On a Run
Tugging on a Werewolf’s Heartstring
"Oi, what are you doing-" I squeaked as this guy named Kai dragged me over the expanse of the house. He grumbles of incoherent mumbles as he grips onto my hand tighter, almost squeezing the life out of it.
To be honest, I wasn't satisfied with this, what scene are they making now? Alright, I acknowledge that bizarre earthquake which happened earlier. They may have panicked because of it but that doesn't mean that they should evacuate with ME. Yes, me. the good old'Kwon Jooeun. The stereotypical nerd who likes to think of her education first before anything else in this world (whatcha gonna do about it?).
"Kai. Go." The blond male, Kris, roars at the younger of the two, picking up his pace before turning sharply to the left.
\Kai sighs a final time before stopping the both of us and placing a hand underneath my knee, efficiently picking me up as if I was a sack of royal blue potato (they're tasty.) Shock electrifies my body as a 'stranger' had gone as close as having skin to skin contact with me, this was definitely not what I have in mind for relationships. I didn't like quick-paced one, preferring slow and subtle romance which creates the upmost powerful butterlies inside the pits of your stomach- yeah that one. The world hurled itself towards me as flashes of colours blind my eyes and smoke wheezes out of nowhere. Dizziness catches my eyes as I tried to (relatively) stay calm.
"Where are we-"
Before I could ask, a face was shoved dangerously close to mine as a pair of lips whisper onto my ears, rather seductively. "Don't talk, he'll hear you." Kai warns before pulling back and the world continues on spinning.
Who's this 'he'?
Why can't I talk?
Why is the butterflies inside my stomach?
Why are you ho-
I mean. I seriously need to go back home and stuff my face onto a book, maybe eat the words on the page as well-- Ok, now I'm just being bizarre. Alright, time to stop your stupid little daydreams Kwon Jooeun, back to this 'bride-carry' runaway.
