Jaw twitching, lips rippling with a bare hint of a smile, he murmured, "Mm, Minji?" A soft grunt of acknowledgement propelled him to voice his concerns. "You can't possibly hold out all night. And the van might be here - waiting for one Gong to hurry on down."
Restraining the urge to roll her eyes, she settled for a displeased groan. "Just shut up and let me hold you. I was waiting all night for this." Strident grumbles were steadily muffled with each inch of her nose burrowing into his shoulder. Waging a sort of obstinate war, she further emphasized her claim with a tightening of her arms about his neck, her body promptly pressed into his lean stature.
Switching tactics, he opted for reasoning with her rationale side. "You're going to catch a cold."

"Jongin."
While she reeked of desperation, he could not fault her for it - they had not met up in a few weeks and it had probably taken its toll on her.
Tepid spills of laughter flowed freely from his cheeky mouth, but he complied, reeled her in close and wrapped her in his coat, his head neatly tucked beside her.
She sneezed.
"Aish, Chaerin's going to kill me."
