When the party ended, you felt relieved you could have some peace and quiet.

*Kevin's family members are so chatty!* 

"Jagi, get the keys" Kevin told you as he was struggling to hold a sleepy Dee Na in his arms.

You reached into his pocket and pulled out the keys, mentally thanking him for taking the car with him.

"Sorry I had to send you to the party first, it must have been a bit awkward not knowing every relative of mine." He told you, not really knowing how to explain what happened in the time he was gone.

"Its fine, Deeana was there and she took her time introducing everyone, I just wished you were right next to me. They had that 'who is this girl' look on their face when they saw me with Dee Dee."

"Ah," he gently shrugged his shoulders, not sure of how to show how bad he felt.

"Why did it take you so long to get back anyways?" you asked, sure that some fangirls caught him on the way.

"Oh, um, it wasn't a big deal, just... traffic."

"Mhm... traffic."

"Well lets get going," you opened the car door and noticed the car seat was out of its place.

You shrugged off any thoughts of why he removed it and strapped it back onto the seat. You grabbed a blanket from the seat next to it while Kevin finished securing Dee Na into her seat. Kevin walked over to the passenger side once you covered Dee Na with the blanket, and helped you into your seat with slightly shaky hands.
