Seung Yoon strummed his guitar that evening while biting the pen to his mouth. He got to finish this song due to the recital few days from now. The practice room was his permanent room after his apartment. He worked until night and went out just to be greeted by the moon and stars. Stuffing his hands to the pocket, he walked outside the building with his guitar on his back.

The wind blew colder that night as Seung Yoon pulled the scarf higher to cover his face. He saw someone walking not far from him and guessed that he must end whatever business he had there. The familiar hair color left him off-guard as the man dropped the papers onto the ground and clumsily picked it up. When Seung Yoon approached the man, it happened to be Taehyun.

He silently kneeled down and picked one paper as the latter froze. Seung Yoon gave the paper while recognizing that it were partitures and lyrics. Due to the rapid heartbeat, they stayed in silence, staring at each other awkwardly.

"Uh, work until night?" Seung Yoon broke the silence.

"Yeah," Taehyun answered shortly as his stomach growled loudly due to the hunger and Seung Yoon cracked up.

"Stop laughing!" Taehyun protested but the faint blush on his cheeks showed the embarrassment.

"Let's go eat. How about a warm ramyun in this cold weather?" Seung Yoon suggested.

"That is a good idea," Taehyun brushed his palms together because the coldness crept up to each of his finger.

Seung Yoon extended his hand as Taehyun stared at it in confusion. He looked at Seung Yoon who was in cold too. Actually Taehyun was afraid if this mean something but he was kinda like it.

"Is this means something?" Taehyun blurted out as Seung Yoon widened his eyes and took his hand back.

Seung Yoon realized that Taehyun was straight so he couldn't help but feel so disappointed. Though he hide it well by stuffing his hands in the pocket, still he straighten his lips and averted the gaze.

Taehyun felt guilty to see Seung Yoon's expression. He looked sad, he thought as he braced himself to this decision. With a slight move, he took Seung Yoon's hand from the pocket and interlaced their hand. Seung Yoon's eyes widened and a faint blush visible on his cheeks.

"I feel cold. Let's go then," Taehyun finally said as they began to walk.

The shops and restaurants greeted them not far from the university. They caught the smell of food everywhere as Seung Yoon remembered that Taehyun was hungrier than him.

"Let's go!" Seung Yoon beamed as a ramyun restaurant visible in front of him.

"Uh you want to go to this?" Taehyun pointed at a big poster outside the restaurant about the challenge to eat the biggest portion of ramyun in order to get 10 free meals in the restaurant.

"Yup!" The latter replied while grinning like a child.

"What?! That's insane!" Taehyun shocked to see the excitement.

"I will do it!" Seung Yoon dragged Taehyun inside and they quickly found an empty table.

Taehyun let go of Seung Yoon's hand as they sat across each other. He ordered the normal ramyun but everyone's attention then diverted to Seung Yoon.

"I will take the challenge!" Seung Yoon put his fist up as everyone gasped and Taehyun face palmed himself.

The customer cheered when the waiter dropped a big bowl of ramyun as Taehyun gulped to see the portion. His appetite almost lost when Seung Yoon began to eat it in constant speed. The latter wondered who was the hungriest between him and Seung Yoon. But later he found that Seung Yoon was a spontaneous hard worker who took challenges excitedly.

"Go go!" People chanted as Taehyun still amazed by Seung Yoon's stomach and he wanted to shout too.

"Fighting!!" Taehyun shouted in sudden as everyone turned to see him and Seung Yoon stopped eating for seconds, mouth hung open as the noodles showed a bit.

"I will!" Seung Yoon put his thumb up as Taehyun blushed.

"10 seconds to go! Wow he finished all the noodles and gulped the rest of the food now!" One of the waiters got excited and commented like they're watching a competition.

"He finished it 3 seconds before the time ends!!"

All the customer applause as some of them even recorded the scene. Taehyun shocked by the sudden attention but seeing Seung Yoon waved his fist to celebrate, he couldn't help but laugh in happiness.

"Here's the price! Hey please capture this!" The waiter said as he gave the coupon to Seung Yoon who received it with eagerly.

Taehyun decided to take out his phone and captured the moment fast. The crowd lessened as their back to their food but the waiter promised to put the photo onto the wall. Taehyun was back to his food and slurped the noodle as Seung Yoon rested because he was tired for eating that much.

"Are you okay?" Taehyun concerned as Seung Yoon grinned.

"I finally could finish that challenge. I skipped meal a day today," Seung Yoon laughed.

"That was reckless," Taehyun commented but laughed at the end.

They were finally talked and Seung Yoon found much about Taehyun, so did Taehyun. After Taehyun finished eating, they decided to go back together. They didn't talk much but engulfed in comfortable silence.

"Uhh, about the recital? Would you come?" Seung Yoon suddenly asked.

"I will."

"Then I'll come to yours too."

"No need to."

"But still, who's the performer for your song? You are the composer right?"

"I can perform it anyway," Taehyun stated.

"Okay then," Seung Yoon replied as Taehyun thought that maybe Seung Yoon's voice could complete everything but he was too coward to ask.

"How about you?" Taehyun tried to ease the thick atmosphere around them.

"I'm so excited to perform!" Seung Yoon beamed.

"Then I'll come to see," Taehyun murmured but enough for Yoon to hear.

"Will you?"

"I promise."

"Oh we are here," Seung Yoon said as they arrived at the apartment's lobby.

They entered the elevator and Seung Yoon departed first. He waved a bit, leaving Taehyun who smiled a little.

"So how's the date?" Minho's voice echoed as Taehyun closed the apartment door.

"That was not a date!" Taehyun shouted.

"Oh wasn't it?" Minho grinned as the latter blushed and threw his scarf to him.

"So how's the dinner?" Seung Hoon beamed as he carried a bucket of laundry when Seung Yoon closed the door.

"What dinner?" Seung Yoon yawned and put the guitar before hopped onto the couch.

"Oh well, I won this!" Seung Yoon showed the coupon as Seung Hoon's eyes widened in shock.

"For real?! Woaaah! Congrats! Buy me one?" Seung Hoon's eyes pleaded like a puppy.

"A treat after the weekday job!" Seung Yoon replied right away as Seung Hoon jumped in happiness and called Minho right away.

"What?! Tae?! He finished that challenge?!" Minho hollered to Taehyun who nodded when Seung Hoon informed him.

"Wow! Free ramyun!" Minho beamed as Taehyun scoffed.

Taehyun didn't like it when Seung Yoon decided to treat everyone. But he preferred to keep it down and went with the flow. Besides, Seung Hoon wasn't a bad friend and he was Minho's best friend.

"This feeling is getting worse," He murmured as he lied onto the couch.

"Uuh, I spilled a box of milk on the other side. Just to inform you," Minho said as Taehyun jolted up.

"Yaaaah! I hate sweet things stuck on my body! Gaah!" Taehyun ran to take another bath as Minho laughed out loud.
