“hey… still mad at me?” Tiffany cooing her best friend

“you side on that girl, actually all of you…, of course I’m not mad at you” Jessica answered sarcastically

“I’m not siding with her” Tiffany defended “I’m always on your side, you know that”

 

Jessica sighed… “but seriously, Tiff… how can you just let her off like that?”

 

“no one is letting her off…” Tiffany said “I guess we have more patience than you have”

“more patience than I have? Really?” Jessica asked chuckling “cause the last time I remember,… you said a bitter words because of her… BITTER words”

 

Tiffany smiled as she remember what happen the last time Yuri pissed her off “okay… guilty as charged”

“I don’t think understanding is what she needs” Jessica said “do you know what she needs, maybe, she needs to hit her head REALLY hard to fix that crazy head of her”

 

Tiffany chuckled “did Yuri do something to you... out of all of us, you’re the most affected on all of us here”

 

“did that girl do something to me?” Jessica asked sarcastically “well, she just called me her grandmother…”

 

“maybe it’s true..” Sooyoung butted in, the other girls burst out laughing

“you wanna die?” Jessica asked glaring at her

“no… I mean, no one actually saw her grandmother, right?” Sooyoung said dying not to laugh “maybe she really look like you…”, the other girls nodded…

“I’m gonna kill you!” Jessica said as she run after Sooyoung

 

“I have to tell you something…” Tiffany said, calling the attention of the ice princess

“is that more important than killing her?” Jessica asked

 

Tiffany laughed “well, if I tell you that it’s about me and Nickhun, would that be important?”

 

The girls stop from what they are doing… especially that one person on the corner which Sunny gave a worried look…

 

“Sunny what do you think?” Tiffany asked “should I go?”

“is there a reason not to?” Sunny asked as she looked at Taeyeon, and then saw her stood up making her way to the door

 

“Taeyeon, how about you” Tiffany asked as Taeyeon stopped in front of the door “should I go with him?”

 

Taeyeon’s POV

 

“HELL NO!!!” I wanted to say it loudly, but what right do I have?

 

I look at her as I said one of the most sincere but painful words that I could ever say “as long as you’re happy”

“why did you do it?” Yongmin asked

 

Yuri sighed “told you, they were noisy…”

 

“even if they were you cannot just do that!” Youngmin said in frustration

“who says that I can’t?” Yuri asked as she looks at him “you?”

 

Youngmin gritted his teeth

 

“seems like we’re done here” Yuri said a she stand up “I’m gonna go now…”

“we will call a presscon and you will make an public apology…” Youngmin commanded

 

Yuri smirked “you want me to apology?... are you kidding?”

 

“do I look like I’m kidding?!” Youngmin asked clenching his hand from anger

“no…” Yuri shook her head “but what you’re saying is totally nonsense”,

 

“KWON YURI!!” Youngmin yelled completely losing it “you will make an apology, like it or not”

 

Yuri smiled sarcastically “I will not make an apology, like it or not…”

 

“you’re just my worker!” Youngmin said

“is this the part where I’m getting fired?, cause I can’t wait for it to happen” Yuri mocked him “ahh, right… you can’t”

“without me, you’re nothing!” Youngmin shouted, “

 

Yuri sighed “as much as I want to get out of this hell, billion won is lot of money… but I guess it’s the same way for you… you can’t just throw me… I am making YOUR MONEY”

 

Yuri could see his veins popping out everywhere from anger… it’s not every day she can see him like that, might enjoy the view

 

Yuri grins, seriously mocking him “you are my boss I know that, but… it is you who are nothing without me, us… don’t forget that… BOSS”, then she made her way to the door, but before she could fully go outside…

 

“don’t look so worried, I’m sure you can come up with a good story…” Yuri said as she sarcastically smiled at him “you’re good at that anyway….”

 

“AHHHHH!!!!” Yuri could hear Youngmin’s scream outside…

 

Yuri smiled victoriously “jerk…”

 

 

Taeyeon’s POV        

 

 

“should I go with him?” Tiffany’s words keep on repeating on my head… no matter how hard I tried, I just can’t seem to shake it off… does she really need to ask me that? Can’t she just go and leave with him without asking, especially me…

 

I went outside the building to buy drinks and cool myself… but is the universe really against me?

