Jin Ae sighed after she looked at her account receipt. Her saving money is just going to cover her expenses in no more than 2 weeks more. She tried her best to cut down her living costs as much as she could for last three months. She tried to not get sick and eat in time to not let her gastric come again. Every day she would bring her home made lunch box to school. She is normal human. Of course, she would drool whenever she passed the eateries but when thinking of her money that lessens each day, she just kept her desire. Instead, she would go back home and sleep.

Jin Ae tried to search any places that would hire her as part time worker but with her introvert personalities, it is too hard to even get close to the shop’s door to ask for it. She was never talked to people unless when she really need to.

“Aah! It’s too hard!” Jin Ae sighed again. She put her head under her arms. She really doesn’t know what to do anymore. Sometimes she felt like crying but she knows that tears won’t solve anything so she need to be strong. She tried hard to speak more but her words just wouldn’t out from her lips. She has no confidence to talk to stranger at all.

“Good morning!!” Jin Ae heard a loud, bright voice approaching her but she doesn’t give any reaction to it

“Jin Ae aah, let’s go eat together after class ended. There is new restaurant opened at Hongdae. I heard it was really good. Let’s go eat together, huh?” Chanyeol come near her with a bright smile like usual. He slaps softly on her shoulder.

“Thanks but no thanks” Jin Ae doesn’t even need to lift up her head to know who that owner of voice is. It must be Chanyeol. Since last three months, he is the only one who always messing her life. He wouldn’t let her alone even just for a minute and always clinging around her. It’s not like she doesn’t like it but it’s get really annoying when at the class, he would always raise his hand when lecturers are asking questions but instead of answering it himself, he would say that she is the one who has the answer. At last, she need to stand up and sometimes explained it to the class with her super low voice. In every group assignments, he would pull her into his group and basically, she just has no time to be alone at all.

“Ooo.. let’s go together. What kind of friend who doesn’t have time for a meal together? Let’s go, huh?” Chanyeol is whining beside Jin Ae’s body. Anyone who watches them might think that they are actually real couple and Chanyeol is trying to win over her.

“Kyaah, why are you being like this?” Jin Ae really doesn’t comfortable being treated like that. Her life has been in chaos since she ever knows him. She kept looking around to make sure no one would see this side of Chanyeol and scooted over

“I won’t get up as long as you would give me a positive answer. Kyaah, i’m not asking you to go out to have a date with me. I’m just wanted to lunch with my friend. Is it so hard? Jin ae aah.. Jin Ae..” Chanyeol is pouting and he showed much kind of charms to just get her ‘yes’ answer

“You got so many friends to ask. Why are you bothers me so much??” Jin Ae frown her brows

“I’ve been going out with everyone but you!” Chanyeol told a white lie to her with an innocent look. She is the first one who he asked for. Simple, it’s because he likes her and he wanted to help her

Without her knowing, Chanyeol has been watching her for quite some time. He knows that Jin Ae has money problem but she doesn’t show it. He could see that Jin Ae ate only triangle kimbab for her lunch, almost every day. Sometimes, she would bring a meal box that he is sure she’s cooked at home but nothing much to eat except from plain seaweed soup, egg rolls and rice. Chanyeol is also knows that she has been looking for a part time job every day after their class ended but she hasn’t got one because of her introvert character. He followed her one day and he founded the truth. So today, he would like to help her by getting a job at his sister’s cafe

“You’re really lonely, huh?”

“Yes, i am. I have no one to play with and i hate to eat alone. So would you please going out and have a dinner with me? Lunch is too mainstreams for a sweet date”

“Huh?” Jin Ae’s brow again furrowed. She thought that she heard something weird

“I mean, lunch is quite impossible because i have a work and we need to have discussion for our assignments, here in faculty so why don’t we just hold it-up to dinner? I will treat you since i had my pay yesterday” Chanyeol gives off his smile to hide his mistakes. He bites his lips.

