Beautiful You

While his lungs may have been healthy, robust, and perfectly capabling of intaking oxygen, they couldn't exactly function in this moment. Creased cuff-links nipped the tip of his nose and he struggled to breathe, because she was standing right in front of him, her small head tilted curiously towards his impish looks. 

And she was just absolutely lovely, her nose crinkled as she tried to place a name to his features.  

Rueful of misplacing the label to his unqiuely crafted facial structure, she grumbled her inability to recall the line of characters that defined him, her sweet palm gently placed in his coarse grasp, her head bent in greeting. 

Sensing him gradually relinquish his grip on her, a perplexed Sandara witnessed the giant before her choke and cradle his face stained of tears. 

Awkwardly gesticulating to solve the mystery of his silent cries, she was still tuned from his thoughts in his attempts to portray a dignified image - not that it mattered much anymore. 

Shuddering, he wondered how he could possibly convey to her that he had been waiting for the one day she would finally acknowledge his presence and direct her attention to solely him. 

How could he tell her such things?