 

“Taeyeon?”

 

I have my back turn, and haven’t seen the face of the owner of that voice but I completely knew who it was, Nickhun… I sighed as I fix myself to give her a poker face…

 

“Hey!” I greeted him as cheerful as I could

“buying a drinks?” Nickhun asked

 

I nodded, as I noticed him looking around, particularly looking for someone

 

“are you al---“

“Tiffany’s not with me” I cut him off, well he’s clearly looking for her “I’m alone…”

“ahh… I see…” he said and disappointment was totally evident on his voice “good to see you then…”

 

As I was standing at the counter to pay what I bought, I could feel Nickhun’s stare at me and until I paid, he’s still staring at me…

 

OH GOD!, I hate this!... I told myself as I walked towards him…

 

“do you need something?” I asked him

 

He was surprised “h-huh?”

 

“I’m asking you if you need something.” I told him “you’ve been staring at me the whole time…”

“no..I’m jus----“

“guess, just my imagination” I cut him off, “see you around then”…

 

1, 2, 3, 4

 

“Taeyeon!” he called

 

And 5, I counted on my mind… I knew he wanted to say something….

 

“hmmm?” I hummed as I turned to him

 

He walked towards me “are we okay?”

 

“huh?” I frowned, does he know???? Did Sunny tell him? Or Tiffany got the feeling that I feel something about her and she told him????? Millions of question immediately runs on my mind on that one question

“I-I uh… don’t get what you mean?” I asked as normal as I could

“I mean, are we okay, even after I asked Tiffany to go on a vacation with me?” he carefully asked

 

I felt relieved on that instance “why we wouldn’t? you and Tiffany is not really my business” and that hurt “it’s not like Tiffany and I are also dating” I joked, but how I wish we are

 

He laughed….

 

“I think I should go” I said

“yeah… of course” he said nodding

 

Since we already talked about Tiffany, I guess I am gonna take this chance…

 

“Nickhun…” 

“yes?” 

“treat her well”

“I will…”

“don’t you ever hurt her” 

“I won’t”

“and please……” I looked at him, as I feel my eyes tearing up “make her happy”…

“I promise…”

 

I smiled at him, as I leave as quickly as possible not getting too much attention, I pressed the button of the elevator and get inside immediately and as soon as the door closed, my tears just drop unconsciously and thank God, I am alone…

how I wish it was me who’ll promise, that I’m gonna treat her well, it was me who will promise that I will never hurt her, it was me who will promise that I will always make her happy… how I wish it was me

 

then before I could realize it, I was on the rooftop… I like to look up at the stars here at night but at this kind of hot afternoon there’s nothing there to see but I guess it’s better than in front of everyone who can cross me down there

 

“AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” I screamed my lungs out as my tears continuously falls “WHY IT HAS TO BE YOU, HUH?!!!!”… believe it or not, screaming like this makes me feel better at least I could say things that I can’t on her

 

“DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW HARD IT IS TO LOOK AT YOU EVERYDAY?!!!” I screamed again “DO YOU-----------“

 

Klang, klang!

 

I heard a metal dropping on the floor… and look where the sound came from…

 

OH GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Somebody’s here… someone heard me!!! and it’s not just anybody, it’s Yuri, KWON YURI!!!!

 

 

Should I leave? No! GOD, I can’t move from embarrassment!

Should I ask if she heard something? of Course she did, I was screaming like hell

 

I was on a state of shock, and I have no idea on what should I do… until she says something and bring me to my senses…

 

“do you have any idea how annoying you are right now?!” she asked throwing another can  again

“I uh… I-I’m sorry…” I apologize, dying from embarrassment

 

She didn’t say anything so I look up to her, then I notice what she’s drinking… it’s not a soda nor juice… it’s a BEER, she’s drinking a beer in the middle of afternoon, I really can’t believe this girl…

 

She must’ve notice that I was looking at her hands…

 

“you’re totally welcome to tell everyone that I’m drinking” she said as she lifted it up like she was making a toast, then left…

 

I sighed, I don’t know if I should feel better that it was Yuri or should I feel worst because it’s her

 

 End of POV

 

Sunny’s POV

 

“Taeyeon, pick up!” I said as I tried for the 5^th time to call her… I have no idea how much pain she is in right now and not getting a hold of her at this moment is making me worry than ever… it’s either she’s crying alone or she’s faking a smile, but I’m sure on wherever she is right now, she’s in pain…

She’s a tough one but not when it comes to Tiffany and if I could just take some pain away, I will… but I can’t and that alone is making me feel worst as her best friend…

 

I was looking at the hallway when I heard her call my name “Sunny?...”

