BOOSTING UP HER CONFIDENCE

Chapter 13

Siwon is really tired, he hasn't gotten enough sleep. He sanked on the sofa and closed his eyes. And as his mind drifted to sleep, he suddenly opened his eyes.

"Hyung." Siwon called.

"I just came back from buying you coffee and here you are already calling for me." said the manager as he handed the cup of coffee to Siwon.

"Were you able to check the netizen's reactions? " asked Siwon

Oh...he didn't forget.

"Well...yeah..." said the manager

"And?" asked Siwon

"And...well...what were you expecting?" asked the manager

"I was hoping the bashing subsided...I was hoping she'd get a positive reaction this time." said Siwon

"Well...it seems you got what you expected. People are starting to appreciate her...some are even just realizing she has talent." said the manager "So."

The manager pulled a chair and sat in front of Siwon

"What did you do?" asked the manager

"Huh?" asked Siwon

"You said you promised to help her overcome her nervousness. And it seems to have worked. What did you do?" asked the manager

"Nothing special." said Siwon

"You're not going to tell me, are you?" asked the manager "Is she the reason why you didn't get sleep last night?"

"We were together until 2AM." said Siwon

"Hmm..." the manager grinned

"Stop reacting like that, Hyung. I just helped her practice that's all." said Siwon

"So now that she's recovering...what do you plan next?" asked the manager

"Her confidence is still a bit low...She has so much potential and talent. Her practices are way better than her live performances even until now. I think i need to push her a bit more." said Siwon

The manager doesn't know how Siwon would do it...

"Last night...was it part of the WGM broadcast?" asked the manager

"No. There was no WGM cameraman with us." said Siwon

"So are you helping her as the real Siwon?" asked the manager

"I am helping her because I promised her. Whether I did that as her pretend husband or as myself, I need to do it." said Siwon

If Siwon is not careful of himself, he is going to get into trouble...

And the manager hopes the trouble won't cause Siwon's Fall.

"Something is happening to Hannah...and I want to know what it is." said Madame's manager.

"Oppa, I want to help you there, but I am not sure also. All I know is that she has improved a lot in the live performances." said Riz

"And consistently so. This is the second performance that she did what was supposed to be done, flawlessly." said the manager

The manager looked out the window thinking.

"You said last time Siwon came by and talked to her right?" asked the manager

"Yes." said Riz

"Did he appear anytime yesterday?" asked the manager

"Umm....not that I know of. We were busy rehearsing. But then Eonnie went out to meet a freind from her hometown." said Riz "It took her until 3AM to reach the dorm."

"3AM! That's too careless of her." said the manager "If the friend is a guy, and photos leaked, she's in trouble."

"I kind of already said that exact concern with Eonnie earlier." said Riz

She met with a friend...did that meeting also helped Hannah...

Is it possible...

No...Riz said the friend came from Hannah's home country...so it will not be Siwon...

But still..

"Anyway, I want you to observe her carefully Riz. I am happy that Hannah is improving a lot...But I want to make sure it is sustainable. Whatever is helping her get the confidence she is slowly building up, I want to know it.  I don't want her to crash once that thing is gone." said the manager

"Understand." said Riz

Siwon saw Hannah by the back of the dorm address she gave him. It's the day they agreed that she will meet his nephew for an hour or two.

"Hi Oppa...I'm so sorry...the rehearsal went a bit overtime." said Hannah as she went inside Siwon's car.

She has a lot of paperbags with her which she put on the back passanger seat.

"That's all right. buckle up. I know I only have you for 2 hours so I need to maximize the time, right?" asked Siwon

Hannah nodded.

They drove for a while.

"So what is your next appointment after mine? Why do you have a lot of things with you?" asked Siwon

"Huh? The next appointment is in JYP. And the bags are not for my next appointment...I brought them for your GrandMa and Nephew."  said Hannah

Siwon is surprised.

"Really?" asked Siwon

"Yeah...I am shy going there empty handed. I wanted to prepare better gifts...but I didn't get time to prepare...so I just had some cakes delivered." said Hannah "I know there are more expected gifts from a daughter in law-"

Hannah bit her tongue...they are in not in WGM...so she should not act like a wife right now.

"I mean, if they watch WGM...they would expect a proper gift from a daughter in law. So the cakes...I am sure it's far from those gifts." said Hannah
