***Cha-gi’s POV***

“SANDEUL, SANDEUL!! WAKE UP” I kept shaking Sandeul to know if he was conscious. He was lying on the ground when I saw him. I felt a sudden need to run to him so I did. Something might have happened to him... suddenly he opened his eyes. “Sandeul you know you can’t sleep while wearing your contact lenses. Come on, open up your eyes.. are you okay? What happened?”

“Cha-gi..” he gave me his cutest smile, but through his smile I knew there’s something wrong “you look pretty when you’re worried” he said, then he started to laugh

“YAH!” I pushed him away  “What is wrong with you? is this some kind of a joke for you?” I stood up and started walking away from him again

“Cha-gi~~” he said “I just wanted to get your attention. I’m sorry”

I stopped when I heard his ‘sorry’, I was standing meters away from him now. “Okay, what do you want?”

“Are you okay?” he said with worried a worried look

“I am, I’m fine.. look~ I'm perfectly fine.” I turned 360 around, then he started walking to me

“I want to hear the truth Cha-gi..” he’s now standing in front of me “you know, normal women would definitely cry if that happened to them..”

“What do you mean? You saw what happened to me?”

“yes I tried to go to you but I guess I was too late.. You left the place with tae-min, and when I went looking for you, you were gone.”

“I thought he was y~~ let’s not talk about it. Laugh at me all you want I don’t care.” I said trying to change the topic again,

When I was about to turn my back on him he held my hand and pulled me into a hug “I won’t laugh at you, Cha-gi, cry if you want..” he began patting my back

“Sandeul..” then tears started streaming down my eyes.. this was the first time I cried since I was a child, I always tried to be strong and removed the woman inside me. I wanted to be like my brother, and crying was a sign of weakness. “I couldn’t have gone to that party, this wouldn’t have happened to me”

“There’s always a first time to everything, you were the one who told me that ”He held me tighter “I’m here.. you can cry as long as you want.. no one can laugh at you or hurt you now.”

***Sandeul’s POV***

I felt a stabbing pain on my temple, my migraine’s attacking again. I should hide it from her, Cha-gi needs me right now. Seeing her like this somehow makes me want to go back to that party and find out who did that horrible thing to her. I have never seen her as weak as this before.

“Cha-gi.. are you okay now? You’ve drank too much. Your brother might be looking for you” I said, the bar was owned by a friend of hers, we stayed even though serving hours was already over “Cha-gi.. come on” I shook her to wake her up.

“sandeul..” I heard her whisper “I’m not yet drunk. I can still see you clearly. See..” she pinched my nose.

“I know, but that’s enough.. if you want I can come here with you tomorrow.”

“No, let’s just stay here for a while? Please?” she said , then slammed her head on the table “ouch!”

I lifted her head from the table and massaged the part of her head that hurts “Does it hurt?”

She pouted her lower lip and nodded her head “ Hmm, hmm..”

“Cha-gi~”

“Ne~ Lee Jung Hwan?” she said, I really like it when she says my whole name

“What do you like for a guy?” I asked, then she sat up straight  and looked into my eyes

“Uhm.. someone that is a total opposite of you” she said then looked away, I can’t believe it. She still can talk that harsh even if she’s drunk.

“Seriously?”

“I want someone like my brother...” she continued “I never had a boyfriend because of my high standards; I told my suitors that they can only court me if they can defeat my brother”

“Defeat your brother! That’s impossible!” I said laughing

“See, even you finds it impossible without even trying” she said as she drank her last rice wine

“Let’s date.” Finally I was able to find the courage to ask her. “I want to date you..”

“MWO!?” she’s now back to her normal state of mind “No.” she stood up and started walking away again. I followed her to the streets..

“Cha-gi” I called to her

“Stop following me!” she replied “your just blinded by how I look tonight!”

“I am not!” I shouted, “ARGH, not again”, my head started to ache like hell. “Cha-gi.. I like you”

She turned to look at me again “Sandeul, you don’t really like me.. you just like the chase.. you like me ‘cause I’m different from the other girls around you.. you just find me amusing ‘cause I somehow add spice to your boring life.”

I ran to her “Can you stop running away from me?” I saw her eyes filling up with tears again, is it possible that she likes me too? “Cha-gi.. I’m gonna prove it to you no matter what it takes..I really like you..”