 

“where have you been?” I asked feeling relieved

“cooling off” she answered

“are you o----“

“I’m fine,, don’t worry…” she assured me with a smile, which is totally not assuring, but I accepted it anyway…

“don’t tell me not to worry when you couldn’t even pick up your phone” I said

“I forgot my phone at the car” She said “I’m sorry for making you worry…”

“let’s go…” I said as I pulled her

 

She looked at me confusedly “where?”

 

“to the president” I said as I continue dragging her

“to the president?... where what?.... why?” She asked non-stop “did I do something?”

 

Is it me or she totally sound panic then just I realized that color of her face, it almost red and the smell of beer on her

 

“seriously?... in the middle of afternoon” I said almost piss

“told you cooling myself”

“soda is for calling yourself not a beer, Taeyeon” I said letting out a sigh

 

She put her around my shoulder “don’t worry, I’ve only had one”

 

“get off me, for God sake!” taking her arms off of me “and please fix yourself, we’ll meet the president”

 

“and why are we meeting the president again?” she asked and I swear  I could smell the beer from her

“Are you sure you’ve only had one?” I asked, she wasn’t a good drinker after all… and if she’s drunk… there’s no way, I will take her to the meeting with us…

“I’m not drunk okay…” she said “I just wa----“

“it’s Yuri…”  I cut her off

“Y-Yuri?” she stuttered and her face turn into pale

“are you sure you’re really okay?” and now I’m totally worried

“y-yeah… why wouldn’t I?” she said smiling lightly but I’m confused because nervousness is evident on her voice “did she--- did sh------“

“yeah… she did totally wreck that student’s phone earlier….” I said

“ahhhhh!... right!” she said and I could see the life coming onto her face “of course she did… she’s our Yuri after all”

“are you se------“ I was gonna ask her but she drag me off

“let’s go, Mr. President is waiting”

 

Taeyeon’s POV

 

Sunny and I was welcome, as expected by HellSica

 

“why are we even here?!” Jessica asked in annoyance “it’s her fault… not ours!”

“no one is blaming you” Hyoyeon said trying to calm her  “so, please… calm down”

“how can I calm down?!” Jessica asked “look at her!” pointing to Yuri who is sitting comfortably on her seat while wearing an earphone and obviously pretending to sleep, well I’m not even sure if she’s pretending or she’s totally asleep because of the four cans she took and left two unopened which I’m sure she will finish if I didn’t disturb her drinking session, and for the two cans, I can’t just let it go to waste, right?

I barely even open my eyes with the two cans that I’ve had which I totally lied to Sunny…

 

Mr. Youngmin came “seems like everyone is here”… and took the chair in front

 

“I’m sure you all know what happened earlier, right?” Mr. Youngmin

“only stupid will say that it’s not her” Jessica said in annoyance

“hey…” Tiffany nudged her, then she rolled her eyes…

“we will release a statement, on what happen” Mr. Youngmin said as she looks at Yuri “you don’t have to worry about that”

“and what will you say?” I asked, what kind of story this time, huh?

“that it was just all a misunderstanding” Youngmin answered

“then, what are we doing here?” Taeyeon asked

“to tell you that you have to be more careful outside especially in public places” Youngmin said “we don’t want to create another issue, right?”

“I think you only need to tell that to one person” Jessica stated she is totally piss because if not for this stupid meeting she’s probably on her beauty rest

“I’ve also talk to your manager….” Youngmin said “avoid getting in contact with the fans especially antis as much as possible”

“avoid?” Sooyoung asked “how do you mean avoid?”

“don’t go out unless it’s really necessary, don’t talk to fans… something like that” Youngmin answered “especially please, lay low on dating, so if you’re planning anything please do cancel i-------“

 

Complained from everyone echoed inside the room… which is totally understandable, we’ve all been waiting for that one in while vacation and just happen…
