Kwon's Telecommunication Company

"Mr Kwon, your daughter is here" the coice from the intercom said 

"let her come in" Mr Kwon said in a calm voice.

Yuri came in the office and set herself on the couch comfortably

"I'm glad that you came, honey" Mr Kwon said happily

"did you watch me on the TV?"

"aish, dad, is that the reason why you ask for me?" Yuri whines

"of course not!" Mr Kwon said 

"so, can you please tell me now the reason why I'm here?" Yuri is now getting impatient.

Mr Kwon fix his tie and coat before settling himself in the vacant seat near to his daughter.

"Yuri, I know that this sounds crazy, but I don't have any choice" Yuri is now really pissed off

"dad, please, why don't you just tell me what you want"

"okay, Yuri,Mr. Hwang has a daughter" Yuri raise her left brow

Mr. Kwon notices his daughter's coldness "Yuri I was thinking that since you don't like man" Mr Kwon pause for a moment only to take a deep breath

"Yuri, I want you to marry her"

"What?!" Yuri immediately get up from the couch and give her father a deadly glare.

"I know that you don't like the idea, but this is the only way and the best way to emerge the two companies"

"hey, you can't be serious, dad, I thought that you already announce it to the whole world that you are not going to emerge our company with them, so what's wrong now?" Yuri raise her hands to her waist

"I was wrong, Yuri, I thought that breaking the contract with them could give our company a benifits, but it turns out the wrong way." Yuri sighs 

"How bad is it?" Mr Kwon took a deep breath

" The investors will withdraw their investments and transfer it to the Hwangs"

"what?!" Yuri hit her head in frustration

"and you think that through the marriage this problem will solve?"

"Yes, Yuri it will"

" How can you solve it? They might have heard the news by now that our investors will invest to them instead on us?"

Mr. Kwon get up from the chair and walk closer to Yuri 

" don't worry, I already have a plan for that!" Mr Kwon clasp both his hands and smirks

"and your plan is to ask me to marry her daughter?" Yuri rolled her eyes and turn her back from her father

"You want me to go after her daughter and do everything for her until she fall for me?"

"of course not! We have a reputation to protect when it comes to women" Yuri look at her father in so much dismay

"Yuri, listen they will be the one who is going to ask for us. The Children's Foundation that her daughter establish for 3 years will be closed this month"

"so how does it connects to us?"

"the foundation's existence is because of our company" Mr Kwon sllightly smiled to his daughter

"really, how does it happend?"

"our company is the major sponsor of the foundation, Yuri, if we withdraw our sponsorship it will be the end of the foundation"

"but not anymore, dad, for our investors are going to invest to them because of your careless decision"

"you are wrong, Yuri! Those investors are selfish. They are not interested in supporting those kind of charity. If they will found out that some of their money will be going to the foundation they will surely withdraw the contract"

"then how did our company become the major sponsor of the foundation?"

"because I invest my own money on that foundation"

"you are impossible, dad" 

"that's the meaning of being a Kwon, Yuri and you must learn from me" Mr Kwon said proudly.

"I am in love to someone, dad, and you know that."

"I know, but we have a company to take care off. Besides Jessica cheated on you when she was in states. She doesn't deserve you"

Yuri didn't react on her father's statement. Yes, Jessica cheated on her before. Yuri sends her money almost every week. Yuri thought that the latter is very busy with her studies, but then Yuri discovered everything when she decided to surprised Jessica. She saw her girlfriend making out to a guy named donghae. Yuri wanted to end up their relationship, but she doesn't have the courage to end it for she love the latter more than her life. She begged Jessica to end her relationship with donghae and return to Korea with her with a promise that she will give everything the latter wants.

Yuri thought that going back to Korea will end up Jessica's cheating on her. Three months since Jessica came back from states, the latter received a call from donghae. They continued their relationship behind Yuri's back it stopped when Jessica discovered that she is pregnant and Donghae started to stay away from Jessica. Yuri despites of what her lover did to her, she never fails to comfort her. Yuri even accept Jessica's baby named Seoyon.

"Yuri, Mr Hwang's daughter is a good young lady. You deserve to have a woman like her" Yuri has been cut off from her deep thought

"you will meet her tomorrow in your office. She will come to talk about the foundation. She love the foundation so much. She love kids you know" Mr Kwon continued

"I can't give her that,dad" Mr Kwon chuckles on his daughter's statement

"I can't even give her my heart" Yuri look down and said those words sadly.
