“f-flow-wers…” Taeyeon said stuttering while handing the flowers to Tiffany facing all the members of SNSD

 

Tiffany gave her that one simple smile but never fails to take her breath away as she took the flowers “thank you”

 

“I-I----“ she stopped when she heard Tiffany giggle

“I like it when you’re confused…”

 

Taeyeon looked down, sigh, as she takes all the strength she can then lift up her head “can you be my girlfriend?”

 

Tiffany nodded as she smiled “yes… yes…”

 

With those 3 letters, Taeyeon’s tears dropped unconsciously….

 

“you should really stop doing this, Taeng” a calm but very worried voice pulled Taeyeon back from the reality as she look at the restaurant not far from them, seeing the love of her life, happy…. happy with someone else.

 

Taeyeon’s POV

 

Tiffany and I we were like a couple, if she’s there I’m there, wherever I am she’s always there… I don’t how, when, where and why just one day I woke up and I’m falling in love with her…

The scene that I’m remembering was true… it’s just that…

 

It wasn’t me who gave her the flowers

It wasn’t me who was stuttering that time

It wasn’t me who asked her to be his girlfriend

It wasn’t me who got accepted…

It wasn’t me who cried from happiness… it was him… Nickhun…

I didn’t tell anyone about my feelings for Tiffany, and I don’t have any intention to tell it to anyone including Sunny but she knew me like the back of her hand, I can’t hide anything from her… so when she asked me about it… I told her everything.

She’s my best friend, crying shoulder, drinking buddy, a mother and even sometimes she could be my nanny… and she’s one of the reason why I was able to endure everything and still enduring all the pain,… when it comes to Tiffany

SUNNY’s POV

Taeyeon was nowhere to be found but I’m pretty sure where she is. Like what they used to, wherever Tiffany is Taeyeon’s there but the difference right now is, it’s not her beside Tiffany and all she can do was look at her from a far.

“you should really stop doing this, Taeng” I said, looking at her, looking at Tiffany and Nickhun

She didn’t look at me, her gaze is fix on them or to be more specific, staring at her “I just wanted to see if she’s happy”

“she is…” it felt so wrong for me to say that but what can I do “so, please… stop hurting yourself”

Tiffany’s POV

 

“hey, Hwang!” a familiar voice welcomed me as soon as I stepped inside our dorm, and I can bet what that tone means

“hey, Ms. Jung” I greeted her back with a smile

“I think you owe us a story” she said which I’m totally right about that tone in her voice earlier…

 

“am I?” I asked jokingly… dating is never an issue to us, there’s no secret between our group, we know who’s dating who before it reveal on public… and telling a little story about what happen in our date is a natural thing for us

 

“well, unfortunately yes..” she answered

 

I chuckled, as I saw other members settling themselves in the living room waiting for my “story”

 

“so what happened?” Hyoyeon asked

“before I start, where is Tae-tae and Sunny?” I asked looking around, we just finished our schedule for today so I’m pretty sure that they’re supposed to be here “I don’t wanna repeat this story twice”

 

“having a danshin moment, I guess” Sooyoung said jokingly, but if you think about it, she is probably right, I mean… I know they are best friend but it feels like they are spending time with each other alone than the usual…

 

“can we pass from danshin moment right now and tell us what happen with your date?” Hyoyeon said…

 

“no choice then” I said when the door swung open and revealed Yuri

 

“hey Yul!”, Sooyoung said as she hooks her arms on her neck… and I know that I said earlier that Sunny and Taeyeon were the only person missing in this story telling, I didn’t mean to outcast Yuri… it’s just that, if I’m gonna put it in simple way… she’s totally not interested…

 

“first, don’t ever do this again” Yuri coldly took Sooyoung’s arms off of her which I’m one-hundred and one percent sure that will happen

“and second, I don’t care if you’re gonna chitchat all night as long as you keep it low… there are some people who wanted to rest than listen to you all night” and like the usual Yuri, she’s just gonna leave without hearing from anyone… except I guess not this time….

 

“excuse me..” Jessica said calmly, stares at her, but if you’re spending almost every moment with her it’s not as calm as it sounds…

 

And I guess, Yuri doesn’t really have enough time with Jessica to not notice that, that “glare” means she’s telling her to back-off

“you’re old enough to not understand what I said” she said with her of course, not so sensitive tone… Is it me or is Yuri just numb or dumb, I mean if looks could kill… she’s probably dead by now…

 

“YOU-------!” and before Jessica could say another word, someone has to stop it, as in now!, which I’m the only person capable of not because they’re afraid to get in the middle but because they find it amusing, when the famous Ice Princess lost all of her coolness to Kwon Yuri

 

“we won’t bother you, I promise” I said as I looked at her

“Oh God, Tiff!” Jessica blurted “are you reall go-----“

“she’s just tired” Sooyoung said as she position herself to block Jessica in case she charge to Yuri

“tired?... don’t give me that crap!” Jessica hissed, she’s totally losing it

“just let it go, huh” I said calming her but not really working

“no.. Tiff…, I’m so full of her!” Jessica said, pissed “and don’t tell me to understand her because she’s just tired… no one in this world is tired 24 hours a day, 7 days in a week, 31 days in a month, 12 months a year… and for God sake!, don’t you ever tell me that she’s goddamn tired for 5 long years!”

