JYP Entertainment finally gave in and has distributed information and pictures in an unique Allkpop exclusive!

Fans might recognize some of them them from various different MVs, as they participated in them while they were part of different other companies.

JYPEnt. stated, "All of the members [of the new girl group] possess a lot of potential... They plan to train even more until their debut so please show a lot of interest and love."

Warning: Some of these girls may be recognized by other agencies and even fans, but JYP says, "Who cares? They are mine now."

First member to be introduced goes by the name of Daya. She is one of the Chinese members and apparently, the eldest member of Promise (25). She is a former trainee of SM Entertainment and rumor has it, was meant to debut as a soloist but her project was canceled at last minute by order of Lee Soo Man. You probably do not know her face, but you should know her voice as she has been called by EXO members various times in different variety shows and we know, she could be the next Variety Queen of this generation of idols:

And as we can see, SM may have some regrets... 

The second member to be introduced is Lia, she is also Chinese but this time, she is the leader of the group. Lia is the second eldest  (24) and leader of Promise. Lia was a model for the IVY Club, so if you know her face, that's where. Lia is a former trainee of Starship Entertainment and was transferred to JYP after one Starship Entertainment's programs that promised her a debut failed: 

Lia, we are sure you don't need Starship to success.

The next member is only two months younger than the leader of her group, her name is AeBi (24) and we are sure most of you know her. Her full name would be Choi AeBi, know her yet? No? Well, your hyungs, or oppas from Big Bang will be upset! AeBi is known to be awfully close to Big Bang, especially T.O.P. AeBi is a former trainee of CubeEnt. and is also known to be close to the 4minute members as she was to debut with them. Here she is, AeBi:

The next member goes by the name of Ace, but her real name is Lee HaeJin. Ace also is a former trainee of SM, she is said to have left the company after being suddenly pulled out of f(x). Ace (24) is the Main Dancer and Lead Rapper of Promise, she is also the fourth eldest in the group. She also is, surprisingly, cousin of Super Junior's Lee DongHae which was proudly announced by him while this is being written. This is HaeJin a.k.a Ace:

You see the resemblance, don't you? We are sure she is as talented as her cousin, but unique as her own self.

Choi Haneul, or Sky, she's happy with both names. Sky (22) is the Main Rapper of Promise and former trainee of Woollim Entertainment, she has a close relationship will all the artists there and it is said that she parted from Woollim in good terms. She is also the daughter of a designer which could mean we may have another fashionista coming into view. She hopefully inherited her mother's taste in fashion. Sky is said to be a huge fan of Tasha (Yoon Mi Rae) and aspires to be like her. Sky, you have our full support:

Now, how about this young lady? It was mentioned that only eight, out of the nine girls came from other companies and Alice, it's the only JYP original. Alice Park (22) or Park JaeHwa is a Korean raised in America, and has been in Korea for only 6 years. Alice is the Visual or Face of Promise. Alice is said to have been famous between trainees for her looks, and now, she will hopefully attract fans to her group with them.

Who is next? You have been missing something in these introductions, but what could it be? A Main Vocalist, and Promise has one gorgeous and talented Main Vocalist. She used to be a SMEnt. trainee and was meant to debut with Red Velvet, but for unknown reasons, it never came to be. Her name is Kang Ji-Eun, she is a Korean-Chinese former ulzzang. Angel (21)  is a familiar face to the world of Kpop since she has starred in U-Kiss'  Stop Playing MV and K.Will's You Don't Know Love MV. We are sure Angel will do her best as the Main Vocal of Promise:

Welcome back to the world of Kpop, Angel. We are sure you have fans, and they missed you.

Miss No MinJoo, the name sounds familiar, yes? Well, it is. MinJoo (20) is the Actress of the group, she will breach out and bring fans to her group while using her well known acting abilities. MinJoo is the youngest sister and twin of No MinWoo, the member of Boyfriend and she also is a former trainee of Starship Entertainment. Her reason for leaving that company remains unknown but we are glad she made that decision. MinJoo, representative of Promise through Dramas and TVShows:

We will be expecting your first drama, MinJoo!

The last yet not least important member, there is Maknae Rose. Rose is at the tender age of eighteen, she is a Korean-Chinese raised in Australia. Rose is known to defend herself in all fields when it comes to being an idol: acting, dancing, and singing. Rose has appeared in some music videos, and has been mentioned a couple of times by members of various boy groups. Rose is a former trainee of Yedang Entertainment, and was transferred without her consent for another trainee. Well, Yedang sure has something to regret now. Congratulations on your upcoming debut, Rose: 

Slay them all.

JYPEnt. stated, "Starting from today, more details about Promise will be revealed. The MV and teasers will be shot on the 20th, and teasers will be revealed through the rest of this month and January. The members of Promise are very excited, training harder than ever, they are doing their best, please expect them."

 The sound system was blaring with their debut song as they moved to the rhythm of the beat, the strong stench of deodorant had been long forgotten and the pain on their feet grew stronger by the minute. As some prayed for the ordeal to be done, most of them had their mind set on not stopping until they were instructed. Pain? It would go away, eventually. Hunger? Water could satisfy them for now, besides they knew food was waiting for them on the vans that would get them home. But, they didn't want to think about any of those at the moment. They wanted to focus, focus on their dream, what practice would give to them at the end of the day.

 Alice stepped forward and took the center, her rightful place as the visual, and smiled at her reflection on the mirror even when she knew that the hours of practice were not kind to her looks. Her dark hair was pulled up in a ponytail, with some fugitive strands of hair sticking to her forehead and cheeks. She raised the microphone as a tease, then lowered it again as she slid to the side, letting Lia into the center while she sang her part. 