“Okay” Jin Ae gave her okay after long moments. It’s not because the word of he would treat her but she is afraid that other student might come into the class and watching their morning drama

“But, no more calling my name during class” Jin Ae gave her warn and Chanyeol accepted it. What she didn’t know about is he is actually crossing her fingers at his back

So like promised, both of them are taking bus to Hongdae. As coincidence, Hongdae is one way to her house so it’s easier for her to walk home right after their dinner. Because of Jin Ae’s stubbornness, they agreed to just have meal at the stall on the roadside. In that way, Jin Ae wouldn’t feel burdened with Chanyeol’s treats. After they are having samgyupsal and street food at the night market, Chanyeol asked Jin Ae for a cup of coffee as their last menu on that day. Feeling like she had troubled him so much, Jin Ae was refusing it but after been urged by him, she just follows his steps to a coffee house that he familiar with.   

Jin Ae stands in front of the coffee house. Her legs are heavy to take more steps. From the outside, this coffee shop is not like common one. The interior of this shop told her that this is a classy coffee shop and not anyone could buy a cup of coffee from here.

“What are you waiting for, come in!” Chanyeol realized that he talked alone after he got into the coffee house. When he goes out, he saw that Jin Ae is looking at the front door blankly

“Chanyeol aah, let’s eat somewhere else huh?” Jin Ae tries to suggest a new place but Chanyeol is already took her hand and pulled her into the coffee house

“Let’s find somewhere nice to sit. Yeah, that place was my favourite spot. Come!” Chanyeol is gladly walking by pulling Jin Ae’s hand and she just follows him from the back while trying to resist

“Chanyeol, this place must be expensive. Omg, look at the menu! I could make three cups of coffee with that price” Jin Ae’s eyes are rounded by looking at the price stated on the menu at the cashier bar. She has already calculated it in her head for price amount that they might need to pay

  “Kyaah, stop looking around! What coffee did you like? I’ll go get it for you” Chanyeol cupped on Jin Ae’s face and made her facing him. He smiled by looking at a pretty creature in front of him right now. Jin Ae has big eyes although she only has single eyelid. That made her so special since it’s so rare of normal Korean to get beautiful eyes like that. Her puffy, flawless cheek makes Chanyeol feels to squeeze on it. He failed to do that because in a split second after being touched, Jin Ae is quickly avoid her face away while giving him a death stare

“Mianhei. I’m just wanted to make you stop moving your head around. I’m the one who get dizzy with you. Now palli get your order done Ms Nagging Choi”

“Hm, is that really okay with you? You could save up your pay..” Before she manages to finish her words, Chanyeol rolled his eyes and pinched her lips

“I will make you pay for my super expensive coffee if you dare to nag more. Now, just put your order and stop complaining” This is the first time where Chanyeol would hear so much words come out from Jin Ae’s mouth. So this is the lesson that he learned today to make her talk more, buy anything without consent of money and he will hear her nag all day long

Jin Ae finally shut . Today she is so reckless for being too easy on the guy in front of her. He has touched her so many times as much as he likes. Of course she didn’t like it but Chanyeol is always a Chanyeol. He will never pay any attention to her death glare or annoyed feeling. He would keep doing that after some moments he was warned.

“Gwenchana, i worked here as a part timer and as a worker i’ve given a privilege to get discount whenever i buy coffee from here. Now for the last time i asked you, what flavour did you like?” Chanyeol put his chin down on Jin Ae’s and with a warmth look, he asked her

“I would like caramel latte please” Jin Ae is finally spoken out with a soft voice.

“That’s my girl” Again, Chanyeol pokes Jin Ae’s cheek and he stands up to get their orders

“So that was a girl that you’re talked about?” A lady approached Chanyeol who is focusing in making their coffees and hit him quite hard on his back

“Ommayaa! Kyaah noona! You scared me” Chanyeol turned his back but then when he realize that she was his own noona, he gained his focused again

“Eo. That was her”

“No wonder why my dongsaeng is crazy about her. She is really a beautiful lady” Park Chanmi winked at her little brother and pushed his body

“Noona, these coffees are going to pour down and please, lower your voice. What if she heard you?” Chanyeol tried to make a mad look but that was just made his sister laugh out loud because she already knows that he wasn’t the person that gets angry easily. He is too nice to be like that
