Bump
News
A few months later, a small bump had formed. Eunhyuk was finding every excuse he could to be able to touch it, until Sungmin just gave in and said that he could touch it whenever he wanted to.
They were sitting together on the sofa when Kangin felt the first kick. Smiling at Sungmin, he put his hand on the boy's stomach again to feel another kick.
"How does it feel Min?"
"Weird, but it's not painful." He put his own hand on Kangin's, and they felt the movements together.
Later at dinner, Sungmin smiled as he told the group about the movements. Ryeowook laughed in delight, Eunhyuk smiled happily, and Siwon choked on his food.
"Don't you think that's a little too much information for the dinner table?"
"No."
"It makes my stomach hurt to think about a baby.. Please don't talk about it moving... That makes me feel ill.."
Kangin just laughed.
Later that night, Kangin was holding Sungmin close, and they felt the baby kicking together as they lay. Kangin was the stomach, but Min was tired and just wanted to sleep.
"Just lie still you annoying baby.."
"Don't talk to our baby like that."
"I'll talk to it however I want to. I'm having to deal with the pain."
"Oh come on Min. It can't be that ba-"
Sungmin punched him in the stomach.
"Maybe you should try having a baby then! Since you're obviously much better at it than me!" Tears came to his eyes. "I've never done this before Kangin.. I don't know what to do.."
The older boy put his arms around his tearful lover.
"Don't cry Minnie, you're doing really well. I'm sorry that you're having to deal with the pain.. I wish that I could take it all away. You can punch me as much as you want to."
Hugging the older boy closer, Sungmin sniffled.
"I'm sorry Kangin, I didn't mean to punch you.."
"It's okay, I don't mind. Your punches are weak anyway" he teased.
Cuddling close together, they fell asleep.
The next morning, Wook was delighted to feel a kick.
"It's so cute, isn't it? I wish that I could have a baby.." He looked longingly at his boyfriend Siwon, but the older boy just pretended not to notice.
Sungmin smiled sympathetically at Ryeowook, because the boy was looking upset, and patted his bump.
"You can play with our baby Wookie."
The new uncle smiled back gratefully.
