For one thing, there is a line between lenient and strict - I'll need somebody that can be in the middle.

The prospective candidate should be:

1. Motivational -> be able to find the good alongside the bad and aid the growth of budding writers
2. Meticulous -> be able to pay close attention to details
3. Innovative -> be able to find a better + creative way to solve the problem at hand
4. Punctual -> be able to meet deadlines

Successful candidates = Trial Reviewers

The successful candidate will undergo a probationary period~ Please do read the guideline and critique guide on our foreword to grasp what needs to be covered when reviewing. The due date at latest is every 'Monday' for your assigned review, so try to get it out by Sunday to let me verify the review at hand.

The probationary period will last for 3 weeks and by the 4th week, you will undergo a second interview to confirm your permanent position (be it a part-time or full-time position dependent on your OWN availability).

Change in our shop's progression

I will start giving authors the choice of which "reviewer" they would like to review their stories from now on. If the author does not specify or puts doesn't matter, then I will assign a story to any reviewer we have available. This will definitely get reviews out faster! Plus if the current submission is a chaptered series as opposed to the next one which happens to be a one-shot, the process will go faster :)

PS: I will put up a 'feedback' survey that authors can fill out after they've received their review. This will also help us keep track of our trial reviewers and their progress.
