw Jessie, texting someone on the phone, totally unaware of my presence...

"Jessica Jung!" I called her for the nth time.

"Oh, you’re there!" she said to me with a giggle.

"Hey Tif,  Want to do something interesting today?" she asked me

"I thought shopping alone is interesting enough?" I said as I raised my eyebrow

"Taeyeon is here at the mall with her friend, should I invite her?" she asked

"You know she won't come when she knew I am here. She flew away from me like I was a disease or something..." I said with a sad sigh

"She doesn't know you're here. She doesn't even know I know you." Jessica laughed

"Alright! Invite her over. I missed her already my Taengoo..." I said happily as an idea popped inside my head.

"Okay my excited love sick fool best friend... I texted her already." she said

"You should try to be in love Jess, it’s a good feeling." I told her

"Gee,  what does love have for people's lives? It will only hurt you." she said bitterly

"That's why you practice celibacy for a two years eh? Still bitter." I as I laughed on her

"Don't worry you'll find someone who's drop dead gorgeous like me." I said proudly as I crossed my legs.

"Eeeeeww, No thank you Miyoung..." she said with disgust

"OMG JESSICA JUNG WE ARE IN PUBLIC, STOP CALLING ME THAT!" I said angrily. Gosh, I’m not quite fond of my name. Stephanie suits me well you know!

Jessica and I keep bickering until someone cleared .

"Ehem,  Sica? Y-you know h-her?" Taeyeon asked Jessica nervously

"U-uhm, y-yes?" Jessica teased Taeyeon and laughed so hard afterwards.

I looked at Taeyeon from head to toe. She was wearing the pink dress which I bought for her when I snatched her from Sooyoung a day before her birthday. Gaaaaaah! She's so cute!
