Her Jealousy

Chapter 14

Siwon entered his recording studio. His solo album is set to be released in 3 weeks and he needs to record his last song today. It has a speacial meaning to him considering that he wrote this song.

"Hey, you're ready?" asked the arranger

"Yes, Hyung, do you think I should probably lower this part down?" asked Siwon

"Hmm...why, is it too high for you?" asked the arranger

"I can reach it...But then I think I'm straining my voice." said Siwon

"Hmmm...We can lower it down, but not too much, or else it'll lose the power this part needs." said the arranger.

"Got it." said Siwon

Siwon went to the microphone as the arranger started to play the music.

Siwon started singing.

"You...suddenly happened to me...Out of nowhere you came like the wind...and now you feel like air that I need to live..."

The arranger stopped the sound.

"Hey Siwon, your starting on a high key." said the arranger

"Oh...It's the same key, Hyung." said Siwon

"Hmm..nope, it sounded a bit odd." said the arranger

Odd?

Siwon has a high respect for this arranger. That is why, even if he personally composed this particular song, he still insisted to work with this arranger because of his brilliant past works.

But then...this is weird...Siwon is pretty sure he wasn't off key...he would know...he composed the song right? What is the arranger looking for?

Siwon repeated the song several times and focused on the parts the arranger said needs improvement...but still...even after an hour...the arranger is stillll not satisfied.

"Let's take break, Siwon." said the arranger

"umm...all right." said Siwon

"Oh by the way, were you expecting Donghae?" asked the arranger

"Donghae? No, why?" asked Siwon

"He's been peeking since earleir. He might be waiting for you outside." said the arranger

"Oh...all right. Thanks." Siwon went out of the room and saw Donghae waiting for him.

"Hey, Man. What you doing here?" asked Siwon

"I heard you're recording your solo album today." said Donghae

"Yeah, it's the last song...supposedly my last day to record." said Siwon

"Supposedly?" asked Donghae

"The arranger is not satisfied...he keeps on looking for something that I can't give...It would have been easier if he tells me exactly what it is...but he just keep saying 'There's just something odd'." said Siwon a bit irritated. "We need all the songs finished today, Man. My comeback can't be delayed any further." said Siwon

"Your fans are anticipating it." said Donghae

"Yeah..I've been gone a bit too long with the military service." said Siwon

The arranger went out of the room and saw Siwon and Donghae talking.

"Hey Siwon, follow me after 5 minutes in the waiting room, ok? I think I figured out what was wrong."  said the arranger.

"I'll be there." said Siwon "I need to go now, Man."

"Wait. Have you watched the WGM broadcast last night?" asked Donghae

"Umm...not yet. I wanted to watch it live but I was in a flight." said Siwon

"Hmm...you need to watch it soon, Man." said Donghae

"Why?" asked Siwon. Is there anything that happened that he wasn't aware of? Was there anything shown in the show that will cause problem to him or Hannah?

"I think you need to know what your wife thinks. Last broadcast...well...I think there was a side of Hannah and not everyone knows...which you ought to know being her pretend husband." said Donghae

That is intriguing Siwon...what is it? Why can't Donghae just tell him? Why are all people so vague today?

Siwon entered the waiting room with Donghae. Donghae said he wanted to see how the arranger works. Siwon sat beside the arranger.

"So what did you find out , Hyung?" asked Siwon

"I think it's because I was too mezmerized by another version of the song that's why I keep looking for that version in your singing." said the arranger

"Version...of my song? But that's not possible, Hyung. This is my original composition. So there is no other version out yet." said Siwon

"huh? How can that be? I have already heard a version of this song." said the arranger.

"No way...Ask Donghae...he knows when I was composing the song, Hyung." said Siwon

"He is the composer of the song, Hyung." said Donghae

"Hmm...how can that be...i've seen it here." the arranger took the remote control of the television and played a video.

In the video, the arranger entered a recording studio, inside the studio a girl is wiating for him. Initially, the girl was only shot from behind...but later, she turned to face the arranger.

It's Hannah.

"Hi Oppa. I'm Madame's Hannah. Nice meeting you." said Hannah

What is going on here? Why is Hannah here? Are they recording a Madame's song?

Siwon noticed Hannah clasping her hands tightly together int he video...she's nervous.

"You look nervous." said the arranger

"I am very nervous." said Hannah

"All right...you need to calm down...You want to give the best gift right?" asked the arranger

"Yes...the best I can." said Hannah

There were some scenes when Hannah went off key...some scenes when Hannah looked a bit frustrated on herself...there were scenes where she was able to s ing parts flawlessly...until eventually, the way she sang was just...beautiful!

But what is Hannah doing singing His song?!

And then the screen went black but the sound of his song is playing.  And then from the door of the room entered
