~ Light and Flame~

Yifan’s brows furrowed. The jewel on her neck filled his thoughts. He could have easily dismissed it as a coincidence but it really did not  feel that way at all.

He had never had these kind of unknown feelings before usually. A sudden memory of their father reminded him of something quite important.

“Minseok” he said suddenly to his brother

“Do you remember what happened on your awakening?”

“Well yeah, I don’t think any of us could forget out awakenings not after how painful that is.” Minseok replied lifting his eyes from the computer screen.

“Right. It’s different for each of us yes?

Minseok nodded

 “The awakening scrolls, where are they?”

Giving his brother a puzzled look he answered “The basement vaults, Why?”

I think I need to check on something.” Yifan rushed out before his brother could say something 

“Is he going out again?” Tao said as he entered Minseok's room

“I don’t think he is, that was strange”

“What’s strange” Zitao asked

“Normally he never talks about the awakenings”

Zitao just shrugged.
