It had been nine months since Tiffany broke up with Taeyeon. They dated for nine years and exactly on the ninth of March which was Taeyeon's birthday, Tiffany broke up with her. Taeyeon had a hard time accepting the truth. It hurt her a lot. She gave her first to Tiffany but then realised that she was not Tiffany's first one. The latter only dated her because she was bored and wanted to try something new. Ever since that day, Taeyeon hated the number nine. She hated that she was naive. She hated Tiffany Hwang most of all.

Taking a stroll down Han's River, Taeyeon was reminiscing the past that she shared with Tiffany. Yes she hated Tiffany but no she could not forget the past. She spent her whole nine years with Tiffany. Why would she forget the past? All the sweet words Tiffany told her, all the things Tiffany did for her. Taeyeon hated the fact that they were all lies. She should have believed her friends when they told her that Tiffany was using her. She was madly in love to listen to them.

Taeyeon entered a cafe when she was starting to feel cold. The temperature in the cafe was just perfect and the scent of coffee intoxicated Taeyeon. She took of the mittens she was wearing and went to the counter to order. She was surprised when she saw the person at the counter. Was she dreaming? Of course not it was only evening.

"May I take your order?" the worker said with a husky voice that Taeyeon missed so much.

The blonde tried to search for the worker's name tag but it seemed like there was not any. "Are you going to order anything miss?" the worker asked Taeyeon in a slightly louder voice.

Taeyeon snapped out of her thoughts and laughed awkwardly at the worker. "I will have a cup of cappucino and strawberry cheesecake," Taeyeon ordered.

"You like strawberry cheesecake too?" the worker said excitedly.

Taeyeon realised what she ordered and just smiled at the worker. "My ex girlfriend likes it so much. I guess she made me like it as well," Taeyeon said sadly.

"So you two are no longer together? What happened to you two?" the worker asked but bit her lower lip when she saw Taeyeon's hurt expression. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to ask those questions," she apologized to Taeyeon.

"It's alright. I'll just take a seat and wait for my order. Here's the bill," Taeyeon said and handed the exact amount to the worker.

As her order was being prepared, Taeyeon could only stare at the worker. Why was she pretending like she did not remember her at all? Did something happen after their break up? Taeyeon wanted to ask the worker those questions but she was afraid she would mistaken her as her ex girlfriend.

"Here's your cappuccino and strawberry cheesecake. Enjoy~" the worker chirped.

Taeyeon chuckled. "May I know your name?" she asked the worker.

"Tiffany Hwang. What's yours?"

Taeyeon was really surprised. Was it a coincidence that their names were the same or she was really the Tiffany she knew who broke her heart on her birthday? Why was Tiffany acting like she did not know her?

"It isn't fair that you know my name but I don't know yours," Tiffany pouted.

"Oh right. My name is Taeyeon, Kim Taeyeon," Taeyeon introduced herself and pulled out her hand for a shake. The brunette giggled and shook Taeyeon's hand. Both of them felt a jolt of electricity and quickly pulled away from each other. "Er...I'll enjoy the coffee and cake," Taeyeon said awkwardly and took a sip of her cappucino which was getting cold.

"Y-yeah, I-I'll get back to work," Tiffany stuttered and walked to the counter.

For the next hour, a few customers did enter but did not stay inside the cafe for too long. Tiffany was wondering why Taeyeon was still in the cafe. The latter had ordered so far three cups of different types of coffee. 'Why does she look familiar?' Tiffany thought. Her head hurt for the moment and Taeyeon noticed it. Taeyeon got out from her seat and went to the counter to help Tiffany.

"Are you okay Fany?" Taeyeon asked worriedly.

'Fany?" Tiffany thought. "I'm alright. I'm going to close this cafe soon. Thanks for your concern Taeyeon ssi," she answered softly.

"I'll walk you home," Taeyeon said. She was really worried about Tiffany.

"No it's okay."

"I insist."

"I don't want to burden you."

"No you're not a burden to me Fany ah."

"....."

"I-I mean I don't want you to faint half way so let me send you home Tiffany ssi."

"Fine."

Taeyeon grinned. She wanted to use this chance to get Tiffany back. She loved her too much to let her go.
