Chapter Twelve; Memories, Coming Back..

I stared at the empty ceiling continuously and the door opened. Gongchan.

"Aren't you happy to see me?" Gongchan said and smiled.

I rolled my eyes. "I just can't believe you came back without telling me. I would've cook your favorite meal or something." I sat up and Gongchan sat next to me.

Gongchan smiled once again. "I'm sorry, Hwansun-ah. I wanted to surprise you!" He pouted like a kid. "Forgive me, please~?"

I sighed. "Fine. Forgiven. Happy?"

He smiled widely again. "Yup!" He hugged me.

"H-Hey! Quit doing that. We're not kids anymore!"

He broke his hug. "Sorry, sorry." He chuckled.

"So, why did you pick to go to Kaseong Academy? Why not in other school?"

His smile faded. "I have my reasons."

I looked at him suspiciously. "Huh..?"

Then, he suddenly grabbed my Pikachu stuffed toy.

"YAH! GIVE IT BACK, CHANSHIK!"

He bleh-d at me. "Sorry, no can do!" He grinned like a kid.

"Aigoo, you childish guy!" I stood up and grabbed my stuffed toy, but I couldn't reach it.

I stopped reaching for it. "Since when did you get so tall, Gongchan?" I asked him.

"Since when did you become so small?" He grinned.

But, I victoriously caught my stuffed toy. "Yaay~! Pikachu!" I hugged it.

"Yah, you're cheating, Hwansun!" He said.

I bleh-d at him. "Bleh~" I laughed at him.

He sighed jokingly. "You're still the same old Hwansun."

I smiled. "You too."

I sat on my bed and he did too.

"Remember when we met? You were really brave back then." He said.

I chuckled. "Yeah. And you're really a scaredy-cat."

He pouted. "Am I, Hwansun~?"

I laughed at him. "Yes."

He chuckled. "Thanks for being my savior, Hwansun."

"No prob." I grinned at him.

{Flashback}

"Give me back my bag!" Little Gongchan said while reaching for his bag from Dongsu, a bully.

Dongsu smirked at Gongchan. "I won't give it to you!" He continued evily laughing at Gongchan.

Gongchan was about to cry.

Then, he suddenly stomped Dongsu's foot.

"OWW!" Dongsu said in pain. He glared at Gongchan. "WHY, YOU!!"

He was about to punch Gongchan, when suddenly, somebody stopped him.

"Leave him alone, you stupid jerk!" Gongchan looked up and saw a girl.

"Who the hell are you!? Get out off my way, you idiot girl!"

The girl smirked at Dongsu. "Idiot?..." She giggled evily, making Dongsu really scared.

"WHO THE HELL ARE YOU CALLING AN IDIOT, YOU STUPID BULLY!?" The girl yelled at him and glared at him, scarily.

Dongsu got scared and ran, screaming.

The girl sighed. "I hate that guy." She rolled her eyes.

She was about to walk, but Gongchan grabbed her hand.

"W-Wait..!" Gongchan said.

The girl looked at Gongchan, blinking.

"T-Thank you... for saving me.." Gongchan said, blushing.

The girl smiled a little. "It's fine."

She bent and faced Gongchan. "I'm Hwansun. What's your name?" She smiled.

Gongchan smiled. "G-Gongchan.."

"Nice to meet you, Gongchan." Hwansun smiled at him.

She's so wonderful... I admire her... she's really brave..

{End Of Flashback}

Gongchan chuckled. "You were pretty scary at that time."

I rolled my eyes. "Shut up. I hate you."

"And I love you alot.." Gongchan said in his mind.
