Chapter nine.
My new hope.
I woke up, and here came another day. It was another day of school. I looked at me in the mirror in the bathroom: my eyes were puffy because I cried a lot last night after what YuKwon told me.
I was about to wash my face when someone entered in the bathroom without saying anything, I turned around blinked several times and screamed:
"AHHH !! What are you doing ?!" I put my hands to cover my eyes.
YuKwon answered with a sleepy tone:
"I'm peeing..don't you see?"
I whined and pointed at him.

"BUT ! I was in the bathroom! Aren't you ashamed?!"
He shook his head, he washed his hands and came in front of me. He took off his shirt and turned his back to me, I closed my eyes. He asked me:
"Can you, please scratch my back?"
I slapped his back and said:
"YAH!" And on his back, I saw a scar. I touched it softly. He then, said:
"Yah, don't admire my back." He put back his shirt and went outside the bathroom. This scar, was when we were in middle school. It was because of me, he hurted himself for my sake: Infact I was still blind, at that time.
[FlashBack]
I was walking carefully in the street to go back home with YuKwon, when I heard an old lady screamed:
"HELP ME ! This man is trying to steal my wallet !"
I shouted:
"Mister, don't do anything stupid, this woman is old ! Give her wallet back!"
I heard the man scoffed and said:
"What are you saying, cutie?"
The only thing, I knew is that YuKwon hugged me and he was breathing loudly. Everyone gasped. I asked in panick:
"Yah..YuKwon-ah, are you alright?!"
He whispered:
"Don't worry, I'm your superman after all."
[End of FlashBack.]
Finally, It was midday and I headed to the cafeteria. I saw MinAh on a table, I walked next to JiHoon and the others and asked:
"What happened?"
Jong Up answered:
"She'll do her crazy and y speech again."
YuKwon walked next to me and put his right arm around my neck and said:
"Listen."
I rolled my eyes and turned my attention to MinAh. She started:
"I would like to say that..I'm dating someone ! And he's popular in this school. My boyfriend is ...Kim YuKwon."
My eyes widened and looked at YuKwon. He looked at me and smiled.
L.Joe immediatly looked at me and mouthed:
"Are you okay?" I nodded with a fake smile. It was like my heart fell into million of pieces.
Finally, the end of the day came, I went to my bedroom and fell asleep on my bed, I let go my tears rolling on my face.
I woke up in the middle of the night, I looked at the clock: it was 2 am. I went downstairs to drink a glass of water. When YuKwon appeared from nowhere and said:
"Are you happy for me ? I'm really in love with MinAh! It felt like a dream!"
I smiled weakly and gulped, and looked away. I, suddenly said:
"Congrats,but, I know someone who loves you more than her..."I stared at him, he asked:
"Who?"
Before I could reply, his phone rang, he walked away and said happily:
"Oh, hey baby."
I whispered softly:
"The person who loves you more than her is … me."
