Hello guys :) So I finally finished this chapter and yeah...Guys I just need to warn you that I couldn't stop crying while I wrote this chapter so please be aware that this might be a little sad

Suho POV

It was getting late, and Suho was worried because Kai hadn’t showed up yet.

“Did you call him?” he asked Luhan who nodded in reply

“He didn’t answer”

“Aish where is this kid now” Suho bit his lower lip

“You want us to go look for him?” Lay asked

“No…it’s okay just go to sleep all of you because tomorrow you have school”

“You sure?” Chen pressed

“Mhm just go to sleep” Suho repeated again as he saw Xiumin struggling to stay awake

After Suho had made sure that the boys had gone to bed, he took his cell out and called Kris. However Kris didn’t answer either and Suho was reaching his limit.

-Should I call the police? - He wondered as he tried to reach Kris on the phone again

With no luck the phone kept sending him to Kris’s voicemail.

“Mom he’s still not back?” Tao asked coming downstairs

“Why aren’t you sleeping?” Suho asked

“I can’t sleep” Tao responded “He hasn’t come back yet right?”

“No…but now that you’re here would you mind staying awake a little longer while I go look for your dad?”

Tao agreed to stay awake in case Kai got home, and Suho left wondering if Kris might help him find their son.

Kris POV

“You haven’t eaten anything from the plate yet…” Kris noticed Kai hadn’t touched his food since they both arrived at the restaurant in front of the company

“I’m not hungry” Was all Kai said before turning to look at Kris

“Is something wrong?”

“I thought you would be the one to tell me” Kai replied coldly

“What do you me…”

“And please don’t act like you don’t know what I’m talking about” Kai hissed

“Kai look at me…Whatever you think is going on here. You got it all wrong” Kris tried to read Kai’s expression, it was a mix of anger and disappointment

“Are you seriously going to try and deny everything right in my face” he asked his voice sounding angrier by the second

“I’m not trying to deny anything, but you need to listen to me”

“I don’t care what reason you had for cheating on mom, and I could give a less about Narae and you, but know that I will personally tell mom as soon as I get home”

Kris felt the muscles in his body tense up.

“You can’t tell him”

“Watch me” Kai replied getting up

Kris reached out and made Kai sit back down. Kai glared at him, and looked like he was ready to punch him.

“You can’t tell him because he will end up breaking.” Kris said as calmly as he could

“Mom isn’t as weak as you think”

“Do you really know that? How do you know that he won’t collapse as soon as you tell him?” Kris pressed trying to convince Kai

“He won’t…”

“And what if he does? What then? Will you watch him break down because you just had to tell him the truth?”

“How can you be such a horrible person? Do you ever even love Mom….or was this all a game to you?” Kai asked he looked hurt

“I…I’ve always loved Suho.”

“Then why?!” Kai suddenly yelled, and people turned around curiously

“Kai…I don’t know what to tell you, but just know that if you tell Suho about this…”

“What? You’ll make my life a living hell like Narae?”

“No. If you tell him, he will break”

“If there weren’t so many people here, I swear I would kill you right now” Kai snapped before getting up and walking angrily out of the restaurant. Kris left money on the table before running out to catch up to Kai.

“Kai wait” Kris begged as he tried to keep up.

“ you” Kai hissed turning around and giving Kris another glare

“Just listen to me…” Kris began, but suddenly turned up and noticed someone staring at them wide eyed. Kai turned around wondering why Kris had suddenly stopped talking.

“Mom?” Kai breathed shocked, wondering how much of the conversation he had heard.

Suho POV

“He isn’t here then?” Suho asked the first security guard he saw at Kris’s company.

“He left with his son a little bit ago. I believe they were headed to the restaurant across the street” The guard informed Suho.

-Ah Kai- Suho sighed in relief –But why hadn’t either of them said anything? And I’m here worried to death….I swear when I see them!...-

Suho began walking out of the building when he noticed two familiar figures outside.

“Ah Kris, Ka…” he began, but suddenly stopped midway as he heard that they were both arguing about something.

Suho heard Kai curse at Kris, and he stood there shocked not knowing what was happening.

“Just listen to me…” he heard Kris say before he noticed him staring curiously at the whole scene

Kai turned around and his eyes widened in horror. “Mom…” he breathed in disbelief

“What…what’s going on?” Suho asked concerned

Both of them went completely silent, and Suho waited for either or to say something.

“Why are you here Suho?” Kris suddenly asked

Suho looked at Kris confused

“I’ve been looking for Kai since a little while back. I called you several times but you didn’t answer me.”

Suho noticed that Kai was looking intently at the floor, and avoided eye contact at all costs.

“Why were you two arguing? Did something happen?”