 

Jessica had a point, out of all of us… Yuri was the only person who never gets close to any of us, which I’m always wondering how she can do that. We’ve been living for like almost 5 years now since our debut, 3 years of training on SME and never once she had a deeper conversation with us… we only know the basic information about her, the name, age and so on… and other than that, we know nothing about her, as in nothing

 

And believe me or not, I never saw her smile and when I say smile, that smile without the camera, cause if you would ask me if there is any moment that I would find her really amazing, besides dancing which she totally kills, it’s on acting… not in a drama though…

 

She always smile in front of the camera, and I can’t blame if someone fall for that even if it’s a total lie because it is so charming but not when you live with her everyday… and as soon as the lights off, it’s like… turning heaven and hell…

 

She never engages talking to us if it’s not working matter… and if there’s a time that we’re having a conversation with her, if it’s not nod, yes or no…. it’s like this ending pissing one of us

Taeyeon was hesitating if she’s gonna punch the code to go inside their dorm, when she heard a very familiar voice behind her

 

“if you’re not gonna go inside, get out of the way” coldness was evident on the voice

“Good morning” brushing her cold attitude, Taeyeon greeted her while entering the code

“what’s good in the morning…” Yuri said, as Taeyeon entered the dorm followed by her

“I can bet that your jogging down the park didn’t go well” Taeyeon said “I’m gonna take a nap, you should rest too…”

“you look like you’re the one who’s gonna need to rest” Yuri said staring at her “I don’t care why you always come home every 5 in the morning when you have no schedule, why Sunny had to lie that you’re soundly sleeping in your room when she fully knew that you’re not… as long as you won’t make trouble during our job”

 

Taeyeon’s POV

 

“Wake up!, Wake up!” Yoona said while jumping like a kid on my bed

 

I groaned, half-asleep “5 minutes”

 

“you’ve been saying that for like 20 minutes now” Yoona said as she sits at edge of my bed

“and I could have a 20 minutes sleep if you just waited outside” I uttered not bothering to open her eyes

“Pleeeaaaaaaaseeeeee!” Yoona said using her aegyo

“YAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!” I screamed, Yoona may be pretty and I really, really love her, but this, her aegyo…. Oh God, it’s more than I can take  “DO YOU WANNA DIE?!!”

 

Yoona chuckled “Pllllleeeeeasssseeeeeeeeeeeeee”

 

“FINE!!!”I surrendered as I took a pillow and threw it to her

 

Yoona laughed victoriously as she went outside…

 

I let out a sighed as I stared at the ceiling… another day means another busy day, and another day to look at Tiffany and pretend that I don’t feel anything for her

 

I got up lazily as I walk towards the door when I heard commotion outside…

 

“can this morning get any worse?” I sighed as I went outside

 

 

And the cause of this commotion is the blind item this morning…

 

“who is this “K” of an idol group who violently broke fans cell phone on the park this morning?”

 

“we we’re just talking when suddenly she grabbed our phone and throw it on the ground” one student said

 

“was it you Yul?” Sooyoung asked

“are you asking the obvious?” Jessica said sarcastically

“what happen?” Tiffany asked

“yeah… it’s me” Yuri answered calmly, it’s not even surprising at all

“what happen?” Tiffany asked

“you heard the news” Yuri answered

“yes… but we haven’t heard yours” Tiffany said, and that’s one of a million reasons why I have fallen for her… she doesn’t just believe on a one side story, I couldn’t blame her though, Yuri might not be good in social interaction but she’s not gonna do something like that without any reason

“unnie, did they do something to you?” Seohyun asked “did they----“

“they were noisy…” Yuri answered,

 

I could see their jaw dropped, if they’re gonna ask her they should be prepared to an answer like this

 

“did you really lose your mind?!” A really angry Jessica asked “just noisy??... OH GOD!, is that even a valid reason to throw their phones??”

“Jess---“

“no… this person is too much!” Jessica said “she’s just doing anything she wants!”

“are you done?” Yuri asked, don’t get me wrong but why do I find this situation funny right now?... I mean if I was in Yuri’s position and Jessica was glaring at me like that I couldn’t even imagine, but to her… it’s like nothing…

 

And as much as I wanna enjoy watching this I’m still the leader and I need to make an action especially now that Jessica is seriously on her limit…

 

“hey…” I said as I stood between two of them… “can everyone calm down?”

“calm down?!” Jessica asked angrily “Taeng, how can I calm down?... didn’t you hear her?... she’s getting worse every day!”

“we will not getting anywhere if you’re like that” I said

“I’m sure we’re getting anywhere if you let me beat the crap out of her” Jessica said,

I heard Yuri sigh “you seriously sound like my grandma, right now” she mumbled, and I’m pretty sure she made sure that Jessica hears it, seriously, can anyone stop this girl, does she have a death wish or something

“what?!! She’s really getting it” Jessica said seriously going to fight it out when Tiffany hold her, both Sooyoung and Hyoyeon blocked her way, fortunately all of the members are taking this calmer than her…

“just let her for now” Tiffany said

 

“I really can’t believe you” Jessica said as she walks out