  Lia raised her microphone and remembered to follow up the dancing while she sang, not forgetting her facial expressions while doing so. At the end of two out of her three lines, Alice whispered to her own microphone the small whispers and talking of the song being her parts. Lia finished her third line, MinJoo walked and took her position in the middle as Lia walked to the back.

  With constant change of positions, perfect coordination, they finished their dance practice after four other repetitions of their song. Their trainer smiled gently at them, raising her controller and turning off the music. She placed the controller down and gathered her things, eyes on the girls who were breathing hard and leaning against each other for support. What a cute bunch, the trainer thought. They hadn't complained once, the only time the practice was interrupted was by Haneul, who asked if she could change positions with someone else. Besides that, with only two breaks for water and bathroom, they had been practicing for four hours straight. And she knew, the moment she stepped out, they would collapse on the floor yet they maintained their compostures until after they greeted her. 

"Until here, you have been with Promise!" The nine of them bowed and waited until they heard the click of the door to straighten their backs. Angel was the first one to flop down and take her heels off. She winced saw the blisters the heels had made against her skin, removing the heel off her swollen foot. She was completely exhausted, her mind couldn't even go as far as to think of walking out of the practice room. So she just laid down on the floor, enjoying the cold temperature of it against her sore muscles.

MinJoo didn't even take her shoes off before taking small quick steps towards her bag, laying against the wall and close to the door. She had to call MinWoo, she was just so excited, she also wanted to know if he had read the article about them. She read it on the first break given to her during practice, along with some of the members. While most of them were excited, some others, like Haneul seemed to be upset about the article, yet no one knew why. MinJoo knelt before her bag, opening it to reach for her phone at the bottom of the of it. 

Daya stood awkwardly between everyone else, even after they sat, she took off her heels while standing and walked towards her bag. She listened to Lia, their new leader, speaking of what they were going to do when their manager got to the practice room and how she didn't want any fights over sleeping arrangements when they got home. Daya sighed and picking up her bag, shoving her heels inside of it.

"Haneul-ssi, come here." HaeJin called, signaling her fellow rapper to approach them. Haneul doubted as she was still practicing her expressions, dancing and mouthing her lines. She hadn't taken her heels off, all she could think about was that she needed to master her expressions and fast. Her debut needed to be flawless, and the MV also needed to be flawless. And to get all of that, she needed to practice. She practiced her last line again, where she seemed to get tangled up with her words before turning around and walking towards HaeJin, who was sitting with Lia and Angel. When she sat, she noticed Daya slowly moving towards them and sitting quietly between them. 

"This is a special day." Rose called as she walked towards them, she was the only one besides MinJoo who was still wearing heels, but Rose didn't seem to mind them at all. Angel quirked her eyebrow at Rose and raised her hand.

"How is today a special day?" She asked slowly. She had to admit; she was still not very comfortable with her fellow members but she would have to deal with it. They would help her accomplish her dream, and she would do the same for them. There was no time to doubt on whether she would like them or not. She only felt comfortable with five out of the other eight girls and she was working on becoming comfortable with the rest, yet she needed time. Time that none of them had. 

"Hell-o, girl. We are finally moving in all together, today is the day we officially become Promise!" She announced with beaming excitement, and she didn't know if her members were exhausted or just didn't care, but they didn't have any reaction to the announcement. 

"It's true, we should...do something." Lia suggested, she had seen the deception in the youngest's face and she just couldn't allow that type of thing, not in her watch. She wanted them to feel comfortable with one another, and she had heard that Koreans bonded over food and special events, whatever that meant. She looked over her shoulder and looked at her fellow Chinese member. 

"I heard you are a good cook, could you get home and make sure to have something prepared while I go and get some stuff in the grocery store?" She asked the question in Chinese, since she knew that Daya was not comfortable while speaking Korean. She watched as the eldest member thought about it slowly, her eyes portrayed exhaustion yet she nodded. A loud shriek made them all look behind them and at Min Joo, who was staring at her phone with wide eyes. 

MinJoo's eyes could not believe what she was looking at, he not only "accidentally" touched her every time she went to see Min Woo, he accidentally sent those...kind...of pictures! She couldn't even think of a name for them as she suddenly was very nervous, all of her members were in that room, what if they saw? He had the nerve! How could he send those kind of pictures? How could he even send pictures? That ert! Jo Kwangmin would pay once she set her hands on him, he would so pay for teasing her li- Not tease, that does not count as a tease, she didn't like it! At all! But, could she peek at the sight of his abs again? Just...one...more.

"Yah! Are you a ert?" AeBi called from behind her as she peeked at her phone, she hadn't gotten a clear sight of Kwangmin but she had seen the abs...and the waistband of some boxers, she was certain. 

"Am not! Unnie, how can you call me that?" The second maknae called, who was quick to hide her phone as she watched other members approach with curiosity. Rose was the most curious of them all, she just couldn't help it. She grinned childishly before tackling her unnie gently, fighting with her to get the phone from her. 

"I wanna see!" Another member whined and joined the ruckus, Lia tilted her head as she watched, not thinking once of stopping them and signaling Daya to take lead for a while. Lia was the leader, but Daya was the scary one. Daya nodded and crossed her arms, as she watched the pile of wrestling idols.

Lia went for her bag and exited the room soon after, she pulled her hair up in a ponytail while using her fingers as a hairbrush. She crossed paths with some of the managers and coordinators, she greeted them all before entering the elevator which was empty, she thought. She pressed the button for her floor, which would be the lobby when a throat cleared beside her. She almost shrieked, but then she saw who it was and she just shook her head, hitting his arm and giggling quietly.

I am sorry it is not that good, it took me really long to just make the article and I was just so tired when I had to write the chapter.