Kris stared at Kai for a moment, and Suho could tell that they were hiding something

“It’s nothing” Kai said as he looked up to meet Suho’s curious gaze

“Don’t lie”

“I’m not lying”

“Yes you are. I can tell when you are because you lower your gaze” Suho narrowed his eyes at Kai

“We were arguing because…” Kai finally began to spit the truth out

“Go on” Suho said

“I’m angry because he doesn’t have time for us anymore” Kai said biting his lower lip

“Aww Kai” Suho whispered, and he walked up to embrace Kai

“Can we go home?”

“Yes sure baby” Suho said patting Kai’s head

Kris stood there quietly and Suho told him to call later on

Finally Suho decided to take Kai home. The boy was oddly quiet the whole way there, and Suho wondered if that was the only reason that they had argued, but then decided best to push it to the back of his mind.

Approximately 2 weeks passed by, and Suho began to notice how Kai stopped talking absolutely. He wouldn’t even talk to Luhan, who had tried several times. If the blonde boy ever asked him anything he would simply nod and then go back to whatever he was doing. He also realized that Kris suddenly began coming home more often, but he wondered if it might be because of the kids.

One day, Suho finally realized that something was not right after Kris had gotten home and Kai threw him an angry glare.

“Okay what happened between you two?” Suho asked Kris once they were alone

“Nothing” Kris replied as he got ready to take a shower

“Kris don’t lie to me…”

“I’m not lying”

“You know I trust you right?”

“Yes I know you do” Kris said before moving in to give Suho a light kiss on the lips, something he hadn’t done in a long time.

Days continued to go by, and there was still no talk whatsoever from Kai. Suho had tried everything he could to make his son speak, but everything seemed in vain.

“We’re going to the movies” Luhan informed Suho one day while he was busy cleaning the kitchen

“Okay” Suho replied smiling at Luhan

“Well we actually wanted you to come with us mom” Xiumin stood next to Luhan

“I can’t…I have some things to do” Suho replied “But have fun boys…You’re all going right?”

Baekhyun and Chen starred at each other uncomfortably and then D.O. spoke

“Kai didn’t want to go” he said as he fidgeted with his jacket

Suho looked up surprised

“He didn’t want to go?”

“Nope” Sehun added with a small frown “I have no idea what the heck got into him, but it’s driving me nuts. I want my Kai back” he whined

“I agree, I want him back too” Luhan nodded

“Where is he?” Suho asked looking at Chanyeol

“He’s taking a shower”

“Okay then, you guys have fun. I’ll stay here with Kai” Suho said smiling

The boys felt a little bit uneasy about leaving Kai and Suho alone, but in the end Suho convinced them that everything would be alright.

After a little while Kris came home, and they both talked about what they had been doing during the week.

“My father came to the office” Kris said as he drank some coffee from his cup

“What did he say?” Suho asked curiously

“Same as always, he wants to keep expanding to China and Japan”

“Well mine called today” Suho said remembering the awkward conversation he had with his father

“He still hates me?” Kris asked

“Not really, he actually asked how you were doing and then asked how the boys were doing”

“Oh well that’s a relief”

“Mhm….hey what time is it?”

Kris looked at his watch “7:36 pm Why?” he looked up

Suho stood up and squinted his eyes

“What are you doing?” Kris wondered

“The shower’s still on” Suho said surprised

“There’s someone else in the house? Didn’t the boys go to the movies?”

“Kai stayed home, he didn’t want to go. You know since you two had that argument he kind of got distant all of a sudden. He doesn’t talk at all and he’s been skipping dinner” Suho looked at Kris who seemed to tense up in his chair

“What did you guys really talk about?”

“I think it’s better if you go check on him” Kris said as he drank more coffee

Suho got up and walked upstairs to the bathroom which was located in the very back of the house.

He knocked a few times, and waited for Kai to answer

“Kai? Are you okay in there?” he asked, but all he could hear was the water slowly hitting the bathtub. “Kai you’ve been there a bit too long” he knocked on the door again.

-Aish this kid. Why doesn’t he answer me?-

“I’m coming in Kai, be warned” Suho said as he slowly opened the door.

At first he couldn’t see much because of the water steam, but once he looked down at the marble floor, he noticed there were little splashes of red everywhere.

“What the…” he whispered under his breath

The small splashes suddenly became a giant puddle as Suho opened the door farther, and at the very end he saw something that almost made him scream in horror.

In the very corner of the marble bathroom, he saw Kai laying there unconscious, surrounded in a puddle of blood, and when he looked closely he noticed that all that blood was coming from Kai’s own wrists.

“KRIS!” Suho screamed barely managing to get the name out as his throat felt like it was closing

He was paralyzed in the doorway until he heard Kris running up the stairs.

“What happened?!” his eyes where wide, and his breathing was coming out in big puffs

“Kai…my baby…Kai” Suho managed to choke out before everything went completely black and he hit the floor.  

Okay I'm so sorry for always leaving you guys hanging at the very end, but I'll probably start working on the next chapter like right after I upload this cause I myself stayed like wtf what's gonna happen next xD I'm fangirling over my own fanfic e_e is that even possible?! Okay so let me know what you guys thought and yep :)
