“Jin Ae, eat your phab. It’s getting cold now”  Seyoung sip a drink while watching her friend who already lost in her imagination

“I don’t have any appetite.”

“I’ve promised you yesterday that i’ll buy you a lunch. This is your favourite food. Eat it” Seyoung don’t know what happen to her best friend but from since the morning she is drowning in her own mind.

 “Seyoung aah, i’m sorry but can i just go first? I’m not feeling very well” Jin Ae stands up and slowly walk away from the cafe’

She is actually thinking of Taehyung. He looks very hurt this morning after knowing that his girlfriend sleeps over the guy’s place without his consent.

“Pabo Jin Ae. Why didn’t you call him first? If you could ever text him, things wouldn’t be like this” Jin Ae hits her own head

Taehyung have treated her callously since that day onward. He would go first to school and leave her alone to ride the bus. Not just that, she could barely see him after school and at weekends. He never replies her texts and call so Jin Ae now was really in confusing. She tried to speak with him or pretends to hit him whenever she had a chance to do that but Taehyung won’t even bulge. He just glimpses her with his cold eyes and that hurts Jin Ae more

One day, Jin Ae texted Taehyung. She misses him so much.

‘Taetae aah, today let’s go back together, huh? I don’t have any night class or study session today.’

An hour later she got a reply.

‘Mianhei but i’ve got something to do. I can’t back early today.’

‘Gwenchana, i can wait. Let’s meet under the tree, huh?’ Though her heart aches, but she still takes it in positive side. Maybe Taehyung really have something important to do. It’s okay, she can wait for him. Jin Ae is sure that Taehyung will come. She even skips her evening class session for that

In the meantime, in Taehyung class;

“Taetae aah, could you please send me back today? My driver can’t take me home today since he is sick. I have come late today because of him.” Hyewon makes a sad face. Actually she purposely told her driver to not drive her to school today. She wants to spend her time with her ‘boyfriend’ today

“Jinjja? How pity. Okay, let’s go back together. I will send you back today.” Taehyung gives off his killer smile that melts Hyewon right that second.

Suddenly Taehyung feels a vibe from his pocket and when he checks, Jin Ae sends him a text. It’s been quite some time since they spend time together since he avoids her. Whenever he remembers how she ignores him, Taehyung felt really unfair and he got on the nerves, though actually he was really hurt. He just thinks that all this time he is the only one who gives his all in their relationship.

Jin Ae was packing her book and put it all in her school bag. Today she was really in her good mood. To think about what will happen after this, that she would win over Taehyung’s heart back and then they will spend their time today with sweet date.  Suddenly she heard a loud thunder from the windows. It looks like rain will pour heavily today.

“Aigoo, what are you doing right now? We need to stay for evening class session.” Seyoung approach her.

“I need to go home now. I have an appointment. You can cover for me, right?” Jin Ae look at Seyoung’s eyes with full of hope

“Kyaah, wae guh rae? You are not usually like this. The sky are dark outside, seems like it will rain heavily. Do you bring your umbrella?” Seyoung was worried about her friend. She could see the excited look in her eyes.

‘What is wrong with Jin Ae?’

“Nope. But i think i managed to back before it’s raining. Don’t worry so much. I’ll be okay. I’m going now. Bye!” Jin Ae hurrying going out of the classroom leaving Seyoung with a blank look all over her face

Jin Ae waited patiently for Taehyung to pick up her. He said that he will be late but its okay because she can kill time for him. She can’t enter the school again because the school gate is already close for students. The principle made a new rule which only 12th grade of students that allowed to be in school after school hours. Since she escapes from the evening study session, she can’t go back anymore.

The skies are getting darker. From far Jin Ae could see the thunder stormed on the east way. She is scared but she tried hard to ignore her fright. She keeps looking at her watch countless time. When she tried to unlock her phone, she realizes that the battery was dead. Suddenly her eyes catch on something. She saw Taehyung, her lips drawn a smile but after 10 seconds it fades away.
